Abstract

PT. Daya Eka Samudera is a company engaged in Marine Cargo Expedition (EMKL) since 2012. Most of the data processing in this company has not been computerized, such as processing of receipt data, and news of goods receipt. So, it has several problems such as difficulty in finding the Minutes of Receipt of the desired goods because they have to look for one by one, invalid data between physical and expedition books. It is quite vulnerable to manipulation, and data may be lost due to scattered or damaged expedition books. The analysis that has been carried out, using the PIECES method on the running system, found various shortcomings that require an E-Archive data processing application. The purpose of this research is to design a Web-based E-Archive application. Abstract

Expert systems have information gained through a combination of readings, training, and practical experience. As a result, professionals can make faster and more accurate decisions while tackling complicated situations than non-experts. Klinik Medika is a health-care organization that focuses on public health, particularly skin health issues. This clinic's services to patients for consultation and treatment need to be improved in terms of service time efficiency. For this reason, an expert system is required so that patients can consult online rather than visiting the clinic.The goal of this research is to apply Forward Chaining method to create an expert system that can be used to consult on various skin conditions. Based on the results of the tests, the expert system can correctly diagnose the signs of skin disorders with a 90% accuracy. The system can also accept errors caused by differences in knowledge based on computational data and the experience of skin disease experts.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze how the application of Augmented Reality (AR) technology affects the user experience at the Wayang Museum and Fatahillah Museum. Augmented Reality technology is considered an innovation that can increase the interactivity, understanding, and satisfaction of museum visitors. With a mixed method approach, surveys, interviews, and observations were used to collect data in this study, resulting in 85% of respondents stating that AR technology increases their interactivity with museum artifacts and the average score for interactivity reached 4.3 on a scale of 5. Up to 90% of all respondents reported that AR features such as 3D animation, QR-Code, etc., allow them to understand culture and history better. In addition, there is a strong positive correlation between the use of AR technology and visitor satisfaction (r = 0.75, p < 0.01), 88% of participants expressed satisfaction with the AR-based exhibition experience. The application of this technology poses several challenges, including expensive development and maintenance, infrastructure limitations such as stable internet availability, and user devices that are not yet fully compatible. To address these barriers, it is recommended that infrastructure improvements, collaboration with technology partners, and staff training be implemented to increase understanding of how the introduction of AR technology can be used to enhance the museum visitor experience in a way that includes further integration of educational standards and interactive and enjoyable aesthetics to achieve greater potential for tourists and cultural education in general

Abstract

Digital transformation in higher education requires integrated academic data management to support efficient and accountable academic governance. However, many institutions still face challenges, including data fragmentation, limited access to information, and administrative inefficiencies. This study aims to develop and implement a web-based academic dashboard system to address these issues. The system was designed using a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach, consisting of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The system’s main features include a login menu, main menu, activity menu, report menu, and statistics menu, all of which support real-time integration of academic data. The study results show that this system can improve administrative efficiency by up to 73%, particularly in processes such as course registration, grade recap, and academic report preparation. A user satisfaction survey yielded an average score of 4.6 out of 5, with positive ratings for ease of use, data access speed, and information visualization. Furthermore, the report and statistics features enable analysis of academic performance, such as graduation rates and student grade point averages, thus supporting data-driven strategic decision-making. This system has also been proven to increase collaboration between departments by up to 35%, support transparency, and strengthen accountability in higher education governance. Implementing a web-based academic dashboard can be a strategic solution to improve the quality of academic data management in higher education. This system is expected to become a model that other institutions can adopt to address the challenges of the digital transformation era. However, intensive user training and regular system maintenance are required to ensure the system’s long-term sustainability and reliability.Transformasi digital di perguruan tinggi memerlukan pengelolaan data akademik yang terintegrasi untuk mendukung efisiensi dan akuntabilitas tata kelola akademik. Namun, banyak institusi masih menghadapi tantangan seperti fragmentasi data, keterbatasan akses informasi, dan inefisiensi administrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem dashboard akademik berbasis web guna mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan evaluasi. Fitur utama sistem meliputi menu masuk, menu utama, menu aktivitas, menu laporan, dan menu statistik, yang mendukung pengintegrasian data akademik secara real-time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi hingga 73%, terutama dalam proses seperti pendaftaran mata kuliah, rekap nilai, dan penyusunan laporan akademik. Survei kepuasan pengguna mencatat rata-rata skor 4.6 dari 5, dengan penilaian positif terhadap kemudahan penggunaan, kecepatan akses data, dan visualisasi informasi. Selain itu, fitur laporan dan statistik memungkinkan analisis performa akademik, seperti tingkat kelulusan dan rata-rata nilai mahasiswa, sehingga mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis berbasis data. Sistem ini juga terbukti meningkatkan kolaborasi antarbagian hingga 35%, mendukung transparansi, dan memperkuat akuntabilitas tata kelola pendidikan tinggi. Implementasi sistem dashboard akademik berbasis web dapat menjadi solusi strategis dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan data akademik di perguruan tinggi. Sistem ini diharapkan menjadi model yang dapat diadopsi oleh institusi lain dalam menghadapi tantangan era transformasi digital. Meski demikian, pelatihan intensif bagi pengguna dan pemeliharaan sistem secara berkala diperlukan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan keandalan sistem dalam jangka panjang

