Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether there was any influence and how great significance level of influence of Project Based Learning model to increase history learning motivation of X.3 students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pringsewu in the academic year 2014/2015. This study used experiment reserch with the type of one group pretest posttest design. Based on the analysis of quantitative data using paired test, it could be concluded that there was a significant influence and the amount of influence given of Project Based Learning model is 0.441 which if it is put into an interpretation of the correlations, it was included into the category of quite significant.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh dan seberapa besar taraf signifikansi pengaruh model Project Based Learning (PBL) terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar sejarah siswa kelas X.3 SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pringsewu Tahun Ajar 2015/2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Eksperimen dengan tipe One Group Pretest Posttest Design. Berdasarkan analisis data secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji t paired dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruhyang signifikan dan Besarnya pengaruh yang diberikan model Project Based Learning sebesar 0,441 yang jika di masukkan kedalam interpretasi korelasi termasuk kategori cukup signifikan.Kata kunci: model pembelajaran, motivasi belajar, project based learning
