Abstract

This study aims to offer a model in terms of infrastructure development in Indonesia through the issuance of sukuk which is adjusted based on the purpose of use and the type of infrastructure, namely Musyarakah Muqtanaqishah (MMQ), Ijarah, Mudharabah, Murabahah, and Isthisna by state-owned companies then offer the Sukuk to the company pension fund. The methodology in this research uses a system thinking approach with secondary data collection techniques obtained from supporting literature. The result of this research is that the NBFI industry in Indonesia is very important role for the development of infrastructure with the media of pension fund where the instrument is the Sukuk by using musyarakah and Musyarakah Muqtanaqishah (MMQ).

Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar belakang penelitian  ini adalah ketika Nelson Mandela meningga dunial para remaja dan peserta didik belum banyak  yang tahu siapa Nelson Mandela. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana perjuangan Nelson Mandela melawan rasisme di Afrika Selatan tahun 1940-2010. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejarah Afrika Selatan, untuk menjelaskan perjalanan hidup Nelson Mandela dan untuk mengungkapkan perjuangan Nelson Mandela melawan rasisime. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode historis atau penelitian sejarah. Adapun langkah-langkah penelitian ini yaitu heuristik, interpretasi dan historiografi. Sumber data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari berbagai perpustakaan dan sumber-sumber lain yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan tehnik analisis kualitatif, data-data kualitatif yang diperoleh dari hasil perjuangan Nelson Mandela melawan rasisme dianalisis untuk memperoleh suatu gambaran dari tokoh yang diteliti. Adapun Hasil penelitian ini adalah orang kulit putih mendapatkan hak-hak istimewa sedangkan orang kulit hitam dibebankan dengan kewajiban-kewajiban yang berat yang akhirnya menimbulkan perlawanan orang kulit hitam terhadap bangsa kulit putih. Perjuangan Nelson Mandela melawan rasisme di Afrika Selatan sangat luar biasa. Nelson Mandela berjuang untuk mengembalikan hak-hak orang kulit hitam untuk berdiri sama tinggi dengan orang kulit putih. Politik diskriminasi yang diberlakukan oleh orang kulit putih menjadikan orang kulit hitam tidak dapat mengenyam pendidikan sebagaimana orang kulit putih, kehidupan orang kulit hitam sangat terbelakang baik sosial, ekonomi dan politik. Diskriminasi yang diberlakukan oleh orang kulit putih melahirkan dampak yang tidak baik bagi masyarakat kulit hitam antaralain adalah diberlakukannya undang-undang agraria, undang-undang perkawinan dan konsep Homeland. Karena politik diskriminasi inilah Nelson Mandela melakukan perjuangan untuk mendapatkan kesetaraan bagi masyarakat kulit hitam. Nelson Mandela terpilih menjadi presiden Afrika Selatan. Presiden berkulit hitam pertama di Afrika Selatan. Terpilihnya Nelson Mandela menjadi presiden Afrika Selatan merupakan akumulasi dari hasil perjuangannya dalam melawan rasisme atau politik apartheid selama puluhan tahun. Kata kunci: Nelson Mandela, Rasisme, Afrika Selatan.

Abstract

This study aims to improve halal industry through the role of sharia banking with financing channeled by the Islamic banks to finance customers. The method used in this research is qualitative and quantitative research. The qualitative data processing technique is sourced from the analysis of the interviews conducted by the syariah bank and the financing customer, while the quantitative analysis uses secondary time series data derived from publication reports from OJK and BPS from 2005 to 2017 with Eviews software tool. The variables of this research are halal sectors (Halal GDP) as dependent variable; total sharia bank financing; inflation, and export of halal industry as an independent variable. The results of this study proves that sharia banking can encourage the increase and development of halal industrial sector through financing customers in Islamic banks. The econometric results also prove that research variables such as the number of halal industrial sectors will increase with the increase in the business of customers who get halal certification. Despite the inflationary conditions, it does not slow the growth of halal industrial sector.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the use of a conventional and sharia-based cashless society in the new normal, cashless transactions that are considered more real time by the community. The research method used is qualitative, with library study data collection based on the use of cashless with digital wallets in Indonesia which people tend to use during the COVID-19 pandemic such as Shopee pay, Dana, Ovo, link aja, link aja sharia, gopay. The results showed that Go-Pay, OVO, DANA, LinkAja. Five products with the best developers from each. ShopeePay is 39%, OVO is 18%, Go-pay is 17%, Dana is 18%, and LinkAja is 9%, Shopeepay has succeeded in gaining public trust in transactions during the pandemic, while the LinkAja Syariah Service is the first Islamic electronic money. The conclusion of this research is Shopee pay is Cashless with the most popular ranking during the covid-19 pandemic, Shopeepay is also the main payment method that is in demand and used by the non-cash movement community.Keywords: Cashless; Islamic Cashless Society; New Normal

Abstract

The aim is for internal control in cash control during the new normal period at BPRS Al Wasliyah in accordance with the components of internal control (internal control) in the new normal era which is carried out strictly. according to the theory of the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO). The problem studied in this study is whether the role of internal control in cash control with internal control components is in accordance with the theory of the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO). This research is a source triangulation test with a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects were employees of BPRS AL WASHLIYAH Medan . The data collection technique used was a focused interview where the researcher asked the informants regarding things that had been prepared beforehand. Analysis of the data used is by using data obtained from interviews, observation and documentation, by collecting, describing, and forming it in a pattern. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the halal industry in Indonesia can develop through the role of Islamic banking with financing channeled by Islamic banks to financing customers. Abstract

