Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pemasaran terhadap peningkatan penjualan di Depot Oleh-Oleh Adijel Kabupaten Kepahiang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang berbelanja di Depot Oleh-Oleh Adijel dengan sampel 42 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data menggunakan alat analisi IBM SPSS 22. Adapun hasil analisa data menunjukan bahwa strategi pemasaran masuk dalam kategori baik dengan rentang nilai 37-45, sedangkan peningkatan penjualan masuk dalam kategori baik dengan rentang nilai 21-25. Strategi pemasaran memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan penjualan sebesar 56,6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 43,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Strategi Pemasaran, Peningkatan Penjualan

Abstract

This research aims to determine the interpersonal communication skills of teachers and students in the social studies learning process at SMPN 21 Bengkulu City. The research method used was quantitative descriptive research with research subjects involving 36 class VIII students. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and documentation. The research results show that the teacher's interpersonal communication skills with students in the learning process are quite good. This can be proven by the results of data analysis, the average calculation obtained is 66. Thus, it can be said that if a teacher is able to carry out good interpersonal communication, the students' communication skills in learning will also be higher, but on the contrary, if the teacher's interpersonal communication skills are still low, students' communication skills will also tend to be low. The conclusion from this research is that the teacher's interpersonal communication skills with class VIII students in the social studies learning process at SMPN 21 Bengkulu City are in the Good category. Research can be a basis for teachers to develop their insight and knowledge to improve students' communication skills in the learning process so that they are more effective.

Abstract

Character education plays an important role in forming a moral and ethical generation. Without character education, students may have difficulty distinguishing between good and bad. Character education teaches values ​​that are important for students' personal lives. This research aims to determine the application of character education in class VIII social studies subjects at SMPN 18 Bengkulu City. The research method used is qualitative research with research subjects involving social studies teachers and class VIII students. With data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that SMPN 18 Bengkulu City in the social studies learning process has implemented character education in the form of religious character, discipline, curiosity, responsibility and tolerance. The school also tries to continue to do its best to implement all existing character education for their students. The conclusion from this research is that SMPN 18 Bengkulu City has implemented character education in social studies subjects which can be a basis for teachers to develop their knowledge in order to create a conducive learning environment as an effort to develop student character.
