Abstract

The Lighting is very much needed in various areas of life today, both for individuals and the living environment. Considering that roads are places that we always pass, this requires lighting in various sectors, including steep roads that must be equipped with maximum lighting. We often know that many accidents occur, one of which is caused by the lack of lighting on the side of the road. Seeing this and considering technological developments, an intelligent system based on Arduino UNO was created which was able to overcome this problem. With Arduino UNO, LDR Light Sensor, and IR Sensor, this intelligent system is able to turn on the lights automatically for road users, thus this tool will be able to reduce the problem of accidents that often occur on the road, and is also able to provide a sense of security and comfort for drivers.

Abstract

Fulfilling children's rights is an activity to guarantee the needs of life, protect and give children what they should get, namely the right to live, grow and develop, be cared for and cared for by their own parents. Therefore, every child has the right to have the same rights in front of their parents, there is no discrimination or discrimination. This paper discusses the fulfillment of hadhanah rights after divorce, which aims to find out how the provisions for children's rights are according to the compilation of Islamic law after divorce, how efforts are made to fulfill the hadhanah rights of minors after divorce according to the compilation of Islamic law and find out how the analysis of decision No. 2184/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Mdn. This type of thesis research uses normative legal research with a qualitative approach method, while the research method used is literature study.(library research)with data collection techniques using secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. That the author found in the trial several factors that caused custody of the child to fall to the biological father. The results of this research consist of several factors, namely that the child's mother left her child more than 1 year ago, the mother is currently living with another man and already has a child with that man, while the child's mother has not divorced from the child's father, and all this time the child has been in his father's care. So the panel of judges considers that it is in the interests of the child that the child's education and morals will be better maintained if he remains with his father. Here the author agrees with the judge's decision which states that custody of the child falls to the father. To strengthen the quality and capacity as well as the integrity of families with children, the government is obliged to provide services and training for parents and children.

Abstract

In this modern era, the need for environmentally friendly vehicles is increasing, along with the increasing awareness of the importance of protecting the environment from pollution. One solution that is increasingly popular is the use of two-wheeled electric vehicles. These electric vehicles utilize DC motors as the main drive. In this system, controlling the speed of the DC motor is an important aspect to ensure efficient and responsive performance. This study examines the implementation of Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) as a method of controlling the speed of a DC motor in two-wheeled electric vehicles. PWM is a technique that allows control of the power received by the motor by adjusting the width of the digital signal pulse. With this method, the speed of the motor can be controlled precisely without losing significant power efficiency. This study focuses on the design and implementation of a speed control system using PWM, as well as testing the performance of the system on two-wheeled electric vehicles. The results of the study show that the use of PWM as a method of controlling the speed of a DC motor in two-wheeled electric vehicles is able to provide a fast and accurate response to the desired speed changes. This system is also proven to be energy efficient and able to reduce the heat generated by the motor, thereby extending the life of the motor. Thus, the use of PWM in the DC motor speed control system in two-wheeled electric vehicles is an effective and efficient solution to improve the performance and reliability of electric vehicles.

Abstract

Solar Power Plant is a new renewable energy source that can be utilized and is very accessible because it uses sunlight as the main medium of generation. Sunlight is expected to shine on the solar panel with a breakthrough using an aluminum foil reflector. Aluminum foil that provides reflection of sunlight can increase the output efficiency of solar panels. To get the productivity of electricity generated by the panel, maximum sunlight is needed on the surface. Reflectors can increase the intensity of sunlight with less heat generated. By using aluminum foil, the sunlight will be directed to the solar panel thus increasing the output power produced. The angle and tilt of the reflector will be adjusted to the position of the solar panel. The reflection of the aluminum foil has an effect on the intensity of light received by the solar panel and an increase in output power of 2-5%.

Abstract

The need for efficient and environmentally friendly electric two-wheeled vehicles is increasing along with awareness of the impact of pollution. One of the main challenges in the development of electric vehicles is controlling the speed of DC motors precisely and efficiently. This study aims to design and implement a DC motor speed control system on a two-wheeled vehicle using the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) method. PWM was chosen because of its ability to regulate motor power efficiently through variations in the width of the digital signal pulse, thereby reducing energy waste and excess heat. The research methods include designing a microcontroller-based PWM circuit, simulating system performance using MATLAB/Simulink software, and direct testing on DC motors with input voltage variations of 3–12 volts. The test results show that the system is able to produce a linear speed response, with an increase in motor rotation from 0 rpm at 3 volts to 1500 rpm at 12 volts. This system is also proven to be energy efficient with power efficiency reaching 85% and reducing motor heat by 20%. Thus, the implementation of PWM as a DC motor speed controller on a two-wheeled electric vehicle not only improves performance and responsiveness, but also contributes to environmental sustainability.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce has revolutionized the way businesses and consumers interact, providing convenience and accessibility. However, this advancement also presents significant challenges in cybersecurity and the protection of privacy rights. This paper examines the key cybersecurity threats in e-commerce transactions, including data breaches, identity theft, phishing attacks, and unauthorized access. It also explores the legal and regulatory frameworks designed to protect consumer privacy, such as GDPR, CCPA, and Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law. The study analyzes existing security measures, including encryption, multi-factor authentication, and blockchain technology, to enhance transaction security and safeguard user data. Additionally, the research highlights the role of businesses in ensuring compliance with privacy laws and implementing best practices in data protection. The findings suggest that while technological solutions play a crucial role in mitigating cybersecurity risks, consumer awareness and regulatory enforcement are equally important in strengthening e-commerce security.

Abstract

This study critically examines the concept of contractor liability in construction projects from the perspective of Maqashid Sharia and Islamic contract law. In Islamic jurisprudence, contracts are binding moral and legal agreements, and the fulfillment of obligations by all parties, including contractors, is essential to uphold the values of justice, trust, and responsibility. Using a normative legal research method, this paper analyses classical and contemporary fiqh literature, as well as statutory regulations relevant to construction contracts. The study finds that contractor liability is not only a matter of legal obligation but also a reflection of ethical responsibility in line with the objectives of Sharia, particularly the protection of propertyand public welfare(maslahah). When a contractor fails to meet agreed standards or causes damage due to negligence or breach of contract, Islamic law provides clear mechanisms for accountability and compensation. The study concludes that integrating maqashidbased principles into contract enforcement can enhance fairness and sustainability in the construction industry, especially in Muslim-majority contexts.