The capital structure describes the company's permanent financing consisting of long-term debt and equity. Capital structure decisions are influenced by profitability and other variables. In this study, the authors tested the variables that affect the capital structure including profitability and asset structure. The type of data in this study was quantitative. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis equations. In this study, the dependent variable is capital structure and the independent variable is profitability and asset structure. The results indicate that profitability and asset structure have a positive and significant effect on capital structure of 9,542 with a significance value of 0,000 in sharia-based manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2016 - 2019. Partially, the two independent variables have a significant effect on Structure Capital (DER) is 3.338 with a significance of 0.001 and a positive ? value of 0.321 together on Capital Structure and Asset Structure has a positive and significant effect on Capital Structure (DER) of 2.723 with a significance value of 0.008 and a positive ? value of 0.262 in Sharia-based manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2016 - 2019.Keywords: Capital Structure, Profitability, Asset Structure.

Abstract

This research problem study discusses the impact of COVID-19 globally on economic activity, namely the level of consumption that occurs in an undesirable situation due to the impact of the fear of lack of equipment and equipment during the COVID-19 period. Apart from influencing production, consumption also influences. Namely, the emergence of a phenomenon called panic buying through the minds of some people is getting less controlled due to more fear. This research discusses the presence of solidarity buying as a solution to helping each other by continuing to carry out economic activities from the closest scope and can be carried out alternately and then distributed to parties who have an impact on their lives due to COVID-19. This research aims at community empowerment by helping each other in the surrounding environment, but economic turnover can run through silodarity buying which is not only individual but more concerned with social life amid the conditions of COVID-19. By using research that is a qualitative approach with several methods so that it can help the process to achieve a desired result. For the first to use development research (Development Research). Research and development is a process to develop a new product or improve an existing product, which can be justified. The results of the study show that solidarity buying can maintain the unfinished economic chain during the COVID-19 period through tolerance in purchasing goods or food from small and medium enterprises. The conclusion from the research is that the new normal period requires increased tolerance between humans as an economic continuity of life by not doing panic buying and continuing to run the small and medium economy by buying existing products as needed.Keywords: Solidarity Buying, Development, New Normal Era.____________________________________________________

Abstract

In today's digital era, the application of digital marketing is the main key in increasing the sales volume of various products, including ornamental corals. This research aims to find out how CV Rezky Bahari Makassar applies digital marketing to increase sales of ornamental corals. Through a qualitative approach of exploratory case study type, data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. data analysis methods using descriptive qualitative. The results showed that CV. Rezky Bahari Makassar has implemented various digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Website and Email Marketing, Integrated digital marketing strategies focus on attractive visual content, technological innovations such as 360-degree videos and direct interaction with customers to increase the visibility and accessibility of its products to consumers. The implementation of this strategy resulted in a significant increase in sales of ornamental corals. Despite facing challenges such as a decline in revenue due to the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, the company managed to return to a positive growth path through digital marketing strategies, with sales revenue reaching its highest peak in 2023. This research provides insights into effective digital marketing practices in the ornamental coral industry and suggests that the integration of various digital channels can result in increased sales.

Abstract

Frozen food is food that is processed and then packaged in half-cooked packaging and when consumed must go through a re-processing process, namely by heating it in a frying pan. Frozen Food is a storage process before processing. Frozen food or processed frozen food is the result of a food preservation method which is carried out by lowering the temperature to freezing point, this aims to slow down the spoilage process and preserve the food for months depending on the type of food. Frozen food is also defined as food that is frozen with the aim of preserving the food until it is ready to be eaten. This research design uses quantitative research methods, which test certain theories by examining the relationships between variables. These variables are measured using research instruments, so that data consisting of numbers can be analyzed based on statistical procedures. This type of research uses associative research. Associative research is a temporary answer to associative problem formulations, namely those that ask about the relationship between two or more variables. In this research, we analyze the influence of price and promotion on consumer preferences at the "Nadelia Frozen" shop in Patumbak Medan. Based on data obtained in research regarding Analysis of Factors that Influence Product Purchases. The number of respondents in this study was 30 respondents, then analyzed, it was concluded as follows: Based on partial research results, the brand variable is the most dominant factor that has a positive and significant influence on purchasing frozen food products. Based on partial research results, the product variable has a positive and significant effect. on purchasing frozen food products, based on partial research results, the market competition variable has no effect on purchasing frozen food products. Based on simultaneous research results, the variables Brand, Product and Market Competition have a positive and significant effect on purchasing frozen food products. Based on the conclusions, suggestions that can be put forward in increasing purchases of frozen food products in Patumbak Medan are: Considering that brands and products have a positive and significant influence on purchases of frozen food products in Patumbak Medan, it is best to maintain and improve product quality and maintain the good name of the brand. It is hoped that the company will make strategies for building brand images, products so they can compete in the market. The results of this research can be used to develop management knowledge in the future to be better at marketing products with known brands, so they can compete in market competition.
