Abstract

 Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepercayaan Organisasi dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Keterlibatan Karyawan melalui Kepuasan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah non-probability sampling yaitu dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Jalur dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 16. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa Kepercayaan Organisasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap Keterlibatan Karyawan, sedangkan Budaya Organisasi tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap Keterlibatan Karyawan. Variabel Kepuasan dapat memediasi Kepercayaan dan Budaya Organisasi Employee Engagement. Kepuasan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Employee Engagement. Kata Kunci: Kepercayaan Organisasi, Budaya Organisasi, Keterlibatan dan Kepuasan Karyawan The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Organizational Trust and Organizational Culture on Employee Engagement through Satisfaction. The method used in sampling is non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis using SPSS version 16. Based on the results of data analysis shows that Organizational Trust has a direct effect on Employee Engagement, while Organizational Culture has no direct effect on Employee Engagement. Satisfaction variable is able to mediate Trust and Organizational Culture of Employee Engagement The Satisfaction has no effect on Employee Engagement.Keywords: Organizational Trust, Organizational Culture, Employee Engagement and Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to: a) know the partial influence Motivation (X1) and Quality (X2) on Performance (Y). B) to know and analyze simultaneously Motivation and Quality to the Performance of teachers in SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari Malang. This research is a descriptive research with quantitative approach.Sources of data of this research is the distribution of questionnaires (questionnaires and questionnaires) to teachers at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari Malang. The data used is primary data. This analysis was performed using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the variables of motivation and quality partially influence on the performance, while for the motivation variable has no partial influence on performance and for simultaneous test shows that the quality effect simultaneously on the performance.Keywords: Motivation, Quality and Performance
