Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain and analyze the influence of organizational culture (X1) and organizational justice (X2) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Y) with organizational commitment (M) as an intervening variable. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to 85 permanent employees (Chin, 1998) CV. Cempaka Katerina. Data processing techniques use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the help of SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment but not on OCB, organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Organizational commitment proved to mediate the relationship between organizational culture and organizational justice towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis mengenai pengaruh budaya organisasi (X1) dan keadilan organisasi (X2) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Y) dengan komitmen organisasi (M) sebagai variabel intervening. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 85 karyawan tetap (Chin, 1998) CV. Cempaka Katerina. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi tetapi tidak pada OCB, keadilan organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), serta komitmen organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan tehradap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Komitmen organisasi terbukti memediasi hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan keadilan organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
