Abstract

Balance Scorecard telah diaplikasikan untuk penyelesaian kelemahan yang telah ada sebelumnya. Awal diterapkannya balance scorecard hanya digunakan pada organisasi profit oriented saja, tetapi saat ini banyak organisasi nirlaba yang juga menggunakan balance scorecard sebagai salah satu instrumen di dalam strategi mereka. Balance scorecard mampu mengkaitkan setiap prespektif yang ada di dalamnya. Tujuan utama dari organisasi sektor publik ialah kepuasan masyarakat sebagai pelanggan mereka, sehingga untuk mengetahui ekspektasi atau harapan yang diinginkan masyarakat serta untuk mengetahui cara para pegawai pemerintah dalam memenuhi harapan masyarakat serta untuk mengetahui ekspektasi atau harapan yang diinginkan masyarakat serta untuk mengetahui cara para pegawai pemerintah dalam memenuhi harapan masyarakat tersebut dibutuhkan metode strategi dan pengukuran balance scorecard sebagai jawabannya. Salah satu contohnya adalah Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) Kabupaten Jombang, dimana dalam pengukuran kinerja belum menggunakan metode balance scorecard. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui implementasi pengukuran kinerja dengan menggunakan balance scorecard pada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Jombaang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian mix method. Hasil dari penelitian adalah mengukur kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Jombang yang akan disimpulkan dalam tiga indikator yaitu berhasil, cukup berhasil, dan kurang berhasil.

Abstract

The digital era has formed a significant transformation in the company in providing the best service for its customers. Activities ranging from daily life, education, business and transactions today cannot be separated from digitalization technology. PT Phintraco Sekuritas is a securities company and a member of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and was officially established on July 1, 1999. PT Phintraco Sekuritas has a mobile application Profits Anywhere that is offered to its customers in stock transactions in the capital market with various attractive features. Therefore, it is important for PT Phintraco Sekuritas to maintain and improve e-service quliality, customer trust, and brand image to attract more customers and keep customers using the company's services continuously. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of e-service quality, customer trust, and brand image on the loyalty of users of the Profits Anywhere mobile application to customers at PT Phintraco Sekuritas Surabaya. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, which is assisted by data analysis software, namely IBM SPSS version 25. The sampling technique used is Non-probability Sampling with a Purposive Sampling approach. The sample used in the study was 268 respondents with certain criteria. The results of the study show that partially e-service quality has a significant influence on loyalty, customer trust partially has a significant influence on loyalty, brand image partially has a significant influence on loyalty, Then e-service quality, customer trust, and brand image simultaneously have a significant influence on the loyalty of users of the Profits Anywhere mobile application

Street vendors choose places that are visited by many people, such as shop fronts and on the edge of roads, parks and markets, without permission from the government to sell their wares. The presence of activities in open spaces is a potential market that is always approached by economic actors, including street vendors. With the existence of CFD, it is necessary to see how far the benefits received by business actors, especially street vendors, because this is what determines the sustainability of their business which is very dependent on human crowds. This benefit is seen from two perspectives, namely from an economic and social perspective. The identification of the benefits of CFD for street vendors uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods using several techniques, namely in-depth interviews, participatory observation and documentation. Data collection in this study was carried out through three paths, namely reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. By interviewing several street vendors in the CFD area, information was obtained that the economic impact for traders was quite good, by selling in the CFD area an increase in income of 30% - 40%, considering that during the pandemic the Surodinawan CFD area was still only allowed to be active again, new sellers and visitors allowed to come under the supervision of the Pamogpraja police of Mojokerto City. Social interactions between traders have a positive social impact, they communicate with each other, support each other that the pandemic must be passed with an unyielding spirit. After all, life must continue, it is not difficult to be alone, must remain excited for the sake of family members at home who are waiting with prayers.

Abstract

Pada era globalisasi saat ini para pengusaha terus melakukan pengembangan untuk kemajuan bisnisnya, dan salah satu bisnis yang sedang berkembang di Indonesia saat ini adalah kedai kopi (coffee shop). Aktivitas kedai kopi (coffee shop) saat ini berkembang pesat karena banyaknya inovasi dan kreativitas dalam pengelolaannya serta banyaknya infrastuktur pendukung sehingga berbagai jenis kopi semakin diminati masyarakat dari kalangan anak muda sampai orang dewasa.. Fenomena menjamurnya kedai kopi (coffee shop) di Indonesia yang cukup pesat saat ini juga terjadi di Kabupaten Mojokerto salah satunya di Kecamatan Trawas, hal ini terjadi karena masyarakat memilih (coffee shop) sebagai tempat untuk berkumpul bersama teman, atau mengerjakan tugas. Oleh karena itu kedai dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner (Online) kepada konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang berkunjung di Café Sabin Trawas Mojokerto pada Bulan Mei – Juni 2022. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 350 orang. Pada penelitian ini teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah metode non probality sampling dan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan bantuan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Menu Diversity, Cafe Atmosphere dan Worth Of Mouth memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Stock prices in the capital market fluctuate which also causes ups and downs of investor interest to invest in the company. These rates vary from time to time depending on the performance of the Company. Stock prices rise when there is excess demand. However, stock prices also fall when there is excess demand. Therefore, the performance of a company affects the high share price of the company PT.Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. The solvency ratio is a ratio that measures how much a company's assets are financed by debt. Part of the solvency ratio included in research material is the ratio of debt to equity. The debt to equity ratio shows how much the equity to debt ratio is used to capitalize the company's assets. The liquidity ratio is an asset that is used in a market that functions in such a way that, the result can be quickly converted into money at the current market price. The higher the current ratio, the better the company's liquidity. The profitability ratio is seen as the influence of the company's stock price as a percentage of return on equity (ROE). ROE measures the return received by company owners (shareholders) from any capital paid to the company in the form of dividends. The research data used is in the form of secondary data in the form of the financial statements of the company PT.Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk which have been published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. The sample for this study was 5 financial statements of the company PT.Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk using a sample determination technique, namely total sampling. The data analysis technique used analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The results showed that the DER variable had a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices, the CR variable had a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices. And the ROE variable had a positive and significant effect on stock prices. the company's share price PT.Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk.

Abstract

The company as an economic entity has short term and long term goals, in the short term the company aims to generate maximum profits and the long term goal is to increase the value of the company. The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia affected the business management of a company in the infrastructure, utilities and transportation sector, which experienced a decline in company performance. Company value as measured by Price Book Value (PBV) for the infrastructure, utilities and transportation sectors has fluctuated from 2019 – 2021. Internal factors include dividend policy, investment decisions and funding decisions. To determine the effect of dividend policy, investment decisions and funding decisions on firm value is the aim of this study. This type of research is a quantitative approach. This study uses secondary data taken through the IDX data website. Sampling method used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this research is 13 companies consisting of the infrastructure, utilities and transportation sectors which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 25 program. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the dividend policy variable has no effect on firm value, investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on firm value and funding decisions have a significant negative effect on firm value.
