Abstract

Anagement of human resources (HR) from an office affects many aspects that determine the success of the work of the Village Office. One of the most important things in HR management in an office is the selection of the best employees to spur employee morale in improving their dedication and performance. However, in reality, the Manggung Village Office has not been optimal in the implementation of the selection of the best employees, this is due to the unavailability of media that processes employee assessments and provides recommendations in selecting the best employees. The Decision Support System can adjust to the Manggung Village Office in optimizing the selection of the best employees. The purpose of this research is to produce the best employee information based on the needs of the Manggung Village Office. Decision Support Systems are part of computer-based information systems including knowledge-based systems or knowledge management that are used to support decision making in an organization or office. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), the calculation of this method is to use the result of the largest value that will be selected as the best alternative, the calculation will be appropriate if the selected alternative meets the predetermined criteria. This decision support system for selecting the best employee was developed using the PHP programming language (Hypertext Processor File), as well as the MySQL database as the database server. The results of this study indicate that the best employee ranking with the highest score

Abstract

Toko Budiman merupakan toko penjual kebutuhan pokok yang berada di Jl. Lubuk Begalung, Kec. Lubuk Begalung, Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat. Toko Budiman sudah memiliki banyak customer yang tidak hanya di wilayah Jl. Baginda Suaduon, Toko Budiman memiliki customer dari daerah lain bahkan kecamatan lain. Pada saat ini, Toko Budiman dalam melakukan pencatatan transaksi masih manual yaitu dicatat dalam buku besar sehingga terkadang terjadi kesalahan dalam pelaporan penjualan yang disebabkan karena human error. Selain itu, penjualan di Toko Budiman masih dilakukan secara face to face yaitu dengan berkunjung langsung ke toko. Selain itu, Toko Budiman belum memiliki sebuah sistem yang dapat meningkatkan hubungan dengan para customer sehingga belum dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut diperlukan CRM operasional yang dapat memfasilitasi pelayanan kepada konsumen. Pada penelitian ini dibuat sistem yang mengimplementasikan CRM operasional untuk membantu pemilik Toko Budiman dalam penjualan dan memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada customer bahkan bisa menarik customer lain. Adapun fitur CRM operasional yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya adalah fitur diskon, pengelolaan data pelanggan, informasi toko dan pelayanan pemesanan secara online. Sistem terlebih dahulu dirancang dengan membuat diagram konteks, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) dan membuat relasi antar tabel. Selanjutnya hasil dari perancangan tersebut diimplementasikan menjadi sebuah sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrogaman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil akhir dari implementasi tersebut adalah aplikasi berbasis web. Aplikasi akan memberikan kemudahan kepada pelanggan dalam melakukan pemesananbarang. Aplikasi ini akan membantu manajemen dalam mengatur sistem pemesanan yang diterapkan di perusahaan, terutama pada aspek pelayanan informasi pada pelanggan.