Abstract

Ease of information exchange influences consumer behaviour toward a product or service. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a vital part of a customer satisfaction-oriented business strategy; a quick and accurate response to complaints can determine customer loyalty. The objective of this research was to develop a web-based Customer Relationship Management system. The research and development method used was the Waterfall system development methodology. The research resulted in a web-based application for handling and following up on consumer complaints. The testing results showed the system performed well as planned. Management was able to monitor all incoming complaints and their responses accurately. Further system development could include additional functionality to track trends in customer issues.Kemudahan dalam pertukaran informasi mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen terhadap sebuah produk atau layanan. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) menjadi bagian vital dalam strategi bisnis berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan, respon cepat dan tepat terhadap keluhan dapat menentukan loyalitas pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengembangkan sistem Customer Relationship Management berbasis web. Metode yang digunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall. Hasil penelitian berupa aplikasi berbasis web untuk penanganan keluhan konsumen dan tindak lanjutnya. Hasil pengujian menunjukan sistem berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan rencana. Pimpinan dapat memonitor dengan baik semua keluhan yang masuk secara akurat dan respon penangannya. Pengembangan sistem selanjutnya bisa ditambahkan fungsi agar dapat ditelusuri tren dari permasalahan yang terjadi pada konsumen

Abstract

Plant lovers utilise their yards, and some even have upper floors of buildings where they plant trees, using pots popularly known as Tabulampot. A common problem is forgetting to water the plants, which, if it persists for a long time, can cause the plants to dry out and die. However, if there is too much water, the plants are susceptible to disease, rot, and eventual death. Plants need consistent and sufficient water intake to meet their needs. Excessive watering results in wasteful water and loss of nutrients in the planting medium. For this reason, a system is needed that automatically waters plants with measured doses. The purpose of this study is to design an automatic and measured watering system. Using the research and development method with a field research technique. The case study used is a water apple tree planted in a pot measuring 30 cm in height and 40 cm in width, using soil as the planting medium. The test results of this design indicate that the soil moisture sensor system and water flow meter function correctly as planned.Para pecinta tanaman memanfaatkan pekarangan mereka, bahkan ada yang menanam pohon di lantai atas gedung, menggunakan pot yang dikenal sebagai Tabulampot. Masalah umum yang sering terjadi adalah lupa menyiram tanaman, yang jika dibiarkan dalam waktu lama dapat menyebabkan tanaman mengering dan mati. Namun, jika terlalu banyak air, tanaman rentan terhadap penyakit, pembusukan, dan akhirnya mati. Tanaman membutuhkan asupan air yang konsisten dan cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya. Penyiraman yang berlebihan mengakibatkan pemborosan air dan hilangnya nutrisi pada media tanam. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem yang secara otomatis menyiram tanaman dengan dosis terukur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem penyiraman otomatis dan terukur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan teknik penelitian lapangan. Studi kasus yang digunakan adalah pohon jambu yang ditanam dalam pot berukuran tinggi 30 cm dan lebar 40 cm, dengan menggunakan tanah sebagai media tanam. Hasil pengujian perancangan ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem sensor kelembapan dan flow meter air berfungsi dengan baik sesuai rencana.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including the world of education and job preparation for Vocational High School (SMK) students. However, many vocational high school students still face challenges in time management, learning motivation, and effectively utilising technology. This activity aims to enhance vocational high school students' skills through training in time management, self-motivation, and the application of AI technology, thereby increasing productivity and readiness for the workforce. The method used is a participatory-educational approach, involving 80 students in grades XI and XII from the Computer and Network Engineering, Accounting, and Online Business and Marketing departments at SMK Kartika X West Jakarta. The training was conducted over one week, offline, with interactive sessions, group discussions, hands-on practice, and reflection. The material covered an introduction to AI, time management strategies, techniques for maintaining motivation, and the application of AI for enhancing learning and productivity. The training results demonstrated significant improvements in students' time management skills, learning motivation, and proficiency in AI technology. Participants became more adept at managing time effectively, maintaining learning motivation, and utilising AI applications to support learning activities and job preparation.Perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dunia pendidikan dan persiapan kerja siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Namun, banyak siswa SMK masih menghadapi tantangan dalam manajemen waktu, motivasi belajar, dan pemanfaatan teknologi secara optimal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan diri siswa SMK melalui pelatihan pengelolaan waktu, motivasi diri, dan pemanfaatan teknologi AI untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kesiapan menghadapi dunia kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif-edukatif, melibatkan 80 siswa kelas XI dan XII dari jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan, Akuntansi, serta Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran di SMK Kartika X Jakarta Barat. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama satu minggu secara luring dengan sesi interaktif, diskusi kelompok, praktik langsung, dan refleksi. Materi mencakup pengenalan AI, strategi manajemen waktu, teknik menjaga motivasi, dan pemanfaatan AI untuk produktivitas belajar. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan manajemen waktu, motivasi belajar, serta literasi teknologi AI siswa. Peserta menjadi lebih mampu mengelola waktu secara efektif, menjaga motivasi belajar, dan menggunakan aplikasi AI untuk mendukung aktivitas belajar dan persiapan kerja.
