Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kebijakan Pembinaan Kesejahtraan Keluarga dalam Melaksanakan Kegiatan Pola Asuh Anak dan Remaja Desa Jangkang kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis dan penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan mengunakan metode penelitian survey, tingkat eksplanasinya deskriftif serta mengunakan data kualitatif. Peneliti mewawancarai secara langsung dan secara mendalam kepada key informant yang di anggap paling mengetahui Kegiatan Pola Asuh anak dan Remaja dengan mengunakan teknik purposive sampling. Secara praktis,hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat sebagai bahan informasi bagi Pemerintah Desa jangkang khususnya Pembinaan Kesejahtraan Keluarga terkait Program yang dilaksanakannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Masih kurang pahamnya masyarakat dengan kegiatan Kegiatan Pembinan Kesadaran Bela Negara dan banyak orang tua berfikiran Pola Asuh anak dan Remaja ini dilakukan disekolah saja bukan dirumah. Oleh sebab itu kegiatan dalam program ini harus dapat ditingkatkan kembali.

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Efektifitas Pelaksanaan Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Riau No 6 tahun 2012 tentang Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan (Studi Kasus PT.CAS (Cakra Alam Sejati) Kecamatan Pangkalan Kuras Kabupaten Pelalawan). Teori yang digunakan adalah teori kartini yaitu tentang Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan membutuhkan sebuah kebijakan dari Pemerintah dan dukungan dari masyarakat Agar tidak berjalan sendiri-sendiri dan tidak timpang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Hasil penelitian belum efektif melaksanakan Tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan sesuai yang diatur dalam Peraturan Daerah, Hal ini terlihat masih kurangnya pengawasan dan Sosialiasi Pemerintah Daerah terhadap Peraturan Daerah tersebut terlihat dari pelaksanaannya yang hanya dilakukan sesuai permintaan masyarakat saja dan masih kurangnya kesadaran perusahaan untuk melibatkan masyarakat dalam proses perencanaan dan pelaksanaan Tanggung jawab social perusahaan.

Seni Randai Kuantan, is a heritage art from traditional culture that used to grow and develop in Kuantan Singingi Regency. Randai in the Kuansing area called Randai Kuantan. Kuansing Regency has cultural tourism, one of which is Randai Performing Arts attractions. Randai Performing Arts is used as a tourist attraction because Randai is a unique folk art that is unique in delivering messages and entertainment. Therefore, Randai performance art can also be used as an added value innovation for local tourism managers so that it can increase the number of tourist visits. However, Randai is still rarely implemented and young women from Kuantan singing district have started to know that Randai art can become one of the mainstay alternatives to attract tourists to visit Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research is a type of qualitative research. The source of this research data is primary data obtained from interviews with informants and key informants. Data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The conclusion of this study is based on respondents' responses to randai art attractions, respondents gave responses that the Randai show was interesting, the readiness of the community to make randai art a tourist attraction, the community responded that it was ready to make randai displayed as a tourist attraction and became a characteristic in Kuantan Tengah Subdistrict Kuantan Singingi Regency .

The Baby and Toddler Orphanage " Fajar Harapan " is located at Jalan Mustafa Yatim No.12 Pekanbaru, Riau and is chaired by Mr.H. Yazid Bakhri. Currently this orphanage accommodates 77 children consisting of 11 babies, 15 toddlers, 21 people in elementary school, 30 people in high school and junior high school with 6 caregivers. This orphanage has various problems including: First, it only relies on donors to meet financial needs such as the community and the government. Second, the level of health awareness in the orphanage is still lacking, such as the number of children experiencing scabies, lice, itching and tinea versicolor. Third, there is still a lack of bed facilities so that the orphans only sleep on thin carpets (mats). PKM is carried out in several stages including: training, implementation and evaluation. The solutions offered by this PKM program include three things: counseling, mentoring, treatment and providing facilities

