Abstract

This study examines employee involvement in mediating the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational readiness to change. Testing using multiple linear regression analysis and Sobel test. The research shows that perceived organizational support has a significant effect on employee engagement. Perceived organizational support has a significant effect on organizational readiness to change. Employee involvement has a significant effect on organizational readiness to change. Employee involvement mediates the effect of perceived organizational support on readiness to change. Referring to these conclusions, it can be implied that as an effort to continuously improve organizational readiness for change, the Purwokerto Central Post Office management needs to implement appropriate policies related to perceptions of organizational support and employee involvement. The results of this study indicate that the role of employee involvement in encouraging organizational readiness to change is very important.

Abstract

Abstract: The recearch entitled “ The Effect of Relationship Marketing on Customer Loyality with Relationship Quality as an Intervening Variable ( Study on Arcon Concrete Tile Consumers in Purwokerto Region)” The Purpose of this study .was to investigate and analyze the effect of relationship marketing on relationship quality and customer loyality, to know and analyze the effect of relationship quality on customer loyality, and to find out and analyze the effect of relationship quality as an intervenig variable in mediating the effect of relationship marketing on customer loyalty. Analysis techniques using linear regression and Sobel test. Based on the results of a simple regression analysis of the first and second models, the t- value of relationship marketing variables is greater than the value of the table. From the results of multiple regression analysis obtained t count value of relationship quality variable is greater than the value of t table. Furthermore , based on the results of the mediation variable test with the Sobel test, the t Sobel value is greater than the t table value. Management need to implement a variety of marketing policies relating to relationship marketing and relationship quality in order to continue to increase the loyalty of its customers.

Abstract

The average poverty rate in the Special Province of Yogyakarta is the highest compared to other provinces in Java in 2012 to 2018. The study aims to analyze the impact of economic infrastructure, educational infrastructure and health infrastructure on poverty in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with panel data equations and data processing using the eviews application. The results showed that economic infrastructure had a significant negative effect on poverty in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province in 2003 - 2018. Meanwhile, health infrastructure and education infrastructure had no effect on poverty in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province in 2003 - 2018. The implication of this research is that infrastructure development must be equitable and fair in all districts and cities in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, especially in areas with high poverty rates
