Abstract

ABSTRAK Keberhasilan strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan suatu perusahaan terutama pada saat ini ketika era informasi berkembang pesat, merupakan salah satu senjata ampuh bagi perusahaan dalam mengembangkan dan mempertahankan usaha. Strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan adalah Richeese Nabati tersedia dalam beberapa varian berat, yaitu dalam ukuran log, 20g, dan 75g. Dengan varian ukuran ini memudahkan konsumen dalam menyesuaikan kebutuhan mengkonsumsinya. Serta mengoptimalkan program-program di tingkat wholesaler, grosir, semi grosir, gerai star, dan peritel agar bisa berjalan bersama. Kata kunci: strategi pemasaran, volume penjualan, Richeese Nabati

Abstract

Human resources have a very important role in an agency, for that in order for the agency to achieve goals as expected, high employee motivation is needed. Generating a high employee motivation is not easy to implement. Therefore, employees should be given appropriate incentives so that the desired employee motivation can be achieved. The provision of incentives can be done by providing annual bonuses, employee welfare, and promotions. As for the main problem with this research is "does the provision of incentives affect the work motivation of employees at the Office of the Education Quality Assurance Institute (LPMP) Bandar Lampung?" In line with the main problem, the authors propose the hypothesis "There is a positive influence between the provision of incentives on employee motivation at the Office of the Education Quality Assurance Institution (LPMP) Bandar Lampung". In the research that the author did, the research variable was the provision of incentives as the independent variable (X) while employee motivation as the dependent variable (Y). Furthermore, the proposed sample is 26 employees which is 25% of the total population, namely 105 employees. The type of research in this writing is qualitative and quantitative research with the method used is to collect data by means of surveys or field research. While the data collection techniques by means of observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. Then to test the hypothesis using qualitative and quantitative analysis which is the type of this writing, with statistical formulas. Quantitative analysis using the product moment formula and obtained: rxy product moment = 0.714. Confused with the level of evenness of the 2 variables being at a high level of closeness, it means that the incentive distribution has a very high relationship with employee performance. To find out the effect of giving incentives on employees' work motivation, using a determinant coefficient with a result of 51%, while other factors 49% were not examined including leadership style, office layout, atmosphere (work climate) of employees. Abstract

Perusahaan multi level marketing adalah perusahaan yang membangun jaringan distribusi untuk mempromosikan produk dan layanan langsung ke konsumen. Jaringan bisnis seperti ini membuka peluang bagi seseorang yang ingin memiliki usaha sendiri. Bisnis multi level marketing ini tidak membutuhkan modal awal yang tinggi, kebutuhan tempat usaha, sementara produk telah disiapkan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengembangan jaringan bisnis produk multivitamin PT. Amindoway Jaya. Populasi penelitian adalah perusahaan multi level marketing PT. Amindoway Jaya, khususnya Amway Business Owner (ABO). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan pendekatan deskritif kualitatif. Metode ini menyajikan hakikat hubungan antara peneliti dan responden secara langsung. Mendorong perolehan data yang lebih rinci dan akurat dengan keterlibatan peneliti sendiri di lapangan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh untuk mengembangkan jaringan bisnis berdasarkan aspek armada penjualan yaitu Amway Business Owner (ABO) yang didukung oleh sistem Network Twenty One (N21) dengan 6 langkah praktis, diantaranya menuliskan cita-cita/impian, membuat daftar nama, membuat janji, presentasi, memakai produk dari bisnis sendiri, mengikuti sekolah bisnis. Berdasarkan aspek pembagian keuntungan, telah terprogram dengan baik. Amway Business Owner (ABO) memiliki potensi keuntungan yang sangat besar bahkan tidak terbatas dari bisnis ini. Berdasarkan aspek penjualan, sistem penjualan produk dilakukan secara langsung atau direct selling. Untuk mempertahankan persaingan dengan perusahaan multi level marketing lainnya maka semua produk PT. Amindoway Jaya dilindungi dengan Amway Promise. Abstract

