Abstract

               The purpose of this research is to see what kind of character strengthening can build students' character based on the value of Islamic education. This research uses descriptive qualitative research and also quantitative research at SMAN 2 Bandar with data collection techniques of observation, interviews with teachers/principals. and accurate documentation based on valid data. In addition, the data is presented using a descriptive approach in the form of written words to clarify the data collected and analyzed. Character education models must be developed in schools based on religious education to make religious education the main subjects used to build student character. Religious education must teach religious attitudes and behavior. Another important aspect that needs to be considered in the framework of effective character building in schools is the vision, mission and goals of the school and togetherness. There is a program. clear and detailed covering all subjects and all teachers. There is support for facilities and special teams for the implementation of student character development programs..

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the application of the demonstration method in fiqh subjects at MTS Muhammadiyah 15 Medan. This research uses a qualitative method where data collection is carried out in 3 ways, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by looking at the state or situation of the research environment. After conducting the analysis, the author found a demonstration method in the chapters on prayer, purification and ablution. In the prayer section, the author finds differences in prayer readings, namely general readings and Muhammadiyah readings Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan metode demonstrasi pada mata pelajaran fiqih di mts muhammadiyah 15 medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan 3 cara yakni observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi . Teknik analisa data dilakukan dengan melihat keadaan atau situasi lingkungan penelitian. Setelah melakukan analisa maka penulis menemukan metode demonstrasi pada bab sholat, bersuci dan wudhu. Pada bagian sholat penulis menemuka perbedaan bacaan sholat yaitu bacaan umum dan bacaan muhammadiyah.
