Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia tersebut, yaitu berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan pelayanan di Puskesmas Kota Dumai. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data utama melalui penyebaran angket kepada masyarakat sebagai objek pelayanan, di samping melalui observasi dan wawancara sebagai teknik pengumpulan data pendukungnya. Adapun Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang menjadi objek pelayanan dan petugas Puskesmas sebagai informan pendukung. Dengan menetapkan beberapa indikator dalam melihat pelaksana pelayanan di Puskesmas Kota Dumai, seperti indikator tampilan fisik, reabilitas, responsif, jaminan dan empati, penelitian ini mendapati bahwa implementasi dari keputusan menteri tersebut dalam hal pelayanan di Puskesmas Kota Dumai adalah sudah dapat dikatakan atau masuk ke dalam kategori cukup terlaksana. Hal ini didasari oleh fakta bahwa secara umum pasien di Puskesmas Kota Dumai sudah memberi penilaian terhadap pelayanan di Puskesmas tersebut adalah cukup terlaksana, berdasarkan atas hal-hal seperti pelayanan yang ramah, sopan, cepat tanggap, penuh perhatian, serta tidak membeda-bedakan status sosial.

This study aims to determine the level of objective Implementation Coordination of Badan Pelayana Terpadu and Penanaman Modal (BPTPM) and thenBadan Lingkungan Hidup (BLH) Against Business Interruption Handling Permit Laundry Pekanbaru. Assessment indicators Policies, Plans, Procedures and Work, and Briefing Meeting and Joint Decree. This type of research that is located in the Badan Pelayanan Terpadu and Penanaman Modal (BPTPM) with the Badan Lingkungan Hidup (BLH) Pekanbaru This is a kuantitative, using a method that is used to discover knowledge on the subject of study at a particular moment to reveal empirical facts objective. There are two groups of population samples in this study are servants of Licensing numbered 12 and Employees Division of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) amounted to 5 people. Types and techniques of data collection consists of the data perimer, secondary, obesrvasi, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Based on this analysis technique researchers assess and conclude that the implementation of the Coordination Badan Pelayanan Terpadu andPenanaman Modal (BPTPM) and then Badan Lingkungah Hidup (BLH) Against Business Interruption Handling Permit Pekanbaru City Laundry is in the interval Good Enough. Recommendations to be considered, especially with regard to local laws and regulations regarding the implementation of the permit interruption laundry business in the city of Pekanbaru.

Muara Sungai Kelantan Mandau Siak Regency is one of the villages located far to the center of the district capital of Siak and including one isolated region. This village requires the construction of infrastructure and public facilities in order to improve people's welfare. The government has many programs in an effort to increase the development of this infrastructure to be felt in isolated areas in Siak and one of them is with the Community Work Program (Pokmas) corresponding decree No. 29 Year 2013. Pokmas Fund in accordance with the technical guidelines issued by the Regent Siak who explained that the funds Pokmas used for the construction of public infrastructure and public facilities. The purpose of this study is to identify and explain the implementation of the Community Work Program Project (community groups) in the village of Muara Sungai Kelantan Mandau Siak and constraints. The method used is descriptive and quantitative methods; Samples that all parties involved in the implementation of community groups and community programs Mandau Sungai Siak Regency as many as 48 people. Techniques of data collection questionnaire and interview and descriptive data analysis. This study concluded that the Community Work Program Implementation Project (community groups) in the village of Muara Sungai Kelantan Mandau Siak in the unfavorable category. The obstacles that occur in the role of Rural Community Muara Kelantan River District Mandaudalam planning of development programs, namely: a society that did not participate berpartisipatif in carrying out development programs, the length of the disbursement of funds so that development programs can not be run smoothly and in the organization of the Village Community Muara Sungai Kelantan Mandaumasih there are members who are less active role in the development program.

