Abstract

Several elements influence the quality of public or public services, one of which is the employee's performance in carrying out public services. The ability of employees has a significant impact on the quality of government services. Village apparatus are public service officials who have the authority and responsibility for providing services to the community or the general public, and who assist the village head in carrying out his duties in order to be able to provide services in accordance with the community's wishes and needs. As a result, village officials are required and mandated to have commitment, as well as abilities and skills, feelings of sincere concern, and a high sense of empathy in carrying out their duties. The goal of this research is to examine village office personnel' performance in providing administrative services to the community in Laut Dendang Village, as well as to determine what variables impede and support their success. Survey research with qualitative descriptive methodologies is the research method. Purposive sampling yielded 5 informants. Interview guidelines, literature review, and documentation were used as data collection strategies. Data reduction, data display, and data verification procedures are all used in data analysis. According to the findings of the interviews, all of the informants provided information or comments indicating that the village office employees' performance met the standardization and was appropriate in providing public services based on the areas of the research emphasis, namely 1) Achievement. 2) Abilities 3) The ability to lead. The behavior (attitude) does not fulfill the public service criteria. This study demonstrates that enhancing employee performance yields positive results in terms of community service. Abstract

The goal of this study was to discover why employees of the Laut Dendang village office choose to use the services of a sharia bank, and what factors influence their knowledge and attitudes. Field research using a qualitative approach is what this type of study is called. Employees at the Laut Dendang village office served as data sources for this study. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation, while data processing and analysis procedures are done in four stages: data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drafting, and data validity verification. The study's findings revealed that employees at the Laut Dendang village office have a positive attitude toward using Islamic banks, as evidenced by the employees' knowledge that Islamic banks are free of usury and that Islamic banks have contracts and profit sharing systems, making them less burdensome and harmful to those who have made the contract. Employees benefit from Islamic banks' knowledge and attitude toward their services, as well as cheaper administrative costs. Employees at the Laut Dendang village office primarily use traditional banking services as long-term savings. Keywords: Perception, Employees, Islamic Bank

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the role of the BPRS bank PT. Puduarta Insani in increasing MSMEs through the murabahah financing program. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method by obtaining data through interview techniques conducted on several bank employees and MSME actors involved in this program as well as secondary data originating from the BPRS website with time series data for five years. The results of this study indicate that Bank BPRS Pt.Puduarta Insani has a role in increasing MSME financing and the number of customers for the last five years, namely from 2016 to 2020. This is shown by the number of customers in 2016 only around 188 people but in 2020 it has reached 240 customers who joined, this shows that the financing with the murabahah system carried out by Bank BPRS Pt. Puduarta has a positive effect on increasing MSMEs. Keywords: Murabaha Financing, MSME
