Abstract

Guna mengetahui struktur dan komposisi vegetasi hutan di Taman NasionalLore Lindu Sulawesi Tengah telah di laksanakan pada bulan Mei 2002. Studi dilakukan di 2 lokasi yakni desa Salua (0,5 ha pada 550-640 m dpl.),kabupaten Donggala, and desa Kaduwaa (0,5 ha pada 1100-1150 m dpl),kabupaten Poso. Penelitian dengan “Quadrate-methode” ini mengungkapkan bahwa vegetasi hutan di Salua memiliki jumlah pohon, spesies, jenis dan famili lebih besar daripada di Kaduwaa; namun demikian kepadatan di Salua lebih rendah daripada di Kaduwaa. Vegetasi tersebut di Salua didominasi oleh Palaquium obtusifolium, Toona sureni, Pterospermum celebicum, dan Canarium hirsutum; sedangkan di Kaduwaa oleh Santiria laevigata, Ficus sp., Cryptocarya tomentosa, Semecarpus longifolia, dan Syzygium operculata. Selanjutnya penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa komposisi vegetasi pohon di Salua dan Kaduwaa adalah berbeda, tetapi memiliki struktur yang relative sama. Dan akhirnya diungkapkan bahwa komunitas tumbuhan di dua lokasi penelitian adalah berbeda (Indeks kesamaan Sorensen 19).

Abstract

Bawean Island is a remote and tiny island, located approximately 150 km north of Surabaya. In this island it is known to habituate an endemic deer called Bawean deer (Axis kuhlii Mull. Et. Schleg). The animal is protected both nationally and internationally. Understanding the forest as the habitat for this deer is an important step toward the management and the development of the whole habitat. This study was conducted on September 2001 in three locations, known to be the habitat for Bawean deer, that was the Kumalasa, Patarselamat and Pudakit Barat villages. The forest type at study sites was lowland secondary forest. There were 114 species from 90 genus and 56 families. Number of species and trees density at Audacity Barat villages are bigger than Patarselamat or Kumalasa villages. In all study sites, Syzygium lepidocarpa, Irvingia malayana, Garcinia dioica, and Microcos tomentosa are common species.Trees height in three location were under 25 m tall, and stem diameter class were highest among 10-20 cm. Species richness (Ss) ranged from 22,7 to 55,7%. The plant communities in Patarselamat and Pudakit Barat were relatively same, but different with Kumalasa village.

Abstract

Ecological studies on Nepenthes at Peat Swamps Forest Natural Laboratory, Kereng Bangkirai Sabangau, Central Kalimantan, was conducted on April to May, 2006. Survey method used for to known diversity of Nepenthes in study site and we made four small plots for population measurement. As the result, three species and one natural hybrid were founded, such as; Nepenthes gracilis, N. rafflesiana, N. ampullaria and N.xhookeriana. In study site, Nepenthes gracilis is wider distribution than other species, they can grow at open, rather shaded or shaded area and they have high density at open area. Abstract

MANSUR, M., SALAMAH, A., MIRMANTO, E. & BREARLEY, F. Q. 2022. Nutrient concentrations in three Nepenthes species (Nepenthaceae) from North Sumatra. Reinwardtia 21(2): 55‒62. — Nepenthes is a genus of carnivorous plants that are unique ornamental plants, but their nutrient concentration relationships have not been studied much, especially in endemic species on the island of Sumatra. So far, the analysis of the nutrient concentration in Nepenthes is mostly limited to leaves. There are few reports of nutrient concentrations in the pitcher fluid and the soil around where it grows. Leaves, pitcher fluid, and soil around the growth sites of each species i.e., Nepenthes sumatrana, N. spectabilis, and N. tobaica, from North Sumatra province were collected for nutrient analyses (N, P, K, Ca, Mg, and Na). The results showed that the nutrient concentrations in the leaves and pitcher fluid in the three Nepenthes species were generally low with those in the leaves greater than in the pitcher fluid. The concentration of nutrients in the leaves of N. sumatrana (lowland species) was least (except for N and Na) when compared to N. spectabilis and N. tobaica (highland species), likely reflecting the poorly fertile soil. In contrast, the nutrient concentration in the pitcher fluid of N. sumatrana was greater than N. spectabilis and N. tobaica. When compared across an extensive data set, we show that leaf N does not change with elevation, whereas P declines and the N:P ratio increases with elevation, suggesting that Nepenthes plants are obtaining sufficient N from prey at higher elevations.

