Abstract

The aim is for internal control in cash control during the new normal period at BPRS Al Wasliyah in accordance with the components of internal control (internal control) in the new normal era which is carried out strictly. according to the theory of the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO). The problem studied in this study is whether the role of internal control in cash control with internal control components is in accordance with the theory of the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO). This research is a source triangulation test with a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects were employees of BPRS AL WASHLIYAH Medan . The data collection technique used was a focused interview where the researcher asked the informants regarding things that had been prepared beforehand. Analysis of the data used is by using data obtained from interviews, observation and documentation, by collecting, describing, and forming it in a pattern. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap efisiensi proses bisnis dalam berbagai sektor industri. Salah satu penerapan teknologi yang berperan penting adalah sistem absensi dan penggajian berbasis lokasi (GPS) yang dapat meningkatkan akurasi data kehadiran karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem absensi dan penggajian karyawan berbasis GPS pada CV. Bambang Tetuko dengan menerapkan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Metode RAD dipilih karena mampu menghasilkan aplikasi dalam waktu pengembangan yang lebih singkat melalui pendekatan iteratif, kolaboratif, dan prototyping yang intensif antara pengembang dan pengguna. Tahapan penelitian dimulai dari analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengembangan prototipe, hingga pengujian sistem berdasarkan feedback pengguna secara langsung. Sistem ini mengintegrasikan fitur pencatatan kehadiran melalui lokasi GPS secara real-time, validasi posisi karyawan sesuai titik lokasi kerja, serta perhitungan penggajian otomatis berdasarkan jumlah kehadiran dan jam kerja. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode black box untuk memastikan fungsionalitas sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan operasional perusahaan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem absensi dan penggajian berbasis GPS dapat meningkatkan transparansi, akurasi data kehadiran, serta meminimalkan potensi kecurangan absensi manual. Selain itu, penerapan metode RAD mampu mempercepat proses pengembangan dan memastikan fungsionalitas sistem sesuai harapan pengguna. Dengan adanya sistem ini, proses administrasi kehadiran dan penggajian di CV. Bambang Tetuko menjadi lebih efektif, efisien, dan terstruktur secara digital.

Abstract

Toddlerhood is a critical period in a child’s growth and development that significantly affects future health and cognitive outcomes. Adequate nutritional intake during this stage is essential to prevent growth disorders, particularly stunting. The Indonesian government has implemented various intervention programs, including the Supplementary Feeding Program (Pemberian Makanan Tambahan/PMT), to improve toddlers’ nutritional status and reduce stunting, especially in areas with high nutritional challenges. In Karang Rejo Village, the PMT program is actively implemented through community health posts (posyandu). However, the management of PMT data, including beneficiary records, monitoring of weight and height, and feeding schedules, is still conducted manually. This manual approach leads to data inaccuracies, difficulties in tracking historical records, potential data loss, and delays in reporting. In addition, the lack of integrated data hinders health workers and cadres from conducting effective and regular monitoring, which may impact the accuracy of nutritional interventions for toddlers at risk of stunting. To address these issues, this study proposes the development of a web-based monitoring system for the PMT program. The system is designed to facilitate structured data recording, periodic monitoring of toddlers’ nutritional status, and real-time reporting accessible to authorized users. The implementation of this system is expected to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of PMT services, support timely decision-making, and contribute to government efforts in reducing stunting rates and improving the overall health status of toddlers in Karang Rejo Village.

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages educational institutions to utilize web-based information systems to support more effective and efficient administrative management. Penraujan Junior High School still faces obstacles in managing teacher data which is done manually or using simple applications, so that it has the potential to cause recording errors, data duplication, and difficulties in finding and compiling reports. This research aims to design and build a web-based teacher data information system at Penraujan Junior High School using the Laravel framework. The methods used in this study include system needs analysis, system design, and system implementation and testing. The system was developed using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The result of this research is in the form of a teacher data information system that is able to manage teacher data in an integrated manner, facilitate the process of storing, searching, and processing data, and producing accurate and up-to-date information. With this system, it is hoped that the management of teacher data at Penraujan Junior High School can be carried out more optimally and support the improvement of school administrative performance.

Abstract

Environmental degradation in Indonesia remains a serious issue due to the low level of public awareness in maintaining environmental cleanliness and sustainability. Conventional environmental education methods are considered less effective, especially for digital generations who require interactive and engaging learning media. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop EcoHike, an educational game with a mountain hiking theme based on Roblox Studio as a medium for environmental education. The EcoHike game is designed by integrating concepts of environmental cleanliness, nature conservation, and responsibility toward nature into interactive gameplay. The research method focuses on the game design and development stage using the Lua programming language, with limited testing on functionality and user experience aspects. The results of this study are expected to increase players’ awareness and understanding of the importance of environmental sustainability through a game-based learning approach, as well as demonstrate the potential of Roblox Studio as an innovative and accessible digital learning media platform.

Abstract

In a school environment, managing student academic data, such as attendance and grades, is a vital component that requires high accuracy and efficiency. This data serves not only as an administrative record but also as a basis for evaluating student and school performance. At Brigjend Katamso 2 Middle School in Medan, attendance and grade management still uses manual methods, which can lead to errors and delays. This research uses the Waterfall method to create a prototype system design that can present web-based student attendance and grade data quickly and accurately, and facilitate more efficient reporting for the school. The Waterfall method was chosen because of its systematic and sequential approach, ensuring each development stage (analysis, design, implementation, testing) is completed thoroughly and in a structured manner, resulting in a robust system that meets the school's specific needs. The results of this research are expected to provide a description of the information system development process using the Waterfall method.

Abstract

The Department of Communication and Informatics (Kominfo) of Langkat Regency plays an important role in receiving and handling public complaints related to public services. Previously, the complaint process was conducted manually through paper forms, short messages, and face-to-face reporting, which caused several problems such as delays in report delivery, difficulties in tracking complaint histories, and lack of transparency for the public. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Public Complaint Information System to improve report management effectiveness and public service quality. This research applies a software engineering approach using the Waterfall development model consisting of problem identification, data collection, requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The system was developed using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript programming languages with a MySQL database. The main features include online complaint submission, report management by administrators, complaint status monitoring by the public, and automatic report generation. The results show that the developed system facilitates the public in submitting complaints without visiting the government office directly. In addition, the system assists officers in managing complaint data in a structured manner, accelerates complaint handling processes, and increases transparency in public services. Therefore, the web-based public complaint information system can be an effective solution to support faster, more accurate, and efficient services at the Langkat Regency Kominfo Office.
