Abstract

Student achievement is very important to improve the quality of human resources. Each student's academic performance is different even in the same situation. Many factors influence students in their academic achievement. Academic achievement is a result achieved by students in the learning process at a certain time. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, learning discipline, teacher competence and parental support on student academic achievement. This research used quantitative descriptive with a sample of 90 students of the Gama English Course Sukoharjo. The sampling technique used was survey sampling with data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and was processed with SPSS 23. The determinant coefficient of the research results showed that motivation, learning discipline, teacher competence and parental support could explain the student's academic achievement by 62.3%. The results of the study concluded that there was a positive effect of teacher motivation and competence on student academic achievement, but learning discipline and parental support had a negative effect on student academic achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to examine several factors that can influence employee performance including work complexity, career development, and organizational communication The sample used was 76 Bank “X” employees in Surakarta City. The sampling method uses the survey sampling method. The type of data used is primary data. The data analysis method uses multiple regression with the help of SPSS 23 The coefficient of determination test results shows that the complexity of work, career development and organizational communication can explain employee performance by 50.3% while the remaining 49.7% employee performance will be explained by other factors outside the three research variables. The results of the hypothesis test analysis show the conclusion that work complexity, career development, and organizational communication affect employee performance.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of promotion, price, and service quality on purchasing decisions in a case study conducted at SAE Audio in Gemolong City, Central Java. The study involved 85 respondents selected through the Non-Probability Sampling method. Data analysis encompassed several statistical techniques, including the instrument test (validity & reliability), classical assumption test (normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation), multiple linear regression analysis (determination analysis, model feasibility test, and hypothesis test). The findings of this study reveal that promotion, price and service quality each have an positively and significantly impact on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kepuasan kerja sebagai proksi dampak budaya terhadap produktivitas di tempat kerja. Teknik kuantitatif digunakan untuk penelitian ini dan melibatkan 30 orang pegawai KSU Mitra Usaha Masaran. Untuk tujuan penelitian ini, pendekatan sampel jenuh digunakan untuk mengumpulkan sampel dari tiga puluh individu yang berbeda. Untuk mengumpulkan data maka dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis jalur dan regresi berganda adalah dua strategi yang digunakan dalam analisis data. Salah satu temuan penelitian ini adalah bahwa budaya suatu organisasi mempunyai dampak besar terhadap tingkat kepuasan yang diperoleh seseorang dari pekerjaannya. Oleh karena itu, budaya organisasi dan tingkat kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pemanfaatan uji Sobel telah memberikan bukti empiris untuk mendukung gagasan bahwa kepuasan kerja dapat berfungsi sebagai perantara dalam hubungan antara budaya perusahaan dan kinerja karyawan.
