Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study conducted at the Kalijaga Permai Health Center. This study aims to find out how the implementation of PSAK No. 1 concerning the Presentation of Financial Statements at Kalijaga Permai Health Center (Balance Sheet, Operational Report, Cash Flow Statement, Notes to Financial Statements). The data collection method used is documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Kalijaga Permai Health Center has implemented PSAK No. 1 in the Presentation of Financial Statements in the form of a Balance Sheet, Operational Report, Cash Flow Statement, and Notes to Financial Statements although there are some differences in the presentation of the Financial Statements of the Kalijaga Pemai Health Center with PSAK No. 1, namely the absence of a Change in Equity Report because all equity in the Kalijaga Permai Health Center belongs to the local government. There is a difference in the name of the Comprehensive Income Statement to the Operational Report, although there is a difference in name but the information presented in the Operational Report in general already presents information on income, costs, and the total surplus or deficit of the Kalijaga Permai Health Center, with the following details: Presentation of the Balance Sheet, Operational Report , Cash Flow Statements and Notes to Financial Statements have been able to present information in accordance with PSAK No.1.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of employee competency assessment on promotion at PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk Cirebon Branch Office. The type of research used in this study uses quantitative methods with random sampling techniques, and data collection using research instruments. The type of data used is primary data obtained through a questionnaire using SPSS for Windows version 25 and observation. Secondary data obtained from company data as well as several books and journals that can be accounted for. The sample in the study was as many as 48 respondents, because under 100, as many as 48 respondents were used as the sampling in this study. The results of this study indicate that the employee competency assessment has a significant effect on employee promotion at PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Cirebon Branch Office. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penilaian kompetensi karyawan terhadap promosi jabatan pada PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk Kantor Cabang Cirebon. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan secara random, serta pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuisioner dengan menggunakan SPSS untuk Windows versi 25 dan observasi. Data sekunder yang diperoleh dari data perusahaan serta beberapa buku dan jurnal yang dapat dipertanggungjawabakan. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 48 responden, karena dibawah dari 100 maka sebanyak 48 responden tersebut dijadikan sampling dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penilaian kompetensi karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap promosi jabatan karyawan pada PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Kantor Cabang Cirebon.

Abstract

Purpose of the study — The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of business partner growth on sales volume with stock as a variable that affects the relationship between business partner growth and sales volume. The object of the study is business partners and sales of basic food products at the regular stock point of the Cirebon Palace. The phenomenon of an increase in the number of business partners that are relatively stable from month to month each period will be a positive thing for the growth process of a business partner, so that sales volume will increase if followed by adequate availability stock.Research method—In this study using quantitative methods and questionnaires became the source of data obtained from respondents. The analytical methods in this study are simple regression analysis and moderation regression analysis, validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, autocorrelation test, heteroskedasticity test, multicholinearity test, and hypothesis test which includes t test, f test and coefficient of determination.Result— The results showed that (1) the business partner growth variable has a positive effect on sales volume, (2) stock variables affect sales volume, (3) stock variables moderate the relationship between business partner growth variables and sales volume.Conclusion— this study found that the growth of business partners has a positive effect on sales volume in the basic food product industry. The availability of stock plays a crucial role in moderating this relationship, as adequate stock levels enhance the impact of business partner growth on sales volume. Therefore, businesses should focus on expanding their network of business partners while ensuring sufficient stock to maximize sales growth and capitalize on market opportunities.
