Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic affects every economic aspect globally, including the fintech P2P lending industry in Indonesia. Indonesia’s fast P2P lending fintech growth faces challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to detect whether there are significant differences in Indonesia’s fintech P2P lending growth before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially on these 5 variables: numbers of new customers, new investors, and amount of loan disbursement, TKB90 percentage, and amount of outstanding loan. Data analysis is done using paired T-test and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. This study concludes that there are significant differences between new borrower and the amount of loan disbursement before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, while there are no significant differences between new investors, TKB90 percentage, and amount of outstanding loans before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Pandemi COVID-19 berdampak pada seluruh aspek perekonomian di dunia termasuk fintech pinjaman di Indonesia. Pertumbuhan fintech pinjaman di Indonesia yang begitu pesat dalam beberapa tahun ini kini memasuki tantangan baru di era pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada pertumbuhan fintech pinjaman di Indonesia sebelum dan selama pandemi melalui lima variabel jumlah peminjam baru, pendana baru, penyaluran pinjaman, angka TKB90, dan jumlah pinjaman wanprestasi fintech pinjaman di seluruh Indonesia yang terdaftar dan memiliki izin OJK. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode uji T dua sampel dependen dan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada variabel jumlah peminjam baru dan penyaluran pinjaman sebelum dan selama pandemi COVID-19, dan tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada variabel jumlah pendana baru, angka TKB90, dan jumlah pinjaman wanprestasi sebelum dan selama pandemi COVID-19.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Economic Globalization from a point of view of Economic Freedom, Trade Openness, and Foreign Direct Investment on Economic Growth. The research sample uses panel data across seven ASEAN countries which are Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, and Vietnam from 2013 to 2019. This research method uses Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) with Fixed Effect Model (FEM) on Eviews 9.0. The result of this study explains that there is a positive and significant effect of Trade Openness on Economic Growth, while there is no significant effect between Economic Freedom and Foreign Direct Investment on Economic Growth. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Globalisasi Ekonomi dari sudut pandang Kebebasan Ekonomi, Keterbukaan Perdagangan, dan Penanaman Modal Asing terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. Sampel penelitian menggunakan data panel di tujuh negara ASEAN yaitu Kamboja, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapura, Thailand, Filipina, dan Vietnam dari tahun 2013-2019. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda dengan Fixed Effect Model (FEM) pada program Eviews 9.0. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Keterbukaan Perdagangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, sedangkan Kebebasan Ekonomi dan Penanaman Modal Asing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi.

Abstract

The purpose of research is to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance mediated by motivation. This study used CV. Prima Ujaya Snack’s employees as sample population using purposive sampling method. The size of sample are 65 samples using SEM. Questionnaire data obtained from employees and supervisor. The data used are primary data in the form of a questionnaire. This research uses Microsoft Office 365 software, SmartPLS version 3.3.2 to perform data processing. The results obtained in this research are transformational leadership had a positive and significant relation with employee performance. Transformational leadership had a appositive and significant relation with motivation. And motivation indeed mediated transformational leadership on employee performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi karyawan CV. Prima Ujaya Snack dengan metode purposive sampling. Ukuran sampel sebanyak 65 sampel menggunakan metode SEM. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer berupa kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada karyawan dan supervisor. Penelitian ini menggunakan software Microsoft Office 365, dan SmartPLS versi 3.3.2 untuk melakukan pengolahan data. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepemimpinan transformasional memliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi. Dan motivasi memilliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan dapat memediasi antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of work-life policies towards organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction variable. The population of this research is the 126 employee from Nico Course. Sample was selected non-probabilty sampling. Data processing techniques using structural equation modeling which assisted by SmartPLS version 3.2.9 program. The result of this study reveals that both work-life policies and job satisfaction have significant and positive effect towards organizational commitment and job satisfaction successfully mediated work-life policies and organizational commitment. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh work-life policies terhadap organizational commitment yang dimediasi oleh variabel job satisfaction. Populasi yang diambil dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan Nico Course yang berjumlah 126 orang. Sampel yang dipilih menggunakan non-probabilty samping bersifat purposive sampling berjumlah 100 orang. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan structural equation modeling yang dibantu dengan program SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah work-life policies dan job satisfaction berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap organizational commitment dan job satisfaction berhasil memediasi antara work-life policies dan organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with job stress as a mediating variable. The subjects used in this study were employees at PT. XYZ. PT. XYZ is a multinational real estate company. The number of samples taken in this study were 75 respondents. The data obtained was carried out from the results of distributing questionnaires through google form using purposive sampling technique. Processing of the collected data is carried out with the SmartPLS program. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on job stress, and job stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance. Also, job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance. However, job stress can mediate the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. This research shows that in order to improve employee performance, companies need to pay attention to employee job satisfaction in order to reduce employee work stress levels. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Stres Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. XYZ. PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan di bidang real estate berskala multinasional. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 75 responden. Data yang diperoleh dilakukan dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Pengolahan data yang telah terkumpul dilakukan dengan program SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja, dan Stres Kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Serta, Kepuasan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Akan tetapi, Stres Kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk dapat meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan Kepuasan Kerja karyawan agar dapat menurunkan tingkat Stres Kerja karyawan.

