Abstract

The study aims to test stress, compensation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The test is done with multiple linear regression. The results of this study prove that work stress has a positive effect is not significant, compensation has a significant negative effect and job satisfaction has no significant positive effect on organizational commitment. The results of this study provide an idea that stress and job satisfaction can affect organizational commitment even if it does not prove significant. Organizational commitment is strongly influenced by the compensation provided by the company. The study found that in developing countries such as Indonesia the level of one's basic needs greatly affects the organization's commitment. Employees will be tied to the organization if their basic needs are met. The results of this study are in accordance with Maslow's theory.

Abstract

This study examines employee involvement in mediating the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational readiness to change. Testing using multiple linear regression analysis and Sobel test. The research shows that perceived organizational support has a significant effect on employee engagement. Perceived organizational support has a significant effect on organizational readiness to change. Employee involvement has a significant effect on organizational readiness to change. Employee involvement mediates the effect of perceived organizational support on readiness to change. Referring to these conclusions, it can be implied that as an effort to continuously improve organizational readiness for change, the Purwokerto Central Post Office management needs to implement appropriate policies related to perceptions of organizational support and employee involvement. The results of this study indicate that the role of employee involvement in encouraging organizational readiness to change is very important.

Abstract

This study to analyze the effect of Self efficacy on entrepreneurial education, to test the significance of the effect of self efficacy on entrepreneurial intention, the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention, and entrepreneurial education in mediating the effect of self efficacy on entrepreneurial intention students in Management Study programs.The number of samples 75 respondens ,and the sampling technique using random sampling method. The analysis method uses regression and Sobel test. Based on the results of a simple regression analysis of the first model, the value of t-test of self-efficacy variables towards entrepreneurial intention (4,080) is greater than the value of ttable (1,993). From the results of a simple regression analysis of the second model, the value of the t test of the Self Efficacy variable towards entrepreneurship education (5,420) is greater than the value of the table (1,993). From the results of multiple regression analysis, the t test value of the entrepreneurship education variable (5.508) is also greater than the value of the table (1.993). Furthermore, based on the results of the mediation variable test with the Sobel test obtained t sobel value of (3.244) is greater than the value of the table (1.993). Thus, the first, second, third and fourth hypotheses in this study were accepted. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that Self Efficacy has a significant effect on entrepreneurship education. Self efficacy has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurship Education has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurship Education mediates the effect of Self Efficacy on entrepreneurial intention on Management students. Referring to these conclusions, it can be implied that as an effort to continuously improve entrepreneurial intentions, the management study program needs to implement appropriate policies related to entrepreneurship education. The ways that can be done include by continuing to improve the material provided in accordance with the contents of the syllabus, making entrepreneurial practice interesting so that this course pleases students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of self-efficacy and adversity quotient as factors of personality characteristics on students' entrepreneurial intentions. This research was conducted on students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Wijayakusuma Purwokerto. The number of samples used was 56 respondents, and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. To determine the sample size using the method developed by Krejcie and Morgan. The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression (Multiple Regression). The t test is used to test the significance of the influence of the variable self-efficacy and adversity quotient, Student Entrepreneurship Intention. The results of the analysis using the level of confidence 95% (α = 0.05) and degree of freedom (df) = (n-k) = (56-3) = 53, the t table is 1.674. The t value for the Self Efficacy variable (th1 = 6,521) with a significance of 0,000 and the t value for the Adversity Quotient variable (th2 = 5,604) with a significance of 0,000. The value of t count> t table with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, so that Ho is rejected. This means that Self Efficacy and Adversity Quotient have a significant positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intention. This shows that the better the Self Efficacy and Adversity Quotient students have, the more students desire the Economics and Business Faculty to be entrepreneurial.

Abstract

This Article, entitled The Effectiveness of Promotion Mix Against the decision of choice of study programs, by taking respondents from students majoring in Management, Faculty of Economics and Business. This research is motivated by the author's desire to examine the Promotion Activity Factors that are most effective in choosing a Study Program, especially in the Management Study Program of the University of Wijayakusuma Purwokerto. The proposed hypothesis is: Advertising, visits, WEB, Alumni have a significant influence on the student's decision to choose a study program Management. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. Based on the calculation of the F test and the t test it is known that the value of F count is greater than F Table, t count for X1 and X4 is greater than t table. This means that both advertising, alumni have a significant influence on student decisions in choosing a study program in management, but for X2 and X3 t count is smaller than t table. So visits and the Web do not have a significant effect on student the decision choices in the Management study program. The implication of this research is that the Management Study Program really needs to pay more attention to advertisements and the use of Alumni to increase the interest of prospective students in choosing study programs. This advertisement is carried out by showing more or using local television media, while the use of alumni channels can be increased cooperation in order to create a more harmonious relationship. For the Web, it is recommended that it be more varied. Meanwhile, the personnel can better prepare visits to SMA / SMK by including training in effective communication about doing business.

