Abstract

Abstract: PT. Mitra Zetta Ugraha Lestari is a company engaged in the contractor and developer sector. Company goal to create quality housing with high quality and use value that gives satisfaction to consumers. This study uses the weighted product method. Some of the factors used as measurement tools are density in the population area, land heigh, distance between main roads, distance from shopping centers and market, distance betwen education or school place. The programming language used in  this study are visual basic net 2010 and mysql data base            Keywords: Decision support system, weighted product method, housing.  Abstrak: PT. Mitra Zetta Ugraha Lestari adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Kontraktor dan Developer. Tujuan perusahaan Mewujudkan perumahan yang berkualitas dan memiliki nilai jualiyang tinggi serta nilai pakaiiyang memberikan kepuasan pada konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode weighted product. Beberapa faktor yang menjadi alat ukur adalah kepadatanidi area penduduk,  ketinggihanitanah, jarak antara jalaniutama, ijarak dengan sentral perbelanjaan/pasar, ijarak antara tempat pendidikan disekolah. Bahasa pemograman yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Visual Basic NET (VB.NET) 2010 dan MYSQL. Kata kunci: Sistem pendukung keputusan, metode weighted product, perumahan.

Abstract

Learning Arabic in the digital era faces great challenges and opportunities. The main challenges include limited technological infrastructure, low skills of educators in utilizing technology, and limited internet access, especially in remote areas. Additionally, technical issues such as the use of Arabic letters and the distraction of non-educational content affect learning effectiveness. The quality of digital learning materials also needs to be improved to make them more interactive. On the other hand, technology provides opportunities such as flexible access to learning resources, gamification to increase motivation, as well as more personalized and multimedia-based learning. Digital learning allows wider access to education, especially for students in remote areas. To maximize this potential, training for educators, improving infrastructure and developing quality content is needed. Policy support and collaboration between government, educators and technology developers are very important to optimize Arabic language learning in the digital era.

Abstract

Indonesian, as a unified language, has a wealth of dialects which are influenced by various regional languages. These dialect differences significantly influence the phonetic aspects of Indonesian, especially in terms of sound pronunciation. This research aims to examine how dialect variations can change the way speakers pronounce words in Indonesian.Analysis of various dialects in Indonesia shows that there are quite striking differences in terms of phoneme use, intonation and rhythm. Factors such as mother tongue, social environment, and level of education also influence pronunciation variations. Some examples of dialect influences include changes in consonant or vowel sounds, addition or deletion of syllables, and differences in intonation which can change the meaning of a sentence.This research has important implications in the fields of linguistics, sociolinguistics, and language education. A deeper understanding of the influence of dialect on Indonesian phonetics can help in developing a more relevant and effective Indonesian language learning curriculum, as well as in increasing awareness of the richness of Indonesian language and culture.

Abstract

Understanding nahwu, particularly the grammatical marker raf‘ in the form of ḍammah, is essential for accurately analyzing the structure of Arabic sentences. Ḍammah serves as a marker for the marfū‘ grammatical case in both nouns (ism) and verbs (fi‘l) under specific conditions. Mastery of this aspect is not only beneficial for academic or religious purposes but also offers valuable life lessons. Values such as precision in thinking, carefulness in speech, and clarity in communication are among the wisdoms that can be gained. In practice, understanding the raf‘ sign ḍammah teaches individuals to be more thoughtful in language use and more sensitive to meaning. Beyond improving one’s Arabic language skills, it also fosters a logical and organized mindset. Therefore, learning about the raf‘ sign ḍammah contributes to the development of a disciplined, responsible, and ethical character, both in social, educational, and spiritual contexts.
