<![CDATA[ABSTRAKNyeri pada tulang sebagai akibat terputusnya kontinuitas jaringan tulang dapatdiperberat dengan adanya rangsangan dari lingkungan yang berlebihan sehinggaberpengaruh terhadap kebutuhan istirahat tidur pasien.Desain penelitian menggunakan desain Cross Sectional dengan populasi 23 respondendab besar sampel 20 responden. Analisa data menggunakan uji statistik Spearman Rankdengan tingkat signifikan p 0,05 untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan nyeri dengankebutuhan istirahat tidur pada pasien fraktur femur.Setelah dilakukan uji statistik didapatkan hasil terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuatantara nyeri dengan kebutuhan istirahat tidur p = 0.00 yang berarti H1 diterima sehinggaada hubungan nyeri dengan kebutuhan istirahat tidur pada pasien fraktur femur.Kesimpulan H1 diterima sehingga ada hubungan nyeri dengan kebutuhan istirahat tidurpada pasien fraktur femur.Kata kunci : Nyeri Tulang, Kebutuhan Istirahat Tidur, Fraktur Femur.ABSTRACTPain in bone as broken effect of continuities of bone network and earn the heavy alsowith the existence of excitement from abundant environment so that influence therequirements take a rest the patient sleep.Design researched use the cross sectional design with the population 23 people,sample 20 responders.
