Abstract

Maksud dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan antusiasme masyarakat terhadap Koperasi khususnya pada koperasi simpan pinjam dan koperasi produsen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metodologi sosialisasi, yaitu metode yang terdiri dari ceramah, tanya jawab dan diskusi. Koperasi produsen dan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam adalah jenis koperasi yang membutuhkan teknologi dalam mengelola kegiatan usahanya. Dalam pendirian koperasi produsen sama halnya dengan pendirian koperasi pada umumnya, hanya saja pada koperasi simpan pinjam dibutuhkan beberapa dokumen tambahan. Adapun untuk memajukan perkoperasian di Indonesia, perlu adanya dukungan dan kerjasama antara pemerintah, anggota koperasi serta masyarakat umum.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and increasingly fierce competition, business entity companies in various sectors must continue to adapt in developing their business. That is, it is important for a cooperative to carry out business development, which is done to ensure the sustainability and success of the cooperative. In a competitive business world, cooperatives need to continue to develop their businesses in order to remain relevant and competitive. So there is a need for training to further strengthen business performance in conducting business development in cooperatives. For the business development training method at the RSCM Cooperative, Dr. Cipto Jakarta uses an interactive and practical approach, where participants are involved in group discussions, case studies, simulations, and practical exercises. With this training, participants can understand the implementation of business development through market penetration, product development, market development, and product diversification in addition to positive impacts and business alternatives that can be done. In addition, participants are encouraged to try to implement things that need to be considered when conducting business development.

Abstract

Cooperative digitalization training at KSPPS Surya Amanah Ummah in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta aims to increase the capacity and skills of cooperative members in adopting digital technology. KSPPS Surya Amanah Ummah as a sharia-based financial institution is faced with the challenge of improving operational efficiency and service to members through the application of information technology. This training is designed to provide practical understanding and skills in the use of digital financial software, data management and marketing strategies online. The training method involves direct practical sessions and theoretical explanations integrated with case studies from cooperatives that have successfully implemented digitalization. The training participants consisted of administrators and members of KSPPS Surya Amanah Ummah who were interested in expanding their insight and skills in utilizing technology to increase the competitiveness of cooperatives. It is hoped that the results of this training can increase the operational efficiency of KSPPS Surya Amanah Ummah, expand service accessibility to cooperative members, and increase understanding of the benefits and challenges of digitalization in the context of sharia cooperatives. Thus, this training not only supports the growth of KSPPS Surya Amanah Ummah internally, but also contributes to local economic development through improving the performance and sustainability of cooperatives. Cooperative digitalization training at KSPPS Surya Amanah Ummah is the right step in facing the increasingly growing era of digitalization. With digitalization, cooperatives can increase operational efficiency, provide better services to members, and compete in an increasingly competitive market. Abstract

Risk control management in an effort to reduce Non-Performing Loans (NPL) in the Sumedang Regency Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) was carried out for two days involving 30 participants from 15 cooperatives. This activity aims to increase the understanding and skills of KSP administrators in managing risks that can affect the financial health of cooperatives. The training, which was guided by Udin Hidayat as trainer and Dadan Hamdani as material writer, used learning methods that included theory, practice and group discussions. Evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of risk management, with the average pre-test score increasing from 60% to 85% after the training. Participants succeeded in developing several risk mitigation strategies, such as improving the credit selection process and developing financial education programs for cooperative members. Feedback from participants shows that this training is very relevant and useful for KSP management. Based on the results of the training, it is recommended that KSP carry out follow-up actions through regular mentoring and evaluation sessions to ensure the implementation of the strategies that have been prepared. Apart from that, the development of continuing education programs for cooperative members is also highly recommended to increase awareness of financial responsibility. Thus, it is hoped that this training can contribute to reducing NPLs and improving the financial health of KSPs in Sumedang Regency in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0 menuntut koperasi untuk bertransformasi agar mampu bertahan dan bersaing. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pengurus koperasi dalam menghadapi tantangan digital melalui pelatihan transformasi digital berbasis model bisnis modern. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan partisipatif yang dilaksanakan selama tiga hari dengan pendekatan andragogi, studi kasus, diskusi kelompok, serta penyusunan rencana aksi digitalisasi koperasi. Materi pelatihan mencakup pengenalan model bisnis digital seperti marketplace, subscription, dan layanan on-demand, serta regulasi pendukung seperti UU Cipta Kerja dan PP No. 7 Tahun 2021. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta hingga ±30%, penyusunan rencana aksi digital koperasi, dan identifikasi tantangan serta solusi adaptif. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa intervensi edukatif melalui pelatihan praktis dapat mendorong koperasi menjadi entitas yang adaptif, inklusif, dan berdaya saing di era digital
