Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used in this study is the spiral data analysis model, which outlines six stages in analyzing qualitative data. These stages include: (1) Data Collection, (2) Data Managing, (3) Reading and Memoing, (4) Describing, Classifying, and Interpreting, (5) Representing and Visualizing. The findings of this study indicate that the development of a globally diverse profile to enhance students’ civic literacy at Gajah Mada Private Senior High School is designed through habitual practices and the creation of an inclusive environment. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Canva-based Project Citizen learning model on the learning outcomes of class VIII students of MTs Al-Washliyah Pematangsiantar. This type of research uses a quantitative approach to determine the causal relationship between the independent variable of Canva-based Project Citizen and the dependent variable of Learning Outcomes, so the research design used is Quasi Experiment with a nonequivalent control group design. This study uses data collection techniques, namely learning outcome tests, questionnaires, documentation studies and observations. This research was conducted at MTs Al-Washliyah Pematangsiantar. The students of class VIII-1 and VIII-2. The data were analyzed statistically with a t-test, then a normality test, a homogeneity test and a hypothesis test were carried out with a paired t-test and an independent sample t-test. The results showed that the Canva-based Project Citizen learning model had a significant effect on improving the learning outcomes of class VIII-2 students and had differences in learning outcomes between students in the experimental class and the control class. It can be seen from the results of the experimental class mean which was initially 44.50 to 87.75. This difference was strengthened through the results of the Wilcoxon statistical test, the data showed the Asymp. Sig. value. (2-tailed) of 0.000, meaning <0.05. The difference in mean learning outcomes before and after the treatment was truly significant. The experimental class achieved a mean post-test score of 87.75, while the control class showed only limited improvement with a mean post-test score of 66.75. This difference was confirmed by the results of the Mann-Whitney test, which produced a significance value (Asymp. Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000, meaning <0.05. The difference in learning outcomes between the two sample groups was truly significant. Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Pancasila Education, Canva-based Project Citizen

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) policy at the UPT SMP Negeri 6 Medan for Grade IX in 2025 and identify supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation based on aspects of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research is motivated by the implementation of the program that has been running, but has not been optimal in achieving policy objectives, especially in shaping students' nutritional awareness and behavior. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Informants were determined through purposive sampling techniques, consisting of the principal, implementing teachers, program coordinators, and grade IX students. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation, and were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the MBG Program has been running administratively and technically, but has not been fully optimal. Communication between implementers is running quite well, but educational communication to students is still not optimal. The availability of resources is quite supportive, although its utilization is not optimal, including limited facilities such as cutlery. From the disposition aspect, implementers show commitment, but student participation and discipline are still low. The bureaucratic structure is in place, but it is not yet supported by standardized SOPs. Furthermore, there has been an expansion of beneficiary coverage to teachers as a means of adjusting implementation. The main inhibiting factors include a lack of nutrition education and suboptimal student behavior. Therefore, improvements are needed through strengthening educational communication, optimizing resources, and fostering student behavior to more effectively achieve program objectives.
