Abstract

PT Jakarta Teknologi Utama is a company engaged in car body repair services or body repair specialists, which is the official workshop of a company engaged in insurance. The repair service process at this time still adheres to the old system, which only prioritizes the quality of repairing the vehicle, without paying attention to customer comfort from other factors. Based on the background of the problem formulation, how to design a claim handling information system, so that the application can not only record claims data recording activities but can also produce accurate reports on claims from customers. This research aims to design a claim handling information system at the workshop. The results achieved are in the form of an application consisting of inputs, processes, and reports, the design runs as planned

Abstract

PT. Catur Naga Steelindo, which still uses a manual system, often causes problems within the company, including data duplication, difficulty in obtaining purchase data, sales data and delays in reporting. The problems that arise are because the company has not optimized the use of computers so that the information produced is more accurate. It takes a sales information system that can reduce the existing problems. The purpose of this research is to design a sales application for companies in processing data as a means to facilitate data processing and can be accessed anywhere and can be used on any device. The results achieved from making a sales information system can improve the performance of a company to be more effective and efficient in performing computerized data processing

Abstract

Currently, the information system is very important in carrying out job and business activities. The information system is expected to facilitate work and company goals can be achieved optimally. CV. Mulia Agung Elektronik is a company engaged in the trading of electronic devices. The research objective is to produce an inventory information system that applies the First-In-First-Out method using a web-based application. The methodology used is direct observation of the ongoing process flow and interviews with the head and staff at CV. Mulia Agung Elektronik. The results are a system design consisting of three input data: user data, supplier data, and goods data. There are two processes, the incoming goods process, and the outgoing goods process and reports. The system was built using the PHP programming language to make it easier to access the system created.Saat ini sistem informasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam menjalankan suatu pekerjaan dan kegiatan usaha. Dengan sistem informasi diharapkan mempermudah pekerjaan dan tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai secara maksimal. CV. Mulia Agung Elektronik adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang perdagangan alat-alat elektronik. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menghasilkan sistem informasi persediaan yang menerapkan metode First In First Out dengan menggunakan aplikasi berbasis web. Metodologi yang digunakan yaitu pengamatan langsung terhadap alur proses yang sedang berjalan dan proses wawancara dengan kepala dan staf di CV. Mulia Agung Elektronik. Hasil penelitian berupa rancangan sistem yang terdiri dari tiga data input yaitu  data user, data supplier dan data barang. Terdapat dua proses yaitu proses barang masuk dan proses barang keluar serta laporan. Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP untuk memudahkan pengaksesan sistem yang dibuat.
