Abstract

ABSTRAK Pertumbuhan ekonomi adalah salah satu tolak ukur yang dapat dipakai untuk meningkatkan adanya pembangunan suatu daerah dari berbagai macam sektor ekonomi yang secara tidak langsung menggambarkan tingkat perubahan ekonomi. Pembangunan daerah harus sesuai dengan kondisi potensi serta aspirasi masyarakat yang tumbuh dan berkembang. Apabila pelaksanaan prioritas pembangunan daerah kurang sesuai dengan potensi yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing daerah, maka pemanfaatan sumber daya yang ada akan menjadi kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi ekonomi dan mengidentifikasi sektor-sektor ekonomi di Kota Bandar Lampung. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder kurun waktu tahun 2003-2008 bersumber dari BPS Provinsi, BPS Kota, serta Bapeda Provinsi Lampung. Model analisis yang digunakan yakni Analisis LQ, Shift-Share dan Tipologi Sektoral. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sektor Keuangan, Persewaan, Jasa Perusahaan dan Sektor Industri Pengolahan merupakan dua sektor yang mempunyai daya saing paling tinggi dibandingkan dengan sektor-sektor yang lainnya. Kata kunci: Sektor Unggulan, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Pembangunan Daerah, Daya Saing   ABSTRACT Economic growth is one benchmark that can be used to enhance the development of a region from a variety of economic sectors that indirectly describe the level of economic change. Regional development must be compatible with the potentials and aspirations of the people who grow and develop. If the implementation of priority regional development less appropriate to the potential possessed by each region, then the utilization of existing resources will be less than optimal. This study aims to analyze the economic potential and identify the economic sectors in the city of Bandar Lampung. Used data in this research is data of secondary range of time in 2003-2008 from the BPS, BPS City, and Bappeda Province of Lampung. This research used Analysis of LQ, Shift-Share Analysis and Typology of Sectoral as a method. The results of this research conclude that the Financial Sector, Rental, Corporate Services Sector and Industrial Sector are the two sectors that have the highest competitiveness compared with other sectors. Abstract

Abstrak Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) merupakan lembaga keuangan mikro yang mampu menghasilkan nilai sosial dan nilai ekonomi. Dengan pandangan tersebut, selayaknya operasional BMT bergerak dalam motif sosial dan motif keuntungan. Motif sosial bermakna upaya meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat dengan menggerakkan sektor riil. Motif keuntungan bermakna pengembangan dan peningkatan daya saing BMT. Konsep yang paling utama dari BMT adalah jaminan sosial melalui pengelolaan dana baitul maal. Jaminan sosial ini dapat berupa insentif ekonomi ataupun berupa insentif sosial lainnya. Kajian ini merupakan studi literatur mengenai penggunaan Dinar Emas sebagai basis untuk pembiayaan modal kerja. Akad Qard Hasan digunakan dalam pembiayaan ini. Penerapan pembiayaan modal kerja berbasis Dinar Emas dengan Qard Hasan akan mampu mendorong proses transformasi ekonomi sekaligus membuka jalan bagi terwujudanya entrepreneurship di masyarakat.   Kata Kunci: Dinar Emas, Daya Saing, BMT, Entrepreneurship, Qard Hasan   Abstract Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) is one of micro finance that gives the social values and economic values. Based on that perspective, BMT should operate their systems in the social motive and the profit motive. Social motive means the effort to improve the living standard for the society by moving the real sector. Profit motive means develop and improve the competitiveness of BMT. The main concept of BMT is social security through the BMT fund management. Profit motive is to develop and to improve the competitiveness of BMT. It can be economic incentives or other social incentives. This is a literature review on using of Gold Dinars as a basis for the financing of working capital. Qard Hasan contract is used on this financing. The application of working capital based on Gold Dinar with Qard Hasan will be able to encourage the process of economic transformation and open up the realization of entrepreneurship in the community.
