Abstract

PT. Lautan Damai salah satu perusahaan wisata selam yang cukup diminati oleh pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa wisata yang diantaranya wisata selam kepualauan Mentawai. Pertumbuhan pengguna PT. Lautan Damai dari tahun 2013-2016 yaitu dari tahun 2013 sampai dengan tahun 2014 terlihat peningkatan jumlah pelanggan yaitu 839 orang pada tahun 2013, 1.533 orang mengalami peningkatan sebesara 82,71%, pada tahun 2014 dan 1.346 orang pada tahun 2015 terjadi penurunan sebesar 12,20%, namun pada tahun 2016 terjadi penurunan kembali menjadi 1.018 atau sebesara 24,36%.Dari data diatas dapat dikatakan bahwa jumlah wisata selam tahun 2015 dan 2016 memperlihatkan tren penurunan. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas jasa terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Pada Wisata Selam di PT. Lautan Damai Padang.Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Ppulasi dari penelitian ini adalah pelanggan pada PT. Lautan Damai sebanyak 1.018 orang dan sampel sebanyak 92 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji prasyarat dan analisis regresi linear sederhana.Hasil penelitian ditemukan variabel kualitas jasa berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Wisata Selam di PT. Lautan Damai Padang. Skor rata-rata variabel kualitas pelayanan pada PT. Lautan Damai Padang dalam kategori Cukup Baik. Skor rata-rata variabel kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Lautan Damai Padang dalam kategori Cukup Baik

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide an understanding of cricket cultivation to the community of Gununggede Village, Tasikmalaya City. This activity is an outreach to people who have the main resources in cricket cultivation so that they can create new businesses. Provision of equipment is also carried out to facilitate the process. The results of the activity showed the high enthusiasm of the participants. Participants who took part in this service activity proved to have great intentions in cricket cultivation. This is evidenced by the fact that one of the participants has implemented cricket cultivation as an additional means of income by marketing it to the bird market and feed shops.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the financial performance and financial performance comparison between PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk and PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk for five years when viewed from the financial ratios of liquidity and profitability. The object of this research is Bank Rakyat Indonesia and Bank Negara Indonesia in 2014-2018. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis with the research subjects of financial report data during the 2014-2018 period. The research uses data collection techniques in the form of document studies. The liquidity ratio is measured by 3 ratios, namely the current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio. While the profitability ratio is measured by 2 ratios, namely Return On Assets and Return On Equity. The results of the research on liquidity ratios at Bank BRI show unhealthy results, while the quick ratio and cash ratio data have fairly healthy data. BNI has an unhealthy current ratio, quick ratio and unhealthy cash ratio. Meanwhile, the profitability ratios have very healthy and unhealthy data in common. Healthy data are shown in ROA and ROE while unhealthy data are shown in BOPO and NPM.   Keywords: Financial Performance, Liquidity Ratio and Profitability Rasio

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the description of training, motivation, job satisfaction and employee performance at Bank bjb Majalaya Branch, and to find out the relationship between training and motivation, the effect of motivation on job satisfaction, the effect of training on job satisfaction, the effect of training on performance, the effect of motivation. on performance, and the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of Bank bjb Majalaya Branch. The research method used is quantitative analysis with a path analysis approach. This study uses theories that are used as a framework for reviewing research. The results showed: (1) the relationship between training and motivation was quite close, (2) the effect of motivation on job satisfaction showed a significant effect, (3) the effect of training on job satisfaction showed a significant influence, (4) the effect of training on performance showed a significant effect. which is significant, (5) the effect of motivation on performance shows a significant effect, and (6) the effect of job satisfaction on performance shows a significant effect. Abstract

