Abstract

This research intent for process, analyze, and working through about students internal factor with yielding learned coherent IPS class VII SMP n 20 Moorlands. This observational type is descriptive korelasional. Population in observational it is student brazes VII one be at SMP n 20 Moorlands that total 325 students.  Observational sample to be taken by tech Random is Sampling  with sample amount 76 students. Found observational result that: 1 )available relationship among motivates by IPSS studying result coherent student brazes VII SMPNS student 20 Moorlands since t computing > t table (2,973> 1,665), included subjective force category contemns (r = 0,327) and weeny contribution (10,7%), (2 ) available relationships among give a damn by IPSS studying result coherent class VII SMP n 20 Moorlands since t computings> t table (2,710> 1,665). Included subjective force low (r = 0,301) and weeny contribution (9,0%), (3 ) available relationships among student discipline with yielding learned coherent IPS class VII SMP n 20 Moorlands since t computings> t table (6,582> 1,665), included subjective force category be (r = 0,608) and outgrows it sizeable contribution (36,9%) and (4 ) available relationship which signifikan among motivates student, yen, ala student discipline in company with IPSS studying result coherent class VII SMP n 20 Moorlands since f computings> F table (22,541> 2,751). Subjective force among drd variable with IPSS learned result coherent class VII SMP n 20 Moorland comprises categories be (r = 0,696), meanwhile outgrows it contribution comprises sizeable (48,8%).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui secara empiris apakah ada pengaruh antara big five personality dengan agresivitas pada remaja. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 160 orang remaja yang diantaranya 101 orang remaja laki-laki dan 59 orang remaja perempuan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan multiple regression untuk menguji hipotesis di dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil analisis ditemukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara big five personality dengan agresivitas pada remaja (0.014, 0.001, 0.001). Semakin tinggi neuroticism, agreeableness dan conscientiousness maka agresivitas akan tinggi, begitu juga sebaliknya semakin rendah neuroticism, agreeableness dan conscientiousness maka agresivitas akan rendah, sedangkan extraversion, dan openness to experience berkorelasi negatif terhadap agresivitas, jika semakin tinggi extraversion dan openness to experience maka agresivitas akan rendah, begitu juga sebaliknya semakin rendah extraversion, dan openness to experience maka agresivitas akan tinggi. Abstract

Abstract : Remittances from migrants are one of the potentials that can be utilized by the village to improve welfare. Atar is one of the nagari which has a large number of guides in various cities in Indonesia. The problem raised in this study is to see how the pattern of use of remittances from migrants for Nagari Atar. The objectives of this research are; 1.) Describe the pattern of use of remittances from migrants at the household level and 2.) Describe the patterns of use of remittances from migrants for the development of Nagari Atar. As an analytical tool, the structuration theory proposed by Anthony Giddens is used. This study used a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews and observation as data collection tools. The results of this study indicate that the frequency of money transfers is uncertain and is sent only when there is a need. Meanwhile, the frequency of sending goods is sent during the new school year and Eid. Economic remittances are like money and goods, while social remittances are in the form of ideas and main ideas for village development. The pattern of using remittances at the family level is divided into the use of family consumptive remittances and the use of family productive remittances. The use of remittances at the village level is for the physical development of the village and the non-physical development of the village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan pengawasan kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru (studi kasus karyawan mekanik). Variabel bebasnya adalah pelatihan (X1) dan pengawasan kerja (X2). Sedangkan variabel terikat adalah kinerja karyawan (Y). dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan program SPSS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan mekanik yang berjumlah 58 orang, dengan Teknik sampel yan digunakan yakni sensus sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, jenis dan sumber data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder, Teknik pengumpulan pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Dari analisis data meliputi uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji signifikansi dengan pengujian uji t (parsial), dan uji F (simultan). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kedua menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian pada pengaruh pelatihan dan pengawasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru (studi kasus karyawan mekanik menunjukkan terdapat berpengaruh signifikan
