Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of halal awareness, service quality and promotion individually (partial) and jointly (simultaneously) have a significant effect on consumer buying interest. The type of quantitative data, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Sources of primary data obtained through questionnaires to 150 consumers Risol Ummu Setia Budi Medan store obtained by non-probability sampling technique. The method used is a survey method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that was assessed with a Likert scale and validity and reliability tests. Prerequisite tests include Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test. Data analysis techniques to answer the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained show that partially halal awareness and promotion do not significantly influence consumer buying interest. Service quality partially has a positive effect on consumer buying interest. The variables of halal awareness, service quality and promotion simultaneously have a very strong and significant effect on consumer buying interest with an effect of 52%, while the remaining 48% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran halal, kualitas pelayanan dan promosi secara individu (partial) maupun secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Jenis data kuantitatif, sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Sumber data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 150 konsumen toko Risol Ummu Setia Budi Medan yang diperoleh dengan teknik nonprobability sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dinilai dengan skala likert dan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji prasyarat meliputi Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinearitas dan Uji Heterokedastisitas. Teknik analisis data untuk menjawab hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa secara partial kesadaran halal dan promosi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Kualitas pelayanan secara partial berpengaruh postif terhadap minat beli konsumen. Variabel Kesadaran halal, kualitas pelayanan dan promosisecara simultan berpengaruh sangat kuat dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen dengan pengaruh sebesar 52%, Sedangkan sisanya 48% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Chingkhui is one of the traditional food ingredients in Indra Jaya District. This chingkhui powder development business, if carried out professionally, by paying attention to shape innovation, flavor strengthening, packaging and market strategy, will eventually be able to compete with modern food and will provide good opportunities and potential to be developed so that it will bring benefits as well as become a promotional event for traditional foods. Seeing the potential that exists, the community, especially the women of Teumareum Village, Indra Jaya District, Aceh Jaya Regency must develop variations of processed chingkhui powder. Technical guidance on improving the quality of business and assistance and program evaluation through the Community Service (PKM) program. The program to increase the variety of processed products was carried out by the Malay Real Work Lecture Students (KKN) of Teumareum Village in 2022 Batch III of State Islamic Religious Universities (PTKIN) throughout Sumatra-Aceh Jaya. The implementation of this program is not only carried out by KKN students, but the process of making it is also assisted by the women in Teumareum Village. The implementation of the Serumpun Melayu KKN program can help the community in this case in Teumareum Village, Indra Jaya District, Aceh Jaya Regency to increase their economic income through community empowerment of the Teumareum women's group to make higher quality products. Through the implementation of the Serumpun Malay Community Service Program, it is very helpful for the community in Teumareum Village, Indra Jaya District, Aceh Jaya Regency in terms of increasing the variety of chingkhui powder products through processed aspects of production.
