Abstract

Kegiatan Outbound & Team Building bagi Karyawan BPR Mandiri merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran modern yang memanfaatkan keunggulan alam. Para peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini tidak hanya dihadapkan pada tantangan intelegensia, tetapi juga fisik dan mental. Dan ini akan terus terlatih menjadi sebuah pengalaman yang membekali dirinya dalam menghadapi tantangan yang lebih nyata. Begitu pula dalam menghadapi persaingan dikehidupan sosial masyarakat. Program Outbound & Team Building dirancang bagi organisasi atau perusahaan yang ingin meningkatkan atau membangun sikap kepemimpinan dan kerjasama kelompok dalam diri karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan atau anggota dalam suatu organisasi. PKM ini merupakan bentuk Kerjasama STIE Kesatuan dengan BPR Mandiri dengan melaksanakan kegiatan Team Building yang dipadu dengan konsep acara Outbound untuk mengembangkan dan memperkuat sinergi kerja karyawan BPR Mandiri. Pasca PKM, karyawan BPR Mandiri membentuk komitmen bersama untuk bekerja bersama-sama mengembangkan perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Beberapa rencana kerja kelompok dikembangkan bersama.

Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah menjadi salah satu hal penting dalam aspek pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Pemerintah Indonesia selaku pengatur resmi regulator usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah, berperan aktif dalam membantu memajukan UMKM di Negara Indonesia. Kemajuan teknologi informasi yang berkembang diera indstri 4.0 sekarang, juga menjadi salah satu komponen penting bagi tren perkembangan UMKM di Indonesia. Adapun pengaruh dari teknologi informasi pada tren keberlangsungan keadaan UMKM di Indonesia tersebut, dapat berupa dampak positif dan negatif dari era industri 4.0. Mengacu pada keadaan tersebut, maka pentingnya memberikan penyuluhan edukasi, sosialisasi dan knolwdge terbarukan kepada masyarakat, mengenai tren keadaan keberlangsungan UMKM Indonesia di era industri 4.0 saat ini, untuk membantu keberlangsungan UMKM Indonesia. Dengan penyuluhan berdasarkan 5 (Lima) pilar utama dalam industri 4.0 yang dikombinasikan dengan GE Matriks, diharapkan dapat membantu Tim Abdi Masyarakat memberikan signifikansi edukasi, sosialisasi beserta knowledge terbarukan bagi masyarakat, dalam menghadapi juga membantu tren keberlangsungan keadaan UMKM di Indonesia. Abstract

Procurement of goods (purchase) is the main thing in carrying out the company's operational activities. Due to the complexity of purchasing procedures, companies should have interrelated functions to realize good and well-controlled purchasing activities. Purchasing accounting information systems are needed to avoid errors and fraud that can occur in carrying out purchasing activities. In the procurement accounting information system (purchase) it must have advantages and disadvantages, therefore it is necessary to have a review and evaluation as a reference for improvement so that it becomes a good and perfect purchasing accounting information system. This study aims to find out how the procedures for procurement activities (purchases) which include the documents used, related functions, and accounting records used in the procurement accounting information system applied to PT Jetcoms Netindo. In my opinion, the procurement (purchase) procedure at PT Jetcoms Netindo is good enough, but still has some weaknesses. The weaknesses include the existence of tasks and responsibilities that are too piled up in one section, and the lack of accounting records used. It would be better if the separation of functional duties could be more clearly separated. Keywords: purchase, purchasing accounting information system

Abstract

Sistem Akuntansi Penggajian sangatlah penting bagi sebuah perusahaan karna dengan adanya sistem akuntansi penggajian prosedur perusahaan dapat berjalan lebih terarah. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem akuntansi penggajian karyawan, mengetahui fungsi yang terkait, dokumen yang dipakai, catatan, laporan yang digunakan serta mengetahui prosedur sistem pengendalian intern dan bagan alir, sistem akuntansi penggajian karyawan pada PT Sanshiro Harapan Makmur. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh antara lain sistem penggajian pada PT Sanshiro Harapan Makmur sangat sederhana, pembayaran gaji dilakukan sebulan sekali pada karyawan. Pembayaran gaji setiap bagian dilakukan perhitungan oleh administrasi masing – masing bagian, setelah itu disetujui oleh bagian keuangan dan manager perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Sistem Akuntansi Penggajian

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of third parties and credit interest rates on profitability at state-owned banks. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression with ROA profitability being the dependent variable and two independent variables, namely Third Party Funds and Credit Interest Rates. The results of data processing have obtained a regression model = Y: 0.934 + 2.369X1 + -0.089X2. The regression coefficient shows that if each increase in third party funds is 2.369 one unit, it is predicted that it will increase profitability by 0.934 units and vice versa. The coefficient of determination (R1) is 0.299, this shows that the variable Third Party Funds and the Credit Interest Rate contribute or influence 29% on the profitability variable ROA at BUMN Banks. Partially, the test results show that each variable of third party funds has a positive and significant effect on ROA so that it is accepted and credit interest rates have a negative and insignificant effect on ROA. Simultaneously, the results of the F test show that together the variables of Third Party Funds and Interest Rates have a significant effect on ROA so that they are accepted. Abstract

To determine the effect of e-banking and service quality on satisfaction at PT. Bank Mandiri Bogor City Branch. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression with customer loyalty being the dependent variable and two independent variables, namely e-banking and service quality. Results Processing data obtained by the LN = Y model: 0.166 + 0.453X1 + 0.527X2 In the regression coefficient, KP produces every e-banking increase of 0.453, one unit is predicted, will get a profit, amounting to 0.166 units and can also be changed. The coefficient of determination (R1) is 0.888, this shows e-banking variables and service quality contribute or contribute as much as 88% to the variable satisfaction satisfaction at PT. Bank Mandiri Bogor City Branch. Partially, the test results showed each e-banking variable and service quality were significant to investment loyalty at PT. Bank Mandiri Bogor City Branch so the hypothesis is accepted. Simultaneously, the results of the F test indicate that together e-banking variables and related service quality are significant to investment loyalty at PT. Abstract

Procedures for applying for KUPEDES at the Operational Work Unit of BRI Bank Cijeruk Unit. Is one of the processes of providing small loans to community groups that have MSMEs with very easy requirements and a very fast process. With the hope that the debtor/borrower can increase his business to be even more developed. For this reason, this discussion aims to find out the procedure for submitting KUPEDES to PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cijeruk Unit. By forming a formulation of the problem regarding service requirements for credit applications, procedures for submitting KUPEDES, obstacles and how to overcome these obstacles. The results of the discussion show that the bank's intermediation function has been carried out properly, which is reflected in the amount of credit that has been distributed to the people of Bogor Regency, especially the Caringin and Cijeruk Districts. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cijeruk Unit continues to increase the growth of Rural General Credit by conducting promotions through socialization carried out by marketing.
