Abstract

Kegiatan Outbound & Team Building bagi Karyawan BPR Mandiri merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran modern yang memanfaatkan keunggulan alam. Para peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini tidak hanya dihadapkan pada tantangan intelegensia, tetapi juga fisik dan mental. Dan ini akan terus terlatih menjadi sebuah pengalaman yang membekali dirinya dalam menghadapi tantangan yang lebih nyata. Begitu pula dalam menghadapi persaingan dikehidupan sosial masyarakat. Program Outbound & Team Building dirancang bagi organisasi atau perusahaan yang ingin meningkatkan atau membangun sikap kepemimpinan dan kerjasama kelompok dalam diri karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan atau anggota dalam suatu organisasi. PKM ini merupakan bentuk Kerjasama STIE Kesatuan dengan BPR Mandiri dengan melaksanakan kegiatan Team Building yang dipadu dengan konsep acara Outbound untuk mengembangkan dan memperkuat sinergi kerja karyawan BPR Mandiri. Pasca PKM, karyawan BPR Mandiri membentuk komitmen bersama untuk bekerja bersama-sama mengembangkan perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Beberapa rencana kerja kelompok dikembangkan bersama.

Abstract

Belanja daerah adalah semua kewajiban pemerintah daerah yang diakui sebagai pengurang nilai kekayaan bersih dalam periode tahun anggaran berkenaan.Rencana belanja daerah disusun setiap tahun melalui Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD). Belanja daerah dalam APBD tersebut digunakan untuk keperluan penyelenggaraan tugas pemerintah daerah. Belanja Daerah dalam Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negri Nomor 37 Tahun 2012 tentang Pedoman Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah menyebutkan bahwa belanja daerah dipergunakan dalam rangka mendanai pelaksaan urusan pemerintah yang menjadi kewenangan provinsi atau kabupaten/kota yang terdiri dari urusan wajib, urusan pilihan dan urusan penanganannya dalam bagian atau bidang tertentu yang dapat dilaksanakan bersama antara pemerintah dan pemerintah daerah atau antar pemerintah daerah yang ditetapkan berdasarkan peraturan perundang- undangan. Pendapatan Daerah yang diperoleh baik dari Pendapatan Asli Daerah maupun dari dana perimbangan tentunya digunakan oleh pemerintah daerah untuk membiayai Belanja Daerah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meneliti prosedur penyusunan belanja daerah pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Bogor dengan proses penyusunan belanja daerah dalam penyusunan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja daerah yang ada dalam Permendagri Nomor 13 Tahun 2006. Serta ingin mengetahui bagaimana pengalokasian dananya. Hasil Pembahasan menunjukan bahwa prosedur dalam proses transaksi belanja daerah sesuai dengan Permendagri Nomor 13 Tahun 2020 yaitu tentang Proses penyusunan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah. Dan dana alokasi Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Pentaan ruang Kota bogor disalurkan kepada masyarakat contohnya di kecamatan bogor tengah karena memiliki anggaran yang lebih besar dari kecamatan lainnya.

Abstract

The needs of human life are divided into three principles, namely clothing, food and shelter. The rapid growth rate has caused the need for clothing, food, housing to increase, especially in meeting primary needs such as housing, so there is a mortgage system that helps residents to obtain basic/primary housing needs. This study aims to determine the financing model or procedure used by the Sharia Property Developer Head Office in providing Non-Bank Sharia Home Ownership Loans to the public. Non-bank Sharia Home Ownership Loans are basically home loans for prospective home buyers who do not use banks in practice. The results showed that the financing model for non-bank Sharia Home Ownership Loans was not the same as Sharia Ownership Loans that used banks. The results of this study are that Sharia Home Ownership Credit at Sharia Property Developers uses the concept of bankless credit, without fines, free of usury, without confiscation and without problematic contracts, so that sharia mortgages at Sharia Property Developers are in accordance with the principles of sharia mortgages in Islam. Abstract

