Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini terkait denghan keberhasilan dan kegagalan pemimpin sering kali amat memengaruhi hidup manusia yang telah sedemikian terorganisir. Terkait itu maka penelitian ini bertujuan memotret faktor-faktor keberhasilan dan kegagalan kepemimpinan, serta menyoroti implikasinya bagi pemimpin Kristen masa kini. Beberapa implikasi terkait topik yang diteliti adalah, implikasi teologis yang menekankan segi teologis kepemimpinan Kristen yang penting bagi seorang pemimpin; implikasi etis yang menekankan tentang segi etis seorang pemimpin yang berhasil; serta implikasi paedagogik yang juga merupakan segi penting untuk mendidik seorang pemimpin yang berhasil.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode library research dengan menyelidiki serta menganalisa literatur-literatur yang terkait erat dengan topik yang diteliti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat landasan teologis penanaman gereja menurut Paulus (Roma 15:14-21). Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode literatur, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui buku-buku, artikel terkini dan berbagai sumber lainnya yang dapat menopang dan memperkaya penelitian. Hasil penelitian, menemukan bahwa dasar penanaman gereja adalah kasih karunia, pelayan Kristus yang setia, pelayanan pemberitaan Injil; sasaran: Yahudi dan non Yahudi atau orang-orang yang belum mendengar dan belum percaya Yesus sebagai Tuhan dan Juruselamat; proses penanaman gereja: memberitakan Injil yang sepenuhnya Injil Kristus, melakukannya secara terhormat; target: yang belum pernah menerima dan melihat, yang tidak pernah mendengar dan mengerti.

Abstract

Students of the Arastamar Evangelical Theology College (SETIA) Ngabang as spiritual leaders must have good skills, leadership, and personality which are very much needed today for church services and in Christian educational institutions because they need mentoring by SETIA Ngabang lecturers. Some of SETIA Ngabang's theology students have not shown the maximum skills and personality to handle spiritual services even though graduate users need their energy. To produce accurate research, qualitative research methods are used with observation and interview approaches as options; as well as the sources of literature as a support in this research. Mentoring spiritual leaders at SETIA Ngabang can be done by lecturers who have special knowledge and experience in certain fields according to their expertise, because spiritual leaders are needed to have the fear of God, respect, humility, spirituality, integrity, competence, qualifications, credibility, and loyalty in spiritual ministry, both in the church and in Christian educational institutions. The theoretical implication of the research is that SETIA Ngabang lecturers and students who do not yet have skills in certain fields, competitiveness in leadership, and personality in carrying out responsibilities at SETIA Ngabang to the maximum need to be mentored to be able to show capabilities in their service. The implementation of mentoring can improve performance, commitment, motivation, awareness, and better self-reflection so that leadership ability is getting better as well.

Abstract

Culture is something that cannot be separated from human life. On the other hand, culture is an inseparable part of humans in their totality. There are various cultures in the world and they are local to certain communities. This is the fact that Christians face in carrying out their mission of preaching the Gospel with various difficulties. However, there are opportunities that can become a way of spreading the Gospel, because cultures have points of contact that can be a way of connecting one another. In that case opportunities for preaching the Gospel can be made possible. The method used in this research is the library research method. The results of this research are that, to carry out the mission of preaching the Gospel in local culture, a Gospel preacher must be able to understand the local language and culture, and be able to contextualize it with the social life of the local community.

Abstract

Digital culture seems to be well received in society because the benefits are unavoidable. This should be acknowledged, but this welcome should also be anticipated with a critical attitude because in contrast to its usefulness, digital technology also contributes to the emergence of negative influences and impacts on its users. This is also a concern for STT ATI students because digital culture has also permeated their life context. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to examine the experiences of STT ATI students amid digital flow to see these problems. This study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological study. The results of this study are that: first, STT ATI students quite understand digital culture based on their experience; second, digital culture has an impact on them, both positively and negatively; third, ethically they have a fairly good response in dealing with digital challenges, but on the other hand there are also weaknesses in perceptions about the subject. In this regard, more intense training is needed so that they are ready to face the digital era with all its consequences.