In terms of implementation, the levy charged cleanliness, then the implementation needs to be evaluated to measure the performance of the running. In connection with the issue, then formulated the problem this research is how the implementation of the levy charged for cleanliness in the village of Simpang Tiga subdistrict Bukit Raya Pekanbaru? With the aim of this study to determine the results of voting conducted levy charged hygiene officer (RW), (RT) and to determine the sanction given to the people who shall levy hygiene violate local regulation No.10 of 2012. In this study the data and information collected using a questionnaire. This research can be categorized as a descriptive research with quantitative methods. The research site is in the village of Simpang Tiga subdistrict Bukit Raya Pekanbaru city, with a population of this research is the Head of Bukit Raya, Head. Kep, Works and Supplies, Treasurer Reception, Head Simpang Tiga, Head of Development, Officer Levy Cleanliness collector (RW), the Neighborhood (RT) by using purposive sampling technique and levy payers using simple random sampling technique. Types of data collected included primary data and secondary data. For primary data derived from responses through interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. For secondary data through a department that deals with Local Regulation No.10 of 2012. In the analysis of the data, after the data is collected the next step will be clarified and explained by the type and form of data then descriptively. As for the results of the study authors to the conclusion that the implementation of the levy charged for cleanliness in the village of Simpang Tiga subdistrict Bukit Raya Pekanbaru well served seen from the implementation of the levy charged for cleanliness by the clerk to the community has been well served by good although there are still some obstacles, such as sufficient number of people who do not want pay the levy hygiene and of the government itself is still less responsive in taking action against this is because the government is less strict in giving a legal basis to the relevant agencies, and according to the author is expected from the government to carry out this regulation as well as possible for the future in order to realize development and prosperity through a levy hygiene.

The existence of the research objectives at locations studied were offices Training Center of Environment and Forests (BDLHK) Pekanbaru Riau. There are key informant in informant / respondent that the leadership is section head of education and training and staff Training Center of Environment and Forests (BDLHK) numbered 20 people. techniques used in collecting the data is the census technique for the respondent staff Training Centre of Environment and Forests (BDLHK) and to the leadership of the section head of education and training of researchers use interviewing techniques. Typeand data collection techniques used consist of primary data was collected by using questionnaires and interviews and secondary data were collected using observation, while the analytical techniques in use uses interviews leadership of the section head of education and training and the frequency table of the results of the questionnaire given to the staff Training Center of Environment and Forests (BDLHK). Based on this analysis technique researchers assess and conclude that the level of implementation of the supervisory function led to the Training Center of Environment and Forests (BDLHK) Pekanbaru in Riau can be concluded that the overall supervisory function which is led by the head of the section of education and training obtained information "Good"

This study aims to determine the level of Objectivity Evaluation of the Implementation of Public Service In Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Indra Indragiri Hulu Regency. Indicators of this study are Requirements, Procedures, Service Time, Cost / Tariff, Service Product, Complaint Management. The type of research located in Indragiri Hulu Regency is Servey Descriptive, which Priority list of quissioner as a tool of collecting data and data collected with this tool then used as the main raw material to analyze the empirical condition of the objectivity of the existence of research objectives at the location in carefully. The population that is used in this research is the Head of Regional Water Company Tirta Indra, Company Employee Tirta Indra, And also the Society as a customer. The sampling technique used in assigning individual samples is the census technique for the employee population and the incidental sampling technique for the population group, the type and data collection techniques used in this study consist of, primary data collected by using quissioners and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use the tool table frequency. Based on this analytical technique, the researcher evaluates and concludes that the Analysis of Public Service in Tirta Indra Regional Water Company (PDAM) of Indragiri Hulu Regency is at the "Good Enough" rating interval. Recommendation to be considered is where in the future the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum will improve the quality services provided to customers.

In a village a hamlet can be formed or what is called another name that is adjusted to the origin, customs, and socio-cultural values of the community. The formation of the hamlet is mentioned in Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages Article 8 paragraph (4) says that in the village area a hamlet is formed or what is called by another name is adjusted to the origin, customs, and social values of the village community. The research method used is qualitative. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results of this study will be published in accredited national journals and non-accredited national journals. In addition, the results of this study will be used as teaching materials in subjects that have relevance in the problems examined. The conclusion of this study is the role of the hamlet chief in assisting the village head in Kubang Jaya Village, Siak Hulu Sub-District, Kampar Regency, seen from the Task Indicator on the Measuring Scale Implemented. Furthermore, the role of the Hamlet Chief in assisting the Village Head in Kubang Jaya Village, Siak Hulu Subdistrict, Kampar Regency is seen from the Function Indicators on the Measuring Scale Implemented.
