Abstract

Abstract – This study aims to determine and empirically analyze innovation in improving employee performance at Perumda Warehousing and Various Business "Pedaringan" Surakarta City. The analysis technique used is using the valulitas test, reliability and linearity, regression analysis, road analysis, t test, f test, coefficient of determination test and correlation analysis. The results of the F test are concluded directly the same that confirmation, work environment and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the R2 value of senesar, 979 can be interpreted as variations in employee performance of 97.9% and the remaining 2.1%, explained by other variables such as communication.Keywords: Environmental Compensation, Work Organizational Culture, Motivation, Performance   Abstrak – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis secara empiris inovasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja Pegawai pada Perumda Pergudangan dan Aneka Usaha “Pedaringan” Kota Surakarta. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dengan menggunakan uji valulitas, reliabilitas dan linieritas, analisis regresi, analisis jalan, uji t, uji f, uji koefisien determinasi dan analisis korelasi. Hasil uji F dengan disimpulkan secara langsung sama bahwa konfirmasi, lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil nilai R2 senesar, 979 dapat diartikan variasi kinerja pegawai sebesar 97,9% dan sisanya 2,1%, dijelaskan oleh variabel lain misalnya komunikasi. Kata kunci: Kompensasi Lingkungan, Kerja Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi, Kinerja
