<![CDATA[Investors have a perception of the level of success of the company reflected in the stock price which is called firm value. The fluctuation of stock price movement is the phenomenon related to the firm value. This research aims to determaine the effect of environmental performance and managerial ownership on firm value. Sampling of mining sector listed on the IDX in 2016–2019 in this study using a purposive sampling technique which resulted in 36 observations. Multiple linear regression is used as a data analysis technique in this study. This research obtained the results of environmental performance and managerial ownership have a positive effect on firm value. The research implications theoretically support agency theory and legitimacy theory. The practical implication of this research can be used as consideration in decision making by investors and company management. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether there is an increase in TVA and a decrease in the bid-ask spread after a stock split is carried out. The population in this study were all companies on the IDX that conducted a stock split in which there were 234 companies. The number of samples taken was 53 companies, with non probability sampling methods, specifically purposive sampling. Data collection techniques are documentation techniques from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used is the analysis of paired sample t-test. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that there was an increase in TVA after the stock split which showed that investor interest had increased due to low stock prices and a decrease in bid-ask spreads which showed that stock trading liquidity had increased. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of corporate governance, profitability, liquidity and solvability on bond rating. The population used in this study is a registered company in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2002-2013 period and the sampling method used is purposive sampling. Samples were obtained as many as 70 company issuing the bond. The data analysis technique used is Ordinal Logistic Regression. The study found that good corporate governance which is proxied by corporate governance perception index, profitability is proxied by Return on Assets and solvency proxied by Cash Flow from Operating / Total Liabilities positive effect on bond ratings, while liquidity by proxy Current Ratio has no effect on bond rating.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kinerja keuangan perusahaan memediasi hubungan antara CSR terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 303 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2009-2011. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur atau path analysis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa variabel kinerja keuangan tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara CSR terhadap nilai perusahaan. Tidak mampunya kinerja keuangan memediasi hubungan antara CSR dengan nilai perusahaan disebabkan karena proksi ROA belum mampu menggambarkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang sebenarnya. Kata kunci: corporate social responsibility, kinerja keuangan perusahaan, nilai perusahaan. ]]>

<![CDATA[This research was aims to obtain to empirical evidence of the influence of GCG on the performance of LPD, the effect of GCG on team-oriented organizational culture, the influence of team-oriented organizational culture on LPD performance, examine the culture of team-oriented organizations as mediating the relationship between GCG on LPD performance. The research population was 50 LPD in Penebel, Tabanan. The sample was determined by the nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, obtained as many as 25 LPD. The data are analyzed using path analysis. The analysis shows that GCG has a positive effect on LPD performance. GCG has a positive effect on team-oriented organizational culture. Team-oriented organizational culture has a positive effect on LPD performance. Team-oriented organizational culture mediates a part of the influence of GCG on LPD performance. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of return on assets, earnings per share, and return on equity on stock returns. This research was conducted on Blue Chip companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The number of samples taken as many as 81 samples, with non-probability sampling method with saturated sampling technique. Data collection is done by non-participant observation. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression technique. The results of the analysis found that return on assets, earnings per share, and return on equity had a positive effect on stock returns of Blue Chip companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period. <![CDATA[Investment is the early capital from investors who are expected to deliver results in the future. This research aims to investigate the influence of Central Bank Interest Rate for the US, Dow Jones, Nikkei 225 and the Hang Seng To Composite Stock Price Index. The population in this research are The Fed Rate and the entire value of price index recorded the period 2010-2015. Sample selection technique used is saturated sampling method. The number of samples is 72 samples for each of the variables. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis of this study indicate The Fed Rate does not effect to Composite Stock Price Index. The Dow Jones has positive effect to Composite Stock Price Index, the Nikkei 225 is not a positive effect to Composite Stock Price Index and the Hang Seng has positive effect to Composite Stock Price Index.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the quality of financial reporting Denpasar District. The financial statements of Denpasar has three times successively retain unqualified opinion (WTP) of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) since 2013 (The government of Denpasar, 2015). The success of Denpasar must be maintained through the improvement, especially in the field of HR, SPI, and the commitment of the region. This study will be conducted in the environment SKPD Denpasar. The research was conducted in 2016. The research scope is limited to the financial administration officials (PPK) as the parties relating to the preparation of financial statements SKPD. Data analysis techniques used in this research is descriptive and inductive statistical analsisi. Analysis Descriptive statistics such as frequency distribution of respondents' answers on statements in the questionnaire. Inductive statistical analysis used in this study is the SEM-PLS. This research proves that the competence of the administration officials keuangandan internal control system affects the quality of financial statements, while the organizational commitment does not affect the quality of financial statements. Organizational commitment not found moderating influence of the financial administration officials competence and internal control system on the quality of financial statements. <![CDATA[Sistem perekonomian Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh investasi dari luar maupun dalam negeri baik itu investasi langsung maupun tidak langsung. Menurut investor, semakin tinggi harga saham, maka semakin tinggi kemakmuran pemegang saham. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), growth dan risiko sistematis pada return saham. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 85 perusahaan yang tergabung dalam indeks LQ45. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, maka didapatkan jumlah pengamatan sebanyak 17 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa EPS, DER, dan growth tidak berpengaruh pada return saham, sedangkan risiko sistematis berpengaruh negatif pada return saham.]]>

<![CDATA[The announcement of the rights issue carried out to see the market reaction to the announcement and know their abnormal return or around the period of announcement of right issue. This research was conducted in the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a total sample of 73 companies went public and 90 announcement of right issue, using non-probability sampling method that consists of companies that conduct the rights issue announcement in the 2011-2015 period. Data collection method used was non-participant observation method. From the research carried out can be concluded that there is a negative market reaction on the third day prior to the announcement of the rights issue and at the time of the announcement of the rights issue there is no market reaction, while there are positive market reaction on the first day and the fourth day after the announcement of the rights issue.]]>
