The populations of the study are all banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period from 2012 to 2014 totaling 27 companies. The 81 samples of the study were drawn by using purposive technique. The results of this study showed that the value of Adjusted R Square was 15.6% and loan portfolio, interest rates and capital adequacy simultaneously have a significant positive effect on profitability with a significant value of 0.001. And partially, credit does not have any effect on profitability, as well as the interest rate has a significant negative effect on the profitability with the significant value of 0.01 and a capital adequacy has a significant effect on profitability with significant value of 0.01.

The research method used was quantitative with questionnaire and interview techniques. The R Square value of the coefficient of determination is 12.8% and the value tcount (2.711) > ttable (1.67155) and significance (0.009) < 0.05 for the work environment variable tcount (-1.005) < ttable (1.67155) and significance ( 0.0319) for the work experience variable and tcount (-0.380) < ttable (1.67155) and significance (0.705) for the work training variable so that the Fcount value (2.839) Ftable < (3.09), obtains a significant probability of 0.045<0 .05 So Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, therefore environmental variables, experience and work training have a simultaneous and significant influence on employee performance at the Medan City Fire Department

Findings from the Classic Assumption Test, which includes the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Heteroscedasticity Test, are used to determine the effect of the independent (X) and dependent (Y) tests. This means that the study group was only able to obtain partial results from their 72-item sample with four variables. As a result, the research results are only part of the components of teamwork on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III was partly accepted (Ho) and partly rejected (Ha) according to the value of tcount <ttable or - 0.254<1.995 and significant results 0.800>0.05. Obtaining significant results from 0.000<0.05, the Teamwork component partially obtained a tcount value higher than the ttable value (4.157>1.995).
