Abstract

Classroom Action Research has been carried out (PTK), which aims to enhance motivation and learning outcomes Biological science using Mind Mapping Strategies in Quantum Learning in class XI Science 2 Nurul Falah Pekanbaru SMA FY 2009/2010. The study was conducted on May 21, 2010 until the date of June 7, 2010. number of students in research as many as 40 people (12 male students and 28 female students). The parameters of this study is the motivation and learning outcomes. The results showed that the average score of the students' motivation before learning to use Mind Mapping Strategies in Quantum Learning is 2.12 (Medium), and the average score of motivation after learning to use Mind Mapping Strategies in Quantum Learning is 3.01 (High) , with a percentage (%) increased motivation for 42.01%. The average absorption cycle 1 students 77.8% (good), while in cycle 2 the average student absorption of 84.4% (very good). Mastery learning of individual students in cycle 1 (daily tests I) that is 90% (complete), at cycle 2 mastery learning students increased to 100% (complete). The final conclusion of Learning Implementation Using Mind Mapping Strategies in Quantum Learning to Enhance Motivation and Learning Outcomes High School Students Science Biology Pekanbaru Nurul Falah School Year 2009/2010.

Abstract

The goal of this research was to find out if students were more enthusiastic about learning about mechanical wave material using the flipped-classroom paradigm of blended learning. The methodology of this investigation is quantitative. This study used a quasi-experimental strategy based on a pre- and post-test control group design. This study was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Bireuen. Students from SMA Negeri 1 Bireuen's IPA class of the 2021–2022 school year made up the study's population. This research employed a "purposive sampling" technique. Thirty students from IPA XI class B served as the study's experimental group, while the same number from IPA XI class C was control group. The researchers used a student interest survey that asked about four factors: pleasure, attention, interest, and involvement. Percentage interest surveys administered both before and after implementing the flipped-classroom into both experimental class and controlled class. Research and data analysis have led to the conclusion that students who adopt a blended learning model of the flipped-classroom variety show a marked improvement in their learning interest when compared to students who adopt conventional model of instruction (direct interaction).Keywords: Interest; Flipped Classroom; Blended Learning

Abstract

Yayasan di Indonesia memiliki fokus pada pelayanan di bidang sosial dan berperan penting dalam berbagai aspek masyarakat. Dalam operasionalnya yayasan bisa berjalan berkat adanya sumber dukungan materil dari sumbangan dan hibah yang diberikan, serta dukungan moral dari para relawan yang hadir mendukung yayasan tersebut. Bagi yayasan sumber pendanaan tersebut dapat diperoleh dari sumbangan, donasi, hibah, dana amal baik dari perusahaan maupun instansi. Pengelolaan yayasan tentu beririsan dengan pengeloaan keuangan sebagai aspek penting dalam pembangunan yayasan. Bagi yayasan, beberapa sumber pendanaan keuangan berasal dari sumbangan, donasi, amal dari sebuah perusahaan/instansi. Pengelolaan keuangan yang baik oleh pengurus yayasan sangat penting, terutama dari sumbangan yang diterima, agar yayasan dapat mengelola sumber keuangan dengan efisien. Salah satu cara untuk memisahkan pencatatan keuangan pribadi dengan yayasan yaitu membuat pembukuan, maka dari itu kami mendampingi para pengurus Yayasan Kasih Anak Kanker Indonesia (YKAKI) Cabang Bandung untuk membuat laporan keuangan yang baik dan terstruktur.
