Abstract

This study aims to determine the behavior of modern retail consumers will use plastic bags in shopping at modern retail stores Indonesia. The second goal of this research is to know consumer perception of product and price from environmentally friendly shopping bag packaging product. The third objective is to know the business opportunity of environmentally friendly shopping bags. Samples were chosen using non-probability technique ie convenience sampling with sample size was 194 respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaire instruments with data analysis techniques using descriptive data analysis and non-parametric paired sample comparison analysis methods. Based on the results of the analysis datadiketahui that consumer behavior is the respondents of this research is not or have not moved to take the initiative to carry their own shopping bags, when shopping at modern retail stores.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to acknowledge the perceptions on sharia banking attributes in Bogor, to analyse the leading attributes used as preference in Bogor when choosing a sharia bank, and to set the conceptual strategy as an effort to develop the existence of sharia banking in Indonesia. Research population are every citizen of Bogor with the status of head of family. Sample is set with convenience technique measuring 100 heads of family as respondents. Data collection uses questionnaire instruments. Data analysis technique used in this study is using Friedman’s non parametric statistics and Importance Performance Analysis matrix. The results show that the people’s perceptions on sharia banking attributes are categorized into important and fairly important. The attributes considered important are as follow: in accordance with the sharia law, ATM, call centre, comfortable and clean office space, strategic locations, hospitality and fast serving time, secured transaction guarantee, and company’s social responsibility. On the other hand, the attributes considered fairly important are: profit sharing portion, clear procedure, competitive costs, staff’s competencies, and prestige. The leading attributes are non-interest profit sharing, ATM, call centre, image, Islamic ambiance, clean and comfortable office, location, product varieties, procedures, transaction costs, hospitality and fast serving time, secured transaction guarantee, and company’s social responsibility. Conceptual strategies in order to develop sharia banking in Indonesia are categorized as leading priority strategies, performance maintenance, low priority, and elaboration.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of NPF, ROA and BOPO on Fund Distribution. This research was conducted using the method of collecting and processing financial report data for the 2005-2020 period of Bank Syariah Mandiri based on a predetermined sample using a saturated sample. This study used a data test tool, namely the classical assumption test and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows: Partially the Non-Performing Financing Ratio has a significant effect on the distribution of funds, the significance value is -2.971 <0.012. Return on Assets has a significant effect on the distribution of funds with a significance value of -2.361 <0.036. Operational Expenses Operational income has no significant effect on the distribution of funds, the significance value is 1.050> 0.314. Simultaneously, the effect of NPF<ROA, and BOPO has a significant effect on Fund Distribution with a significance value of 0.012<0.05. The value of Adjusted R2 is 0.479, which means that the three independent variables affect the dependent variable by 0.479 (47.9%) and the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in Indonesia are one of the most dominant business sectors run by business actors. Processing of data related to financial statements is carried out using an excel data manual system in Microsoft office, this causes obstacles in calculating financial transactions, both in the form of cash turnover on sales and at the same time merchandise inventory turnover, also experiencing delays in making financial reports. Management of financial data and inventory in the preparation of financial statements, requires accuracy and accuracy of data data in every decision making. In accordance with current technological developments, it is hoped that MSMEs that already have a turnover of the upper middle class will already use a computer accounting information system. To assist in preparing financial reports using an accurate accounting information system, through this training, it is hoped that data results are updated, accurate, and quickly provide information to management. Training on Designing Accurate Accounting Information Systems at PT. Mahatani in Bogor City, can provide an overview of how it works and design concepts that are easily understood by system users/users to help make it easier to prepare financial reports. The required transactions have been provided for accurate activities, starting from creating a new account with the name of the company, along with the chart of account number, updating the chart of account according to the needs of the account number designed by management to facilitate account classification. The accurate accounting information system can be done with multi users, so that all departments can input transaction data together with the aim of providing financial information for management. The ultimate goal of accounting records is to produce a good and accurate report that is expected to provide an actual picture of the company's financial activities. Accurate, which is an integrated program, provides financial reporting facilities that make it very easy for users. Abstract

