Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using Macromedia flash media on the motivation to learn Pancasila and Citizenship Education for fourth-grade students at SDN 2 Seteluk. This type of research is experimental research, Quasi-Experimental Design in the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study were all fourth-grade students at SDN 2 Seteluk. Sampling using the Census / Total Sampling technique. The data collection methods were questionnaires and observation. The questionnaire was used to obtain data related to student learning motivation, while observation was used to obtain data on the implementation of learning using Macromedia flash media. Based on the results of the Independent Sample T-Test, a significance value or Sig (2-tailed) of 0,000 was obtained, which means less than 0.05. This shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of using Macromedia flash media on the learning motivation of the fourth-grade students of Pancasila and Citizenship Education at SDN 2 Seteluk.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of teachers in learning during the covid-19 pandemic for grade VI students at SDN Bukit Permai. This research is motivated by the role of teachers in implementing learning during a pandemic or distance learning. The research location is SDN Bukit Permai, Sumbawa. The primary data sources are the teachers of class VI A and VI B and also the principal. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using Milles and Huberman models, namely data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are: 1) The teacher's role as a teacher learning designer makes learning plans, namely online lesson plans consisting of an introduction, core, and closing. The teacher also prepares media in the form of videos that are downloaded on YouTube as well as the selection of media and methods that are in accordance with current conditions. 2) The role of the teacher as a learning manager, the teacher uses various supporting applications such as WhatsApp, google meet, and also toom. Communication regarding lesson information is done through Whatsapp while material delivery is done through google meet and also a zoo. 3) Teachers as learning directors always give rewards to students who always show a positive attitude during and after learning takes place. 4) The teacher as an evaluator, in giving assignments is carried out after each lesson which will be collected once a week. 5) Teachers as counselors, teachers help students who have problems in participating in learning and outside learning to increase the potential of students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana motivasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar pada pandemi Covid 19 di kecamatan Kayangan. Selain itu penelitian ini juga akan membahas bagaimana guru meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Untuk memenuhi tujuan tersebut penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif yang dilakukan kepada seluruh siswa kelas tinggi di kecamatan Kayangan. Sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 dari 21 sekolah di kecamatan tersebut dengan rincian 20 siswa dan 5 guru di masing masing sekolah. Pengumpulkan data dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan instrumen angket. Hasil penelitian ini kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dengan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa siswa sekolah dasar di kecamatan Kayangan pada masa pandemi Covid 19 ini termotivasi dengan baik untuk belajar berdasarkan perolehan rata-rata penelitian yakni persentase 72,5%. Hal tersebut dilihat dari rata-rata 4 indikator motivasi belajar yakni kuatnya kemauan untuk berbuat, jumlah waktu yang disediakan untuk belajar, kerelaan meninggalkan kewajiban atau tugas lain dan ketekunan dalam mengerjakan tugas. Sedangkan guru juga telah berupaya dengan baik untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dengan persentase 75%. Hal tersebut dilakukan guru dengan meningkatkan hasrat dan keinginan berhasil, meningkatkan dorongan dan kebutuhan belajar, meningkatkan harapan dan cita-cita masa depan, memberi penghargaan dalam belajar, memberi kegiatan yang menarik dalam belajar, dan memberi lingkungan belajar yang kondusif