Abstract

Gedung Pusat Kreatif di Mandalika kabupaten Lombok Tengah merupakan perwujudan keinginan masyarakat dan pemerintah provinsi NTB untuk menampung kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan badan ekonomi kreatif khususnya di sektor Kuliner, Fashion, Kriya dan Seni Pertunjukan. Pelaku industri kreatif di lombok mengalami peningkatan sehingga fasilitas bangunan pusat kreatif sangat di perlukan. Pemilihan tema arsitektur neo vernakular yang merupakan pembaharuan dari arsitektur lokal dengan kemasan yang modern pada perancangan gedung pusat kreatif mandalika merupakan bentuk dari menjaga kearifan lokal. Metode perancangan yang di gunakan adalah mencari isu/latar belakang, pemilihan lokasi, studi literatur fungsi dan tema, Program rancangan, analisa, konsep dan gambar hasil rancangan. Konsep bentuk mengambil dari bentuk arsitektur lokal lombok yaitu bale lumbung. Kemudian struktur utama menggunakan rangka kaku beton bertulang, struktur atas rangka ruang dengan material besi hollow , dan struktur bawah pondasi bore pile dan menerus, konsep tata masa bangunan terdiri dari 3 bangunan yaitu bangunan utama, Pengelola dan Amphitheater.

Abstract

ABSTRACT                The purpose of this study was to describe financial compensation, leadership style, work motivation, and employee performance and to determine the effect of financial compensation, leadership style, and work motivation on employee performance partially or simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative methods. This type of research is explanatory research.The sample of this study is CV. Build Mitra Sarana by using saturated sampling, as many as 50 respondents. Data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 for windows.The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of financial compensation on employee performance CV. Bangun Mitra Sarana. (2) There is a positive and significant influence on leadership style on the performance of employees of CV. Bangun Mitra Sarana. (3) There is a positive and significant influence on work motivation on employee performance CV. Abstract

AbstractThis study presents the importance of the role of alumni in self-development efforts towards the independence of santripreneur. Even though extensive studies on the role of Pesantren alumni have been discussed, few discussions on the areas of self-development efforts towar ds santripreneurs have been paid. For this reason, this study aims to explore the role of alumni of the Gontor Islamic boarding school in an effort to develop themselves towards the independence of santripreneurs. This study employs a qualitative reseach design using a case study approach. Four participants the Gontor Islamic Bording School alumni who are members of the Business Forum (FORBIS) of the Gontor Modern Pondok Families Association (IKPM) who are involved in various business fields were recruited. The result shows that the role of alumni who involved in the FORBIS forum gives significant contributions to the independence of santripreneur that involves business development, business enterpreneurship, business finance, and business marketing. It also gives a significant contribution in the society, goverment, boarding school, and self-development.    Keywords : Self-Development Towards Santripreneur Independence

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at Zam Zam Hotel & Convention Kota Batu. In this research, the type of research used is quantitative research where the data is expressed in numbers and analyzed by statistical techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and performance appraisals on turnover intention. The independent variables used are organizational culture, organizational commitment, and performance appraisal, while the dependent variable is turnover intention. The sample used in this study were 44 respondents who were employees at Zam Zam Hotel & Convention Kota Batu. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the instrument test, morality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, test of determination, test f and t test using the help of computer software SPSS 25 data processing. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, organizational commitment, and performance appraisals simultaneously affect turnover intention. In addition, each independent variable, organizational culture, organizational commitment, and performance appraisal partially also has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, Performance Appraisal, Turnover Intention.

Abstract

Abstract               This study aims to determine the effect of lecturer service quality and lecture facilities on Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang student satisfaction. The data used in this study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The study population was students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UNISMA, while the sample used was the Management Study Program, Accounting and Sharia Banking in the 2016-2018 class year at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The research sample was taken from the population using a sampling technique in the form of a purposive sampling method. The results obtained by using multiple linear regression test Y = -5,933 + 0,287 x_1 + 0,313x_2 + e, and this research test uses the f test and t test. The results of this study indicate that the quality of lecturer services partially influences student satisfaction and lecture facilities affect student satisfaction. While simultaneously the quality of lecturer services and lecture facilities affect student satisfaction. Key words: Lecturer Service Quality, Lecture Facilities and Student Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTAlong with the advancement of the times and technological advances, humans arerequired to be able to have quality skills to meet a better standard of living.Therefore, if human resources can be utilized effectively and efficiently will beuseful to support sustainable economic growth. The problem now is how to createhuman resources that can produce productivity optimally, so that corporate goalsare achieved. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the influenceof motivation, work environment and organizational culture on employeeperformance in the BPR. Gunung Ringgit Malang.The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of motivation, workenvironment and organizational culture on employee performance. Methods ofdata analysis in this study using quantitative methods with data managementtechniques using multiple regression analysis. Data were collected throughquestionnaires. Questionnaires are distributed to BPR employees. GunungRinggit Malang. Measurements are made with the likert scale 1 to 5. The resultshows that motivation and work environment have a significant effect onemployee performance, whereas organizational culture has a significant influenceon employee performance.Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment, Organizational Culture andEmployee Performance.