  The aims of this research are: 1). To find out about the supervisory measures implemented by the Tasikmalaya Regency Inspectorate. 2). To find out the motivation of Tasikmalaya Regency Inspectorate employees. 3). To find out the performance of Tasikmalaya Regency Inspectorate employees. 4). To determine the effect of supervision and motivation on the performance of Tasikmalaya Regency Inspectorate employees. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through field research and literature study. The data analysis technique is carried out through Correlation Coefficient analysis to find the "r" value and Coefficient of Determination (KD) analysis to calculate the magnitude of the influence of supervision and motivation on employee performance. Meanwhile, to test the hypothesis, the "t" test is used.              The research results show that supervision, work motivation and employee performance at the Tasikmalaya Regency Inspectorate are in the very good category. The influence of supervision and work motivation on employee performance at the Tasikmalaya Regency Inspectorate is 67.40% and is supported by the calculated value (8.2592) > t table (2.015), so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that supervision and work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance. Keywords: Supervision, Motivation, and Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to: 1). Knowing the organizational commitment at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Tasikmalaya Branch. 2). Knowing the performance of employees at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Tasikmalaya Branch. 3). Knowing the influence of organizational commitment to employee performance at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Tasikmalaya Branch. The research method used in this study is descriptive and verification methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through field research and literature studies. Data analysis techniques are carried out through the analysis of the Correlation Coefficient to find the value of "r" and analysis of the Coefficient of Determination (KD) to calculate the amount of organizational commitment to employee performance. Whereas to test the hypothesis the "t" test is used. The results showed that organizational commitment at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Tasikmalaya Branch belongs to the very good category with a score of 145 upholding tolerance in working and adhering to the norms prevailing in the agency. Employee performance at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Tasikmalayater Branch includes a very good category with a score of 142 which is supported by an indicator of the quality and quantity of its work. The influence of organizational commitment to employee performance at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Tasikmalaya Branch is 73.78 and is supported by calculated values (9.633)> t table (2.04), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that organizational commitment has a significant influence on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy on accounting students' personal financial management. Chen & Volpe, (1998) states that financial literacy is defined as the ability to manage finances so that life can be more prosperous in the future. In this case, it is not only knowledge about managing finances, but also the behavior of each individual student in increasing financial literacy. The sample of this research was 187 Accounting Students with data collection using a questionnaire. The results showed that financial literacy has an effect on personal financial management of accounting students with a significance value of t of 0.000 <0.05, which is significant or H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a significant relationship between financial literacy and personal financial management of accounting students. The results of the research correlations between the independent variable and the dependent variable R are known to be 0,697 this number shows the level of correlation or relationship between the two variables is at the interpretation of 0.50 - 07.0 with a strong correlation with a Coefficient of Determination of 48,6% and the rest are other variables that are not the focus of research This. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah rendahnya literasi keuangan di Desa Cikeusal, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, khususnya terkait investasi emas. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan pendekatan edukatif, interaktif, dan partisipatif. Sosialisasi dilakukan melalui lokakarya, sesi tanya jawab, dan simulasi investasi. Pendekatan ini dimaksudkan untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang mendalam dan memotivasi partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat. Evaluasi awal menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam tingkat literasi keuangan masyarakat, terutama dalam pemahaman tentang investasi emas. Partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan ekonomi lokal juga meningkat, menciptakan dampak positif pada pertumbuhan ekonomi desa. Program ini memberikan landasan kuat untuk perubahan perilaku keuangan masyarakat dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan finansial di Desa Cikeusal. Abstract

This study examines the effect of the work environment on employee performance at the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency in Tasikmalaya City. A descriptive method with a quantitative approach was used, gathering data through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis included validity testing via item analysis and product moment formula, reliability with Cronbach's Alpha, correlation coefficient, t-test, simple linear regression, F-test, and coefficient of determination. Results showed a very low correlation (-0.185) between the work environment (X) and employee performance (Y), which was not statistically significant. Regression analysis indicated that the work environment’s effect on performance is minor, as shown by Fcount < Ftable (1.50 < 3.96). The determination coefficient (Kd) was 34.22%, suggesting that 65.78% of employee performance is influenced by other factors.   Keywords: Work Environment and Employee Performance
