Abstract

The Nautical fishing vessel study program is the most superior study program compared to the other four (4) Study Programs. The uniqueness of Nautical fishing vessel study program is a very prominent partnership with the business world that is able to establish cooperation with companies in Asia and Europe in the form of a dual system education and graduate distribution to the world work. This study aims to clearly describe the partnership management of the Nautical Fishing Vessel Study Program in SMKN 1 Mapping formulated in several research questions with the principles of planning and implementation of management. The approach used in this research is qualitative descriptive with case study research type namely 1) Data Reduction, done by reviewing all data obtained well through the interview; 2) Display Data, namely by systematize principal information with the theme and pattern that appears to be in accordance with the conclusions of data collected will be meaningful; 3) Taking conclusions and data on the summary of information data that appears in the Display data, simple data, meaning, solid conclusions are made. The data obtained in the study is processed qualitatively based on the answers obtained by way of describing the answer in the form of conclusion. Summaries conducted to conduct analysis of research findings among other: a) Understanding of the object between the first of the SMK and second party World business / industrial world; b) mutual agreement which is the initial stage of good cooperation between the parties concerned; c) joint actions to achieve the objectives of the partnership: mutual benefit between the two parties.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of school committees in supporting the fulfillment of educational infrastructure facilities at State Vocational High School 1 Teluk Keramat (SMKN 1 Teluk Keramat) by identifying and describing the role and involvement and form of support provided and the factors that influence it. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach. the results of the research that has been done are 1) School Committee SMKN 1 Teluk Keramat has performed its role as an advisory agency, as a supporter agency, as a controlling agency, and as mediator agency; 2) Supporting factors for the school committee include a) Good collaboration of schools; b) Authority granted by the school to the school committee in carrying out its duties; c) Compulsory responsibility of completing the compulsory education of 12 years of learners; d) To carry out the mandate of the Law on National Education System Number 20 of 2003 and Permendikbud Number 75 concerning School Committees; 3) Inhibiting factors for school committees are a) Lack of coordination between schools and school committees; b) Be more concerned with personal matters than school committee duties; c) lack of awards earned as school committees; d) Ineffective committee managers due to the distance from schools; 4) Not all school committee members are actively involved.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) find out more in depth, describe and analyze the headmaster's planning in creating a healthy school; 2) knowing more deeply, describing and analyzing the organization of headmasters in creating healthy schools; 3) knowing more deeply, describing and analyzing the direction of the headmaster in creating a healthy school; and 4) knowing more deeply, describing and analyzing the controls carried out by the Head of Senior High School of Muhammadiyah Sambas on activities to create a healthy school. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research show that the role of the Headmaster in making healthy school planning is good enough to convince all school residents about the importance of a clean and healthy life. For the sake of the realization of a healthy school, the headmaster and the teacher council have formulated a school vision that is to realize intelligent, devoted and environmentally sound human beings. Regarding organizing, the role of the headmaster is quite democratic by involving all school residents in forming a healthy school implementation team so that the team's performance runs synergistically and simultaneously. In the implementation of the healthy school program, the school headmaster together with all the school members who were motivated by the head of the implementing team of the healthy school had implemented this program with total enthusiasm and responsibility. Supervision of healthy school programs routinely carried out by headmasters is evidenced by the growing awareness of clean and healthy lives of students, teachers, TU staff and other school residents and the community around the school.

Abstract

This research is to know 1) Effort done by teacher of State Senior High School 1 Pemangkat (SMA Negeri 1 Pemangkat) Sambas Regency for Self Development; 2) Business undertaken by teacher of SMA Negeri 1 Pemangkat Sambas District for Scientific Publication; 3) Business has undertaken by teacher of SMA Negeri 1 Pemangkat Sambas District to Produce Innovative Works; 4) Knowing the effort to overcome the factors that become teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Pemangkat Sambas District in their Sustainable Development of Professions. This type of research includes descriptive research with qualitative approach. The result of interview and literature study is analyzed so that it can answer the research question. based on the research undertaken the results obtained as follows 1) Enterprises undertaken by teachers SMA Negeri 1 Pemangkat for their sustainable profession development through MGMP activities subject teachers routinely conducted every 1 month; 2) Most teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Pemangkat have not shown their maximum efforts in developing their profession, especially in making scientific publications / scientific papers and innovative works; 3) Teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Pemangkat who try to do activities related to their professional development are driven by internal factors (self desire) and external factors that is moral support from the principal; 4) Most teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Pemangkat experience difficulties in developing their sustainable profession.
