Abstract

Natural resources in the mining sector are one of the natural resources in Indonesia. The sector produces various types of mining commodities that have different economic values. Ngawi Regency is one of the regions in East Java Province which has potential in the mining sector. One of the potential of the mine is group C excavation material. Since the construction of toll roads in the Ngawi Regency area, demand for mining products in the form of class C excavation materials as materials for toll road construction has increased rapidly. This has encouraged the growth of mining businesses in the region. Mining activities or businesses in addition to having a positive impact, such as the absorption of labor, also cause various negative impacts that affect the welfare of the community. Employment in the mining sector is indeed wide open which then causes people to switch from various sectors of employment to employment in the mining sector. The shift of employment to the mining sector has an impact on rising levels of income. However, this does not significantly affect the level of community welfare.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of investment decisions, funding decisions and dividend policies on stock prices carried out by banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study is banking companies listed on the IDX in 2021-2022. This type of research uses quantitative with a causal associative approach. The population in this study is all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method, as many as 105 companies. The results showed that (1) investment decisions had a negative and significant effect on stock prices, (2) funding decisions had no effect on stock prices, (3) dividend policies had no effect on stock prices, (4) investment decisions, funding decisions and dividend policies simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Analysis of Privacy, Security and Consumer Trust in Purchases on the Lazada co.id Marketplace in Nganjuk Regency. The population in this study are Lazada co.id Marketplace consumers in Nganjuk Regency who have made purchases at Lazada. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire (questionnaire) which was distributed to 100 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling. In the study using the SPSS 25 application. Methods in data analysis using Instrument Test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination (R2).  Based on testing on the F test it was concluded that there was a simultaneous effect between Privacy, Security and Trust on Purchase Decisions of Lazada co.id Marketplace and the results of the t test showed that Privacy, Security and Trust had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of Lazada co.id Marketplace.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dompet digital dan kartu debit terhadap masyarakat di Kecamatan Rejoso Kabupaten Nganjuk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan instrumen penelitian yaitu angket dan observasi online melalui Google Form. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Bramastamart di Kecamatan Rejoso yang berjumlah 68 orang. Penentuan sampelnya adalah sampel jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik statistik dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23 meliputi: pengujian asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Dalam penelitian ini dompet digital dan kartu debit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumen di Kecamatan Rejoso. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R²), dompet digital dan kartu debit memberikan pengaruh positif sebesar 77,6% terhadap perilaku konsumtif konsumen Bratamart di Kecamatan Rejoso dan sisanya sebesar 22,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
