Abstract

Pemberdayaan perempuan untuk meningkatkan nilai perekonomian keluarga dapat mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan produksi hasil tangkapan laut yang diversifikasi sebagai produk olahan ikan menjadi bakso ikan. Produk bakso ikan dipilih sebagai usaha untuk berwirausaha dengan memiliki prospek yang menjanjikan karena sangat digemari masyarakat. Bakso ikan juga memiliki nilai gizi yang tinggi sehingga bisa menambah nilai jualnya di pasaran. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah menganalisis optimalisasi pemberdayaan perempuan melalui Pelatihan Pembuatan Bakso Ikan Cakalang Bagi Masyarakat Negeri Mamala Kabupaten Maluku Tengah. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan bersifat pendampingan demo masak secara langsung kepada peserta pada masing-masing kelompok agar mereka memiliki pengetahuan tentang pengolahan dan mampu memvariasikan cara pengolahan pembuatan bakso secara tepat. Kemudian di akhir kegiatan dilakukan evaluasi dan refleksi. Kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pelatihan pembuatan bakso ikan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2021 yang diikuti oleh lebih kurang 20 peserta. Hasil pendampingan melalui pelatihan pembuatan bakso ikan cakalang dengan varian rasa rempah khas Maluku yang bebas akan bahan pengawet menjadi suatu produk baru dengan standar mutu yang cukup menjadi nilai tambah tersendiri tanpa mengurangi nilai gizi, sehingga layak dijadikan produk dalam pengembangan usaha kecil menengah agar dapat meningkatkan penghasilan untuk memperbaiki taraf hidup serta dapat mengembangkan kreativitas sumberdaya masyarakat desa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk berbahan dasar bonggol pisang kepok terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman tomat (Solanum lycopersicum L). Tipe penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Konsentrasi pupuk bonggol pisang kepok yang diuji adalah 0% (kontrol), 10% (P1), 20% (P2), dan 30% (P3). Analisis menggunakan ANOVA dengan Uji F 0,05% dan dilanjutkan dengan Uji BNT. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman tomat. Hal ini diketahui setelah dilakukan uji statistik dengan uji F Anova diproleh Fhitung 31,33 > FTabel 4,76 untuk tinggi tanaman dan FHitung jumlah daun sebesar 192,27 > FTabel 4,76. Besar pengaruh koefisien keragaman untuk tinggi tanaman 5,5% dan 2 % untuk jumlah daun.

Abstract

Mangrove forests are referred to as mangrove forests and are an environment that is often used by the community to be used as fishing locations, this is because there are many fauna in the form  crabs, fish, and shrimp. Mangrove forest is an environment close to Bald Mountain which is a gold mining site.that place also occurs gold processing with chemicals that can assist in the gold processing. The lead waste generated from the process of community activities working as gold miners gold mining flows through rivers that cross the mangrove forest, feared that it can disrupt the habitat of plants and animals that live in that environment. It can also be dangerous for local people if they consume food from fishing rods that have been contaminated by lead waste. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative using a laboratory experimental approach to find the lead content (Pb) in (Scylla) obtained from (Scylla) that lives in the Anahoni Mangrove Forest. Sampling is taken at random up three spots (each spot consists 3 points and each point consists of 6 birds). The Pb content of Scylla sp. From  results of laboratory tests, it is known that there is heavy metal (Pb) content in (Scylla) living in Anahoni Mangrove Forest, Buru Regency. The average heavy metal content (Pb) in (Scylla). different samples, namely sample I an average of 2,91292 ppm, sample II an average of 2,91292 ppm and sample III an average of 3,73749 ppm. Keywords: Mangrove Crab. Abstract

One of the concepts of saving the environment is using waste as a basic material for making a product. An example of waste that can be used as raw material is tofu dregs which have chemical properties that are dominated by protein so that they can be processed into products that function as a source of protein. Another example is bran and sago dregs which still contain macro nutrients that are useful as nutritional intake for livestock. The nutritional content contained in tofu dregs, sago and bran has the potential to be developed as animal feed, especially poultry feed. The results of the research conducted revealed that fermented sago waste can be used as feed for poultry. stated that there was an increase in body weight of broiler chickens that were fed fermented tofu dregs with probiotic inoculum in the ration. The research results show that the nutritional content of tofu dregs is: 8.66% protein; fat 3.79%; 51.63% water and 1.21% ash so it has great potential to be processed into animal feed. The method used in this research is quantitative with an experimental approach which aims to determine the process of making animal feed from organic waste, analyze the quality of the feed, and analyze the effect of feeding on the increase in body weight of broiler chickens. Research results: From the results of the research, there is a nutritional content, namely calcium 15.10%, carbohydrates 6.76% and protein 15.3%. The increase in body weight in boiler chickens is that from the first week the average weight is 21-29 grams after being fed for 8 weeks, there is an increase in weight. namely 1.87gr. Keywords: Sago Waste, Tofu Waste, Animal Feed.