Customer service ialah setiap kegiatan yang diperuntukan untuk memberikan kepuasan nasabah melalui pelayanan yang dapat memenuhi keinginan dan kebutuhan nasabah. Pelayanan ialah usaha melayani kebutuhan orang lain, yang pada dasarnya pelayanan adalah kegiatan yang ditawarkan kepada konsumen atau pelanggan yang dilayani, yang bersifat tidak berwujud dan tidak dapat dimiliki. Tujuan dari pembahasan ini yaitu: (1) untuk mengetahui peranan customer dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan nasabah di BPRS Bogor, (2) Untuk mengetahui apa saja hambatan yang dialami oleh customer service dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan pada nasabah BPRS Botani, (3) Untuk mengetahui cara mengatasi hambatan yang dialami customer service dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan, (4) Perbandingan teori dengan hasil selama praktek kerja lapangan. Hasil pembahasan ini menunjukan bahwa (1) pelayanan pada calon nasabah yang dilakukan PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Syaria Botani sudah sesuai dengan teori dan sesuai dengan SOP yang telah ditentukan oleh PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Syaria Botani. (2) hambatan-hambatan yang dialami meliputi hambatan system, ketidak pahaman calon nasabah dan ketidak lengkapan berkas dalam permohonan pembukaan rekening. (3) hambatan-hambatan ini dapat diatasi dengan cara menghubungi bagian IT, menjelaskan kembali kepada calon nasabah dan meminta kartu tanda pengenal kepada calon nasabah, (4) pelayanan yang dijalankan oleh customer service terdapat kesesuaian dengan teori yang ada. Abstract

UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menegah) di Indonesia menjadi salah satu sektor usaha yang cukup mendominasi dijalankan oleh pelaku usaha. Pengolahan data yang berhubungan dengan persediaan dilakukan menggunakan sistem manual, hal ini menyebabkan proses yang lama dalam menghitung stock persediaan, juga mengalami kesulitan dalam membuat laporan persedian dan keuangan terutama pada laporan pembelian. Sering terjadi data-data yang hilang. Pengelolaan data dan penyusunan laporan persediaan, terutama dalam hal melakukan pembelian untuk memenuhi kebutuhan stock persediaan membutuhkan sistem informasi untuk membantu dalam menuyusun laporan pembelian agar mendapatkan hasil data yang lebih akurat dan cepat. Jika tidak ada sistem pencatatan laporan pembelian yang terprogram dalam aplikasi komputerisasi, maka informasi tentang pembelian akan menghambat kelancaran sistem lainnya yang terdapat pada PT. Mahatani tersebut, karena didalam terdapat semua aktivitas operasional pekerjaan yang saling berkaitan. Untuk itu penulis melakukan Pelatihan Merancang Sistem Informasi Akuntansi atas Prosedur Pembelian studi kasus pada PT. Mahatani di Kota Bogor, dengan konsep desain yang mudah dipahami oleh pengguna sistem/user untuk membantu mempermudah dalam penyusunan laporan pembelian dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi yang tepat dan akurat serta mempercepat dalam pengambilan keputusan. Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan yang diadakan oleh pihak Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Bogor bekerjasama dengan Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat IBI Kesatuan merupakan realisasi dari MoU antara Pemerintah Kota Bogor dengan IBI Kesatuan yang sudah terjalin dua tahun dapat berjalan dengan baik. Pada kesempatan pelatihan dengan topik “Ekonomi Kreatif Bagi UMKM Kota Bogor” dapat berjalan lancar dengan antusias peserta yang baik tercerrmin dari banyaknya pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh peserta. Pada umumnya peserta belum memanhami makna kreatif dan ekonmi kreatif karena lemahnya informasi yang peserta dapatkan. Namun selama pelatihan berlangsung terkesan peserta pelatihan memiliki motivasi yang bagus yang tercermin dari konten pertanyaan yang diajukan. Diberikan contoh suskses storry beberpa pengusaha yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan yang rendah namn sukses. Pemanfaatan kemajuan teknologi untuk keperluan usaha dengan sarana yang dimiliki oleh peserta pelatihan berupa Smart Phone Android. Dengan smarta phone tersebut dipraktekan cara-cara mencari informasi terkait ekonomi kretaif, disain produk, teknik marketing dan lainnya yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan usaha. Abstract

