Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher performance on student motivation in Santa Maria Elementary School Cirebon. This research uses accidental sampling method with a sample of 85 fourth grade students. Data collection is done by filling out questionnaires for teacher performance with student learning motivation. Furthermore, the data collected was analyzed using statistics with a significance level (α) of 0.05. The results showed there was an effect of teacher performance looking at the tcount of teacher performance variables (X) of 4.831> t table which was 0.67739. And based on the F test the independent variable is 179,586 or there is an influence because the Sig level is 0.00 or smaller than 0.05 (p <0.05) which means that the teacher's performance variable has a significant influence on employee student motivation. From these results Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Abstraksi Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di Sekolah Dasar Santa Maria Kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode accidental sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 85 siswa kelas 4 SD. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner untuk kinerja guru dengan motivasi belajar siswa. Selanjutnya data yang terkumpul dianalisa dengan menggunakan statistik dengan tingkat kemaknaan (α) 0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh kinerja guru melihat dari nilai thitung variabel kinerja guru (X) sebesar 4,831 > t table yaitu 0,67739. Dan berdasarkan uji F variabel bebas sebesar 179.586 atau ada pengaruh karena tingkat Sig sebesar 0,00 atau lebih kecil dari 0,05 (p<0.05) yang berarti variabel kinerja guru mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa Pegawai. Dari hasil tersebut maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of e-learning workshops and intrinsic motivation on teacher effectiveness in Al Hidayah Primary School. The research method used quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaire. The general population is 51 people and the sample is 6 people (deviation 5%). Data analysis methods used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classical hypothesis test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroskedasticity test), linear multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results of the study using SPSS 26.0 program calculations resulted in an f-number of 9.163, while the f-table was 3.209 and the R-square was 0.696. Thus, the independent variables, i.e. e-learning workshops and internal motivation, positively influence the dependent variable of the teacher's work efficiency by 69.6%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compulsive panic buying on purchasing decisions at the Majalegka diamond department store. The research method used is quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The total population is 100 people with a sample of 80 people. This study uses data analysis methods consisting of validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test (normality test, heteroscedasticity test), simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test and determinant coefficient. research with the help of SPSS 26.0 program calculations obtained a t value of 3.019 while t table 1.664 with an R square of 0.105. Thus the independent variable, namely compulsive panic buying, has a positive influence on the dependent variable on purchasing decisions by 10.5%. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh compulsive panic buying terhadap keputusan pembelian di toserba berlian Majalegka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Total populasi adalah 100 orang dengan pengambilan sampel 80 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data yang terdiri dari Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji asumsi klasik (Uji Normalitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas), Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana, Uji Hipotesis dan Koefisien Determinan. penelitian dengan bantuan perhitungan program SPSS 26.0 diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 3,019 sedangkan t tabel 1,664 dengan R square sebesar 0,105. Dengan demikian variabel bebas yaitu compulsive panic buying mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap variabel terikat keputusan pembelian sebesar 10,5%.