This research aims to know the Implementation of the regional province of Riau Regulation number 6 in 2012 about the social responsibility of companies in Riau Province (study of community empowerment Around PT. Agro Lestari Tamora village of Serosah sub-district of Hulu Kuantan District of Kuantan Singingi). Assessment indicators used include communication, resources and karakeristik problems. The research method used qualitative methods. This research can be categorized as descriptive research . prioritize list of interviews as a means of data collection and the data collected with this tool then made a major raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of obyektifitas of the existence of objective research on the location thoroughly. As for the location of this research in the PT. Tamora Agro Lestari village of Serosah sub-district of Hulu Kuantan District of Kuantan Singingi with Key informants 1 person Secretary of social and Employment Office District of Kuantan Singingi and 9 people informant is Commission B the House of representatives of the regional province of Riau, Forum TJSP Province Riau, the Riau Malay custom, the House of representatives Commission III area of Kuantan Singingi, Kuantan Upstream Head , The Village Chief, Serosah, Publicist PT Agro Lestari Tamora Serosah, Chairman Of The Youth Village, Serosah Village Community. Types and techniques of collecting primary data gathered with interview techniques as well as secondary data collected through the documents, books, and records the nature of the documentation. While the data analysis technique used is to use the tools of triangulation. Based on this analysis techniques researchers assess and conclude that the Implementation of the regional province of Riau Regulation number 6 in 2012 about the social responsibility of companies in Riau Province (study of community empowerment Around PT. Agro Lestari Tamora village of Serosah sub-district of Hulu Kuantan District of Kuantan Singingi) are not fulfilled. The recommendations need to be considered especially with respect to the making of the regulations the Governor about procedures for the implementation of corporate social responsibility.

The implementation of the national electronic program for current residents' cards and future time frames has always been an actual phenomenon to be discussed and researched. The same phenomenon in linear terms certainly reaches throughout the regency and city areas in Indonesia, including in KuantanSingingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the conditions of the objective implementation of the resident card electronic policy in KuantanSingingi Regency. The reference analysis is an indicator of the implementation of public policy theory - communication, resources, disposition, bureaucratic structure. The research method used descriptive survey, data analysis instruments using frequency tables. Sunber frequency table data from Likert scale development. Likert scale is used as a reference to categorize the opinions or attitudes of respondents. While the main instrument for collecting data is a semi-guided interview. In a village a hamlet can be formed or what is called another name that is adjusted to the origin, customs, and socio-cultural values of the community. The formation of the hamlet is mentioned in Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages Article 8 paragraph (4) says that in the village area a hamlet is formed or what is called by another name is adjusted to the origin, customs, and social values of the village community. The research method used is qualitative. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results of this study will be published in accredited national journals and non-accredited national journals. In addition, the results of this study will be used as teaching materials in subjects that have relevance in the problems examined. The conclusion of this study is the role of the hamlet chief in assisting the village head in Kubang Jaya Village, Siak Hulu Sub-District, Kampar Regency, seen from the Task Indicator on the Measuring Scale Implemented. Furthermore, the role of the Hamlet Chief in assisting the Village Head in Kubang Jaya Village, Siak Hulu Subdistrict, Kampar Regency is seen from the Function Indicators on the Measuring Scale Implemented.

Tunggal Perkasa has four CSR programs but one program is not running, namely the program in the field of Economics (Community Empowerment and Training Center). The research objective was to determine the implementation of PT.Tunggal Perkasa Plantation's CSR program in the economic field. Employing qualitative methods, the data were collected using interview techniques, observation, and the latest documentation. The findings of this study are that the implementation of CSR in the economic field provided by PT Tunggal Perkasa Plantation in the community has mostly not been realized according to the target. The novelty of this research is that the implementation of CSR programs needs to be supported by transparency and government intervention in providing CSR funds to the community.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hambatan Implementasi Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Riau Nomor 6 Tahun 2012 Tentang Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan Di Provinsi Riau dan objek penelitian ini adalah PT. Tamora Agro Lestari Desa Serosah Kecamatan Hulu Kuantan Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni metode kualitatif. Hasil Penelitian adalah Implementasi Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Riau Nomor 6 Tahun 2012 Tentang Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan Di Provinsi Riau tidak terlaksana dan masih adanya hambatan dalam pelaksanaan peraturan daerah tersebut seperti, masih belum adanya Forum TJSP di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi, Masih kurang baiknya komunikasi dan koordinasi antara pemerintah dengan perusahaan untuk mensinergikan progam progam pemerintah dengan progam progam perusahaan, Masih kurangnya sosialisasi Peraturan Daerah No 6 tahun 2012 Tentang Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan sehingga masih adanya pemerintah Daerah, perusahaan dan masyarakat yang tidak tau pasti tentang Jenis dan Pelaksanaan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan, Masih belum adanya peraturan gubernut tentang tata cara Pencairan Dana dan Pelaksanaan TJSP, Masih belum adanya peraturan bupati atau sejenisnya yang menindaklanjuti peraturan daerah provinsi Riau No 6 Tahun 2012 Tentang TJSP.