Proses Pembiayaan merupakan suatu tahapan atau urutan dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok Bank Syariah dalam memberikan fasilitas penyediaan dana kepada masyarakat. Salah satu pembiayaan yang diminati oleh nasabah atau calon nasabah adalah pembiayaan konsumer. Pembiayaan Konsumer merupakan pembiayaan berbasiskan agunan yang terdiri dari Pembiayaan Perumahan (PPR), Pembiayaan Kendaraan Bermotor (PKBM), dan Multiguna. Dengan tingkat persaingan yang ketat maka Bank Syariah Indonesia memberikan pelayanan secara cepat dan tepat kepada nasabahnya pada proses pembiayaan dengan memisahkan tiga unit kerja yaitu Unit Bisnis, Unit Risk dan Unit Operation. Unit Operation atau Area Financing Operation (AFO) merupakan tim akhir yang berperan penting dalam segala hal yang berkaitan dengan fungsi administrasi pembiayaan. Dengan demikian, penulis berinisiatif membuat karya tulis yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Proses Pembiayaan Nasabah Konsumer pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Area Financing Operation Kantor Cabang Bogor dan Kendala dalam Proses Pembiayaan Nasabah Konsumer pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Area Financing Operation Kantor Cabang Bogor. Berdasarkan peninjauan yang dilakukan di Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Bogor maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Proses Pembiayaan Nasabah Konsumer pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Area Financing Operation merupakan prosedur akhir dalam proses pembiayaan konsumer dengan menjalankan fungsi administrasi pembiayaan setelah seluruh persyaratan terpenuhi dan disetujui oleh Komite Pembiayaan. Proses pembiayaan nasabah dimulai sejak pengecekan dan penilaian agunan, review persyaratan akad, pembuatan akad, order notaris, asuransi, review pencairan, pencairan hingga dokumentasi. Dan pada fasilitas pembiayaan konsumer Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Bogor mengalami pertumbuhan terutama dalam segmen Griya. Serta Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Bogor mengalami beberapa kendala pada saat pemberian pembiayaan tersebut. Kata Kunci : Mekanisme, Area Financing Operation, Proses Pembiayaan

Abstract

Procedures for applying for KUPEDES at the Operational Work Unit of BRI Bank Cijeruk Unit. Is one of the processes of providing small loans to community groups that have MSMEs with very easy requirements and a very fast process. With the hope that the debtor/borrower can increase his business to be even more developed. For this reason, this discussion aims to find out the procedure for submitting KUPEDES to PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cijeruk Unit. By forming a formulation of the problem regarding service requirements for credit applications, procedures for submitting KUPEDES, obstacles and how to overcome these obstacles. The results of the discussion show that the bank's intermediation function has been carried out properly, which is reflected in the amount of credit that has been distributed to the people of Bogor Regency, especially the Caringin and Cijeruk Districts. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cijeruk Unit continues to increase the growth of Rural General Credit by conducting promotions through socialization carried out by marketing. Abstract

Computerized accounting system is an accounting system where the computer as information technology is useful to run applications used in processing accounting transactions and at the same time to generate financial statements in a company. With the computerized system in the company's operational activities, especially in the recording of financial statements can facilitate and help the computer user complete his activity report effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this discussion is to find out how to use computerized accounting system in PT. Mainstay Fluid system as well as in running using the system whether there are perceived obstacles, especially in the financial part.The results of the discussion showed that the computerized accounting system used by PT. Fluid System's mainstay is to use microsoft office excel in helping to make the company's financial statements. Keywords : Computerized Accounting System, Microsoft Office Excel.