In terms of implementing the government spending especially for subsidy, continuing improvement of implementation is needed to get more effective and efficient. The Government Expenditure is a program that encourages and maintains public consumption, especially those with low incomes. Completion of subsidy spending is important given the limited fiscal space so that it needs to be implemented as well as possible both in terms of optimization and welfare improvement. Therefore, we analyze the diesel subsidy as one of the fuel subsidies that the Government continues to distribute. This study aims to discuss the distribution of diesel subsidies and their impact on poverty and inequality in Indonesia, especially in the pre and post-pandemic period. How does social distancing as a reaction during a pandemic affect the distribution of diesel subsidies. We use the counter factual analysis method as done by Lustig (2018) through part of the Commitment to Equity (CEQ) method. The results of this study indicate that the diesel subsidy program has a positive impact on poverty reduction but is less effective in reducing inequality. This may be due to the lack of accuracy in targeting poverty targets and distributing welfare. Meanwhile, social distancing seems to have little effect on the distribution of diesel fuel due to a decrease in mobility which lowers the economic price. In the future, this research needs to be refined by involving other government social assistance programs to gain insight from these other programs. Abstract

The international trade consists of two components, volume and price. The price component is a deflator for international trade. Meanwhile, the volume component can be regarded as the real condition of international trade. In this paper, the author tries to explain the relationship between export and import volumes according to the theoretical basis. The response variable is the quantity (volume) of imports and exports. Meanwhile, the control variables, such as GDP and REER, are in accordance with the "imperfect substitute" model. Based on multiple regression analysis, it is known that the volume of imports is influenced by purchasing power and the negative effect of the relative price of imported goods on domestic prices. Meanwhile, export volume growth was positive by production capacity and negative effect by international relative on domestic costs. Keywords: trade, imperfect substitutes, ECM, volume component

Abstract

The capital market is one of the ways chosen by the company in meeting the needs of additional company funds to develop the company's operations to survive in the global economy. Investors invest their capital in shares in a company with the main objective of obtaining a return on investment in the form of dividends and capital gains. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Cash Ratio and Earnings Per Share on Dividend Payout Ratio in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used are secondary data that is produced from other existing sources, for example research must go through others or search through documents, journals or books (name, year, page,). This research is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach. Samples of this study using panel data, were taken as many as 8 manufacturing companies that were in accordance with predetermined criteria with the research period 2016 - 2020. The study used the software of SPSS 2.0 and the results ere Cash Ratio effects the Dividend Payout Ratio based on the results of calculations and analysis can be calculated t-value = 6.255 with a sig. Value = 0.000., This significant value <0.05,. Earning Per Share has a significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio based on the results of calculations and analysis obtained calculated t-value = 3.837 with a sig. value. = 0.001, sig. value = 0.001 < 0.05, Cash ratio and Earning Per Share have a significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio based on the calculation and analysis results obtained value t-calculate = 69.818 the value of sig. = 0.000 because the value of sig. < 0.05 the result of the coefficient of being amended adjust R2 obtained 0.951, means that this study contributed 95.1% while 4.9% was determined by other factors outside this study, this hall showed that the available data had qualified for the use of the panel data regression model. From the results of the analysis, it shows that the Cash Ratio, and Earning Per Share effect to the Dividen Payout Ratio. Abstract

Tourism is an activity carried out by individual or group in the form of a trip to visit a certain place with the aim of having a vacation, and seeing the features and beauty of this tour. Tirta Pesona rides are one of the tours located in the city of Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this study was to analyze the strategy for developing Wahana Tirta Pesona tourism in the city of Bandar Lampung. The type of research used in this study is a type of qualitative research. Based on the results of interviews, the main attraction of the Wahana Tirta Pesona tourist attraction is the natural beauty that is very natural. So that the management goes according to the planned objectives in the tourism development strategy where the manager focuses on developing facilities and increasing promotions so that the number of visitors does not continue to decrease. The techniques and planning possessed by the Wahana Tirta Pesona tourist attraction are quite good, but are not running effectively in their implementation. Based on the results of interviews and observations, it can be concluded that the development strategies at tourist sites that have been carried out have been implemented but are still ineffective, resulting in a decrease in the number of visitors. The decrease in the number of visitors was caused by several other factors such as the impact of the Covid'19 pandemic, lack of promotional activities, lack of maintenance, and lack of access road facilities and infrastructure to the location. The management has tried to develop tourism objects including constructing other supporting facilities. Keywords: development strategy, strategy implementation, tourism
