Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of principal transformational leadership on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Susukanlebak. The type of research used in this study uses a quantitative approach with simple regression analysis techniques. The type of data used is primary data obtained through a questionnaire using SPSS for Windows version 18 and observation. Secondary data obtained from school data as well as several books and journals that can be accounted for. The sample in the study was 36 respondents using saturated sampling technique. The results of this study based on the value of R Square indicate that the principal's transformational leadership has a contribution of 20.1% or there is a low influence of 20.1% on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Susukanlebak. The remaining 79.9% is influenced by other factors not examined by the authors.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of price and promotion on cosmetic purchasing decisions at PT Al Wardah Cirebon City. The research used in this study used quantitative descriptive methods and simple regression analysis techniques for data collection using survey questionnaires, interviews, and observations and using SPSS Windows version 21 for hypothesis calculations. In this study, there were 106 respondents who used the technique to saturation before the analysis test was carried out with a prerequisite test, namely the normality test. Based on the results of the analysis, the significance of the price and promotion is positive at 3,732. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik di PT Al Wardah Kota Cirebon. Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskritif kuantitatif dan teknis analis regresi sederhana untuk pengumpulan data yang menggunakan kuesioner survey, wawancara,dan observasi serta menggunakan spss windows versi 21 untuk perhitungan hipotesis. Sampai dalam penelitian ini adalah 106 responden yang menggunakan teknik sampai jenuh sebelum dilakukan uji analisis di lakukan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis di signifikan dari harga dan promosi adalah positif sebesar 3.732.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compulsive panic buying on purchasing decisions at the Majalegka diamond department store. The research method used is quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The total population is 100 people with a sample of 80 people. This study uses data analysis methods consisting of validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test (normality test, heteroscedasticity test), simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test and determinant coefficient. research with the help of SPSS 26.0 program calculations obtained a t value of 3.019 while t table 1.664 with an R square of 0.105. Thus the independent variable, namely compulsive panic buying, has a positive influence on the dependent variable on purchasing decisions by 10.5%. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh compulsive panic buying terhadap keputusan pembelian di toserba berlian Majalegka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Total populasi adalah 100 orang dengan pengambilan sampel 80 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data yang terdiri dari Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji asumsi klasik (Uji Normalitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas), Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana, Uji Hipotesis dan Koefisien Determinan. penelitian dengan bantuan perhitungan program SPSS 26.0 diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 3,019 sedangkan t tabel 1,664 dengan R square sebesar 0,105. Dengan demikian variabel bebas yaitu compulsive panic buying mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap variabel terikat keputusan pembelian sebesar 10,5%.
