Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the role of motivational mediation on the influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of PT Hung-A Indonesia. This research is quantitative in nature using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study were employees of PT Hung-A Indonesai Hi End Factory division with 81 samples obtained from the Slovin formula. The independent variable in this study is the work environment, the dependent variable is employee performance and the work motivation variable is the mediating variable. Data analysis in this study used path analysis. By processing data using Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that work environment variables had an effect on employee performance. Work environment variables affect motivation. Motivation variables have an effect on employee performance, and motivation is able to mediate the influence of the work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

International Business is a management to entering International among some countries with international trade activities and macroeconomics indicator in more than one country.Supply Chain Management  is the process  of managing movement of , information, raw material,money in the organization system.Supply chain  practices are not only important  in local business  but also in global business between one country to another country.The Effect of Globalization,past history, politics power and military power had been dominated international relations. War event between Russia and Ukraine.Meanwhile, relevant with brainly globalization, power subsystem ,had been stressed from  through economic scope and culture circumstances. Until now,the strength of every country  depends on abilities and  capacity these country for supply chain management.The aims of research is to analysis about influence between Wheat Import to Cost Insurance Freight from Ukraine. Every activities need delivery,and every delivery had been determined payment systems.Next Purposes is to search other countries outside Russia and Ukraine to access some countries which  wheat very available. The research methods is a quantitative research, purpose is to explains about overall problem solving regarding supply chain management.Specific case with Invasion Problems. Invasion as a specific problem adjustment with international relations. Trend international relations with example invasion from Russia toward Ukraina.Since February 24, 2022 all  weapon technology will be prepare for defence each every country.Embargo for Ukraina transactions and Rusia transaction,inside and outside. People still damages,because international transaction with Ruble currency. Some people will be conversion from US$ for Cost Insurance Freight   as an International unit measurement for douane system payments for cost of good sold, transportation cost,insurance for the end of seaport aim. Conclusion of the quantitative research is a statement for Supply Chain Management with implications for currency,and also international business environment,and effort for gained with balance terms of trade in other countries. Statistics with t counted = 24.291 and  F counted = 590.045 as a process , whereas  to imply significant analysis to get correlation for douane payments,because t table = 12.706 ,and F Table = 240.120,data especially for Russia t counted : 24.030.

Abstract

Human resources is very important in a company. therefore every company always strives to have quality human resources and the company should pay attention to aspects of work related to human resources, because without quality human resources a company will not work well between HR and the company must have a relationship that needs each other, the company need quality employees, employees also need a work environment that can provide satisfaction such as having a clean and comfortable work environment, one of the company's activities to advance the capabilities of its employees is employee career development and provide motivation to employees from research is to determine the influence of motivation, environment work and career development on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Daelim Indonesia jababeka 2. This research is included in the category of quantitative research. The total population is 300 employees, so the sample used is 75 employees because it uses the Slovin formula. From the results where work motivation, work environment and career development have an effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are the most important factor in efforts to achieve the success of organizations, groups and individuals. Seeing the importance of human resources, companies or organizations need to pay attention to their employees in career development and work environment to achieve maximum employee job satisfaction. This research is survey research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was employees of PT. The flying lion of the world. Data collection used questionnaires while data analysis was done using multiple regression analysis. Findings from structural models have proven that almost all hypothetical relationships are proven to be supported. There is a positive influence of partial career development on employee job satisfaction, there is a positive influence of the partial work environment on employee job satisfaction and there is also a simultaneous influence of career development and work environment on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Career Development, Work Environment, Employee Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

The study aims to test the impact of employment training and work culture on work productivity in a company. The data was collected from 66 respondents who were employees of the company. Regression analysis is used to test the research hypothesis. Research results show that work training and work culture have a significant positive impact on work productivity. Employment training plays an important role in improving the skills and knowledge of employees, which can help increase productivity. In addition, a good work culture can boost employee motivation and work spirit, which also contributes to increased work productivity. The study concluded that companies should pay attention to work training and work culture to increase work productivity. Employment training should be aimed at improving the skills and knowledge of employees, while work culture should encourage employee motivation and work spirit. Thus, the company can higher labor productivity and increase its competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai sangat dibutuhkan dalam tercapainya segala bentuk pekerjaan. Kepemimpinan sangat penting untuk berfungsinnya organisasi secara efektif. Pemimpin terbaik dalam sejarah memahami pentingnya memberikan motivasi dan arah yang jelas untuk mencapai tujuan yang lebih besar. Adapun fenomena yang muncul dalam penelitian ini yaitu dikantor desa cibuntu kecamatan cibitung terdapat beberapa pegawai yang kinerja masih rendah. Kurangnya kepemimpinan dalam menciptkan komunikasi yang harmonis dan memberikan arahan kepada karyawan akan menyebabkan rendahnya kinerja karyawan. Sehingga hanya Ketika motivasi karyawan kurang, seperti ceroboh dalam bekerja, sering dibiarkan tanpa sebab, hal ini akan menyebabkan kinerja karyawan buruk atau rendah. Metode yang dipakai untuk melakukan penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan perangkat lunak SPSS. Teknik sampel jenuh atau total sampling adalah metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini dengan jumlah sampel penelitian yaitu seluruh pegawai Kantor Desa Cibuntu. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan memiliki nilai koefisien senilai 0,346 dan nilai sig. senilai 0,000. Pada penelitian ini nilai sig. yang dihasilkan mempunyai nilai yang lebih rendah dari taraf sig. 0,05. Dengan demikian, variabel gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan, variabel motivasi mempunyai nilai koefisien senilai 0,390 dan nilai sig. senilai 0,000. Pada penelitian ini nilai sig. yang dihasilkan mempunyai nilai yang lebih rendah dari taraf sig. 0,05. Dengan demikian, variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is defined as a positive emotional state from a person's work experience about what job they deserve in return. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct financial compensation, performance appraisal, and the physical work environment on job satisfaction of PT. J Ekstrim Tech Indonesia. The type of research used is quantitative. With a simple random sampling technique (Simple Random Sampling). Based on the research population at PT. J Ekstrim Tech Indonesia is a total of 130 employees. The sample in this study were 98 respondents who were calculated using the slovin formula. Data collection using the method of observation, questionnaires, literature and interviews. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using the SPSS For Windows program. After the data is collected, data analysis is carried out by grouping data based on the variables studied, performing calculations to answer the problem formulation and performing calculations to test the hypothesis. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression. The results showed that direct financial compensation partially had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, performance appraisal partially had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, the physical work environment had a partial positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Based on the results of the simultaneous test of direct financial compensation variables, performance appraisal and the physical work environment simultaneously influence employee job satisfaction.
