Abstract

The recitation method is one of the learning methods which is an alternative to educators to keep his students involvedactively in the online learning activities process. To applay that method, in order to achieve optimal results and not aburden to the students, be required perceptions from the students as a control to take policy. This research is meant toknow student’s perceptions toward the application method of recitation and its benefits of the online learning atNahdaltul Ulama University who were 62 students. The research population were sixth semester students of the Islamicreligious education program at Nahdlatul Ulama Indonesia University. The sample used was just students beingtaught by researcher using recitation method as method of learning. The result of research indicate that PAI studentgave positive perceptions toward applaying recitation method on online learning 88,17%, and the perception towardbenefits from applying recitation method 96,37%. So it can be concluded that the recitation method relevant is used inonline learning and gave benefits that have positive impact to the quality of student’s learning.

Abstract

The media intensively reported on the juvenile delinquency committed by Mario Dandi, resulting in the permanent disability of David Ozora. As many responses have come from several practitioners and experts, these cruel acts are the impact of improper parenting.This study aims to theoretically analyze the parenting style applied by Mario Dandy's parents, as described by experts. Research is designed using literature studies, with data analysis using descriptive methods. The results revealed that the parenting style applied by Mario Dandy's parents tends toward permissive and authoritarian parenting styles. This was analyzed by looking at Mario Dandy's behavior when committing violent acts as well as the actions of his parents while the legal process was on going.

Abstract

Konsep pendidikan Imam Al-Ghozali dan John Locke memberikan pemahaman kepada pendidik tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang ideal terutama pentingnya pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur, dengan melakukan identifikasi topik yang relevan, kemudian dianalias. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Teori pendidikan karakter yang dikemukakan oleh John Locke dan Imam Al-Ghozali menawarkan perspektif yang luas dan relevan tentang pembentukan karakter orang dewasa dan anak-anak. Meskipun perspektif dan konteks budaya mereka berbeda, kedua tokoh ini memberikan prinsip-prinsip dasar yang dapat digunakan untuk membangun masyarakat yang beretika dan beradab. Pemikiran klasik dan modern ini mengintegrasikan ide bahwa pendidikan karakter bukan hanya tugas individu, tetapi juga tugas bersama yang harus dipenuhi di berbagai aspek kehidupan. Sehingga dengan mengimani pendidikan yang dikembangkan Imam Al-Ghozali dan John Locke, diharapkan dapat mendukung ketercapaian tujuan pendidikan yang digaungkan selama ini, yaitu membentuk peserta didik yang beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berahklak mulia, cerdas, terampil, serta bertanggung jawab