The principal problem of this study is Whether the role performance of customer service will increase customer satisfaction at Bank BJB Leuwiliang Bogor District? 1) what Is the role of the performance of the teller will increase customer satisfaction at Bank BJB Leuwiliang Bogor District? 2)what Is the role of the performance of the customer service and tellers to improve customer satisfaction of Bank BJB Leuwiliang Bogor District? . The purpose of this study, namely: 1) To find out whether the role performance of customer service will increase customer satisfaction at Bank BJB Leuwiliang Bogor Regency. 2)To find out whether the role performance of the teller will increase customer satisfaction at Bank BJB Leuwiliang Bogor Regency. 3)To find out whether the role performance of customer service and teller will increase customer satisfaction at Bank BJB Leuwiliang Bogor.This research use approach of kualititatif, and the analysis used is multiple linear regression . The sampling technique used is by distributing questionnaires to 100 customers of BJB Leuwiliang with the hope of answers the results of the questionnaires the customer can determine the performance of the customer service and tellers to improve customer satisfaction BJB Leuwiliang. Based on the results of this study, prove that the value R of 0.797 indicates the relationship between the variables of role performance of customer service and teller to the satisfaction of the customer is significant , the Variable Role Performance of Customer Service to the Satisfaction of the Customer Based on the results of testing for X1, i.e., the Role Performance of Customer Service obtained t count value that is 4.147, which means t count > t table (4.147 >2.01174) . And sig t < 0.05 (0.00 < 0.05). Then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, so it can be concluded that the partial variables Role Performance of Customer service have a significant influence on the variable Customer Satisfaction. Variable Role Performance of the Teller to the Satisfaction of the Customer Based on the results of testing for X2, i.e., the Role Performance of the Teller obtained by value t calculate namely 3.242 which means t count > t table (3.242 > 2.01174). And sig t < 0.05 (0.002 < 0.05). Then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, so it can be concluded that the partial variables Role of the Performance of the Teller has a significant influence on the variable Customer Satisfaction. Abstract

The stock price is the price formed between supply and demand that occurs in the market. In addition, stock prices reflect the performance of a company which tends to fluctuate in the short term while in the long term good companies tend to increase. When the stock price of a company is high, the value of the company in the eyes of investors is also good and vice versa. The pharmaceutical industry is one of the sectors that has performed well and contributed significantly to the national economy. This study aims to determine the Return On Assets, Current Ratio and Total Asset Turnover on Stock Prices in Pharmaceutical Companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period either partially, simultaneously or dominantly. The sample in this study were 8 companies obtained by purposive sampling method. The data collection method used is documentation. This study uses Panel Data Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, t-test and F-test using the eviews 12 program. Based on research with a significance level of 0.05, partial results obtained: ROA has no effect and is not significant with a probability value (0.6075 > 0.05). CR has no effect and is not significant with the probability value (0.2601 > 0.05). TATO has a significant effect on the probability value (0.0105 <0.05). Simultaneously ROA, CR and TATO have a significant effect on stock prices with a probability value (0.0000 <0.05). R Square value of 87% is influenced by the above variables while the remaining 13% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Abstract

This research is to prove the influence on Financing To Deposit Ratioa (FDR) and Non Performing Financing (NPF) on Return On Asset (ROA). The analysis technicque used is regression analysis, because the data used are secondary data to determine the accuracy of the regression model. The dependent variable of thus research data is Return On Asset (ROA), the independent variebles are Financing To Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Non Performing Financing (NPF). The result of this study indicate that if Financing To Deposit Ratio (FDR) have a negative and significant effect on Return On Asset (ROA), these results are evidenced by a t-test of t velue of -2.228 and the significance velue indicates a figure of 0.034. Non Performing Financing (NPF) have a negative and signifivant effect on Return On Asset (ROA), these results are evidenced by a t-test og t velue of -6.269 and the significance value indicate a figure of 0.000. Abstract

Changes in stock prices fluctuations are influenced by internal factors or also called fundamental factors originating from within the company which are shown in the company's financial statements, and external factors related to the economic conditions of a country. This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity, Profitability, Inflation, and BI7DRR on Stock Prices in Plantation Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 Period, either simultaneously or partially. This study uses quantitative methods with panel data regression analysis using the Eviews version 9.0 program. The results of this study indicate that partially the Current Ratio (CR) variable has no and no significant effect on stock prices, Return On Assets (ROA) partially and significantly affects stock prices, Inflation partially and significantly affects stock prices, and BI7DRR partially partial has no effect and is not significant to stock prices. Simultaneously, the variables Current Ratio (CR), Return On Assets (ROA), Inflation and BI7DRR have a significant effect on stock prices in Plantation Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 Period. Abstract

Economic growth in this modern age makes business competition tighter. Banking becomes one of the services industry that supports economic growth in Indonesia. The banking industry is also one of the donations of national donations and serves as an institution to accommodate the funds of the public funds, it can also be relulated in productive economic activities. Thus, the benchmark of success of a bank, one of which depends on the number of customers. The more customers are interested, the more funds are immediately and reconclab by achievement maximum profitability. The purpose of this study is (1) to know and analyze the influence of information technology on customer satisfaction, (2) to know and analyze the effect of service quality to customer satisfaction, (3) to know and analyze the influence of information technology and service quality together with customer satisfaction of the number of respondents in this study amounted to 100 respondents taken from the community of Bogor City. Research data is processed using SPSS. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Information Technology has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Mandiri with the value of regression coefficient by 0.453 and has a significant value of 0.000. (2) The quality of service has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Mandiri with the value of regression coefficient by 0.443 and has a significant value of 0.000. (3) Information technology and service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Mandiri with a value of F Count of 47,650 and larger than the F table of 2.70 and has a significance value of 0.000.