Abstract

This study examines the determinants of promotions carried out at the Perum Perhutani Forest Stakeholder Unit (KPH) Pekalongan Barat. Factors studied include competence, seniority and loyalty. The sampling method used the Slovin formula with the number of respondents as many as 187 people. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 23. The results showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on it. seniority has a positive and significant effect rejected. loyalty has a positive and significant effect accepted. The implication of this research is that the leader of the West Pekalongan KPH should pay attention to competence and loyalty when doing promotions. The way to improve competence is to give employees the opportunity to take part in training that can improve work abilities so that employees can complete their duties properly. To increase loyalty, the leadership of KPH Pekalongan Barat must establish communication between employees so that they have good relations and conduct socialization of policies or regulations so that employees can obey them properly. Further researchers should use other variables other than seniority, because based on the results of the research, the seniority variable does not have a significant effect on promotion.

Abstract

Tujuan melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang Ilmu Manajemen khususnya manajemen keuangan yang digunakan untuk mengelola kegiatan usaha UMKM masyarakat, khususnya diperuntukkan bagi pemilik dan pelaku UMKM Desa Kutaliman Kecamatan Kedungbanteng, sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu dalam mengatur pendapatan serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga dan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara umum. Kondisi pandemic Covid-19 saat ini yang menyebabkan para pelaku kegiatan bisnis terutama UMKM mengalami kesulitan keuangan, sehingga perlu sekali untuk memberikan penyuluhan tentang pengetahuan dalam memahami strategi penguatan keuangan untuk sektor UMKM. Strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk penguatan keuangan usaha kecil antara lain dengan melakukan pencatatn arus kas masuk dan keluar pada setiap transaksi yang ada dalam kebiatan bisnis, pengelolaan terhadap cash flow dalam usaha, serta melakukan strategi pertumbuhan usaha UMKM. Hasil dari penyuluhan ini dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan gambaran tentang Cara Mengatur dan Mengelola serta mengupayakan penguatan keuangan pada bisnis dan kegiatan usaha yang dilakukan oleh para pemilik UMKM di Desa Kutaliman Kecamatan Kedungbanteng Kabupaten Banyumas dengan strategi yang tepat, sehingga dapat bertahan dan dapat melangsungkan usahanya pada masa pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Riset bertujuan untuk mengetahui variable karakteriatik pemilik UMKM yang memoderasi pengaruh likuiditas, profitabilitas, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan ukuran perusahan terhadap pengambilan keputusan struktur modal UMKM di Kecamatan Wangon. Penelitian menggunakan teknik survey terhadap 100 responden. Analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan analisis moderasi untuk mengetahui pengaruh moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat likuiditas berpengaruh positif. Untuk variable tingkat profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh. Sedangkan untuk tingkat pertumbuhan perusahaan dan ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh negative pada struktur modal UMKM. Hasil uji moderasi menunjukkan tingkat Pendidikan memoderasi pengaruh likuiditas pada sturuktur modal UMKM, dimana semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan pemilik UMKM akan lebih slektif dalam pengambilan keputusan pemenuhan modal eksternal. Tingkat Pendidikan tidak memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan ukuran perusahaan pada sturuktur modal UMKM.  Peneliti yang akan datang dapat menggunakan variabel karakteristik lain seperti pengalaman, umur, tujuan dan tingket pengembalian risiko yang memoderasi pengaruh variabel internal pada struktur modal UMKM.

Abstract

Employees, as vital assets, are essential for a company's effective operation, and neglecting their well-being can lead to substantial losses. A company's ability to prioritize employee welfare fosters a sense of loyalty, crucial for enhanced productivity. Employee loyalty, reflected in a desire to stay with a company, stems from a comfortable organizational environment. Factors influencing this loyalty encompass work motivation, discipline, leadership quality, and a positive non-physical work environment. This study at PT BPR BKK Purwokerto, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis on 60 respondents, reveals that work motivation, discipline, leadership, and the non-physical work environment significantly contribute to fostering employee loyalty. The implications of these findings underscore the strategic importance of holistic employee management in organizational success. By investing in motivational strategies, cultivating effective leadership, fostering disciplined work culture, and promoting a positive non-physical work environment, companies can create an environment conducive to lasting employee loyalty. This not only ensures employee satisfaction but also establishes a foundation for heightened productivity, reducing turnover costs and contributing to the long-term success of the organization.

Self-management is the ability to control oneself, including physical, emotional, feelings, thoughts and behavior, to achieve good and directed goals. Self-management is an important skill that can help a person achieve success and personal satisfaction. Self-management skills are very necessary for entrepreneurs. The service in Kalikesur Village takes the theme Implementation of Self-Management in Increasing Entrepreneurial Success. Activities were carried out for two days in the form of assistance and provision of spinners and digital scales. The owner of Mushroom Three Brothers UMKM is enthusiastic and motivated to further develop the business, especially with capital assistance in the form of a spinner and digital scales