Abstract

this study aims to determine the influence of perceived organizational support on turnover intention through job satisfaction as mediating variable both indirectly or directly. The sample in this study were 75 employees of PT. Bank MNC at Jakarta Pusat, whom the majority are sales divition, a minimum sample is determine by using Hair’s formula which are the indicators times with five. The analysis method used is SmartPLS 3.2.8 resulting in Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a negative and not significant effect on turnover intention. Perceived organizational support has a negative and not significant effect on turnover intention. And perceived organizational support has a negative and not significant effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between organizational learning culture and employee performance. The subjects studied were the employees at PT XYZ which is an import agent company as well as a complete supplier of factory doors and warehouse needs in Indonesia. The number of samples taken in this study were 85 employees and 15 supervisors who were obtained by distributing questionnaires through google form with Non-probability sampling technique. The collected data is processed using SmartPLS. The results of data processing indicate that organizational learning culture has a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance. However, the function of job satisfaction as a mediating variable in this study was not achieved because the correlation value with mediation is smaller than the value of organizational learning culture which can directly have a positive effect on employee performance. So the employee performance in this study is a partial mediation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peranan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Mediasi Hubungan antara Budaya Belajar Organisasi dan Kinerja Karyawan. Subjek yang diteliti adalah karyawan pada PT XYZ yang merupakan perusahaan agen import serta penyedia pintu pabrik dan kebutuhan gudang secara lengkap di Indonesia. Jumlah sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan dengan jumlah 85 orang dan supervisor 15 orang yang diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner melalui google form dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh/sensus. Data yang telah dikumpulkan diolah menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil dari pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa budaya belajar organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun, fungsi kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada penelitian ini tidak tercapai karena nilai kolerasi dengan adanya mediasi lebih kecil daripada nilai budaya belajar organisasi yang secara langsung dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Maka kinerja karyawan disini merupakan mediasi parsial.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT XYZ. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Peneliti mendistribusikan kuesioner ke 100 pimpinan dan karyawan di PT XYZ. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis PLS-SEM. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of leadership style, job discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT XYZ. This research was conducted by probability sampling method with a type of purposive sampling. The researcher distributed questionnaires to 100 leaders and their sub-ordinates at PT XYZ. Data analysis using PLS-SEM analysis. The results of hypothesis testing prove that leadership style, job discipline and job satisfaction have positive and significant value on employee performace.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of family-work conflict on job satisfaction with work engagement as mediating variable on retail employees of one company in Indonesia. Several studies previously showed that family-work conflict has no relationship with job satisfaction. In handling this gap, researcher try to add work engagement variable as mediating variable to connect the relationship and influence between family-work conflict and job satisfaction. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis as research method. A total of 100 respondents were used as research samples and used purposive sampling as sampling technique. This study shows that there is no influence between family-work conflict on job satisfaction and work engagement variable can be used as mediating variable between family-work conflict on job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh family-work conflict terhadap job satisfaction dengan work engagement sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan ritel salah satu perusahaan di Indonesia. Beberapa penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa family-work conflict tidak memiliki hubungan dengan job satisfaction. Dalam menangani gap ini, peneliti mencoba untuk menambahkan variabel work engagement sebagai variabel mediasi untuk menjembatani hubungan serta pengaruh antara family-work conflict dengan job satisfaction. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) sebagai metode penelitian. Sebanyak 100 responden digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian dan menggunakan purposive sampling sebagai teknik sampling. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh antara family-work conflict terhadap job satisfaction dan variabel work engagement dapat digunakan sebagai variabel mediasi antara family-work conflict terhadap job satisfaction.

Abstract

This Study aim to determine how a significant influence between Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour to Job Satisfaction with Perceived Organizational Support as mediation on PT.Anyar Muara Diesel job satisfaction. The research method used in this research is by questionnaire method, as many as 98 employee were sampled, The analytical method use is SmartPLS 3 application. The result of this research show that there is a significant effect of Leadership Organizational Citizenship Behaviour to Job Satisfaction with Perceived Organizational Support as mediation on PT.Anyar Muara Diesel.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Organizational Citizenship Behaviour terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan Perceived Organizational Support sebagai variable mediasi pada karyawan PT. Anyar Muara Diesel. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner, sebanyak 98 karyawan yang menjadi sample, program yang digunakan untuk menganalisis adalah SmartPLS 3.
