Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Promosi dan Citra Merek terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Paket Basic Wajah Ms.Glow pada masyarakat yang berjenis kelamin wanita di Dusun Budiman, Kecamatan Beringin, Kabupaten Deli Serdang Sumatera Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriftif kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara serta kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang konsumen yang berjenis kelamin wanita. Teknik pengembilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah sampling jenuh dengan menggunakan seluruh populasi untuk dijadikan sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian dengan uji secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Promosi (X1) mempunyai nilai t hitung (3,450) > (2,026) sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Citra merek (X2) mempunyai nilai t hitung (2,027) > (2,026) yang berarti terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen (Y). Berdasarkan hasil uji secara simultan dapat dinyatakan bahwa promosi (X1) dan Citra Merek (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan pilkada pada sistem multipartai ditinjau dari aspek pelembagaan partai politik. Adapun permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menguatnya kedaulatan partai politik namun semakin menipisnya kedaulatan rakyat ditengah kombinasi sistem multipartai dengan sistem presidensial. Menguatnya kedaulatan partai politik merupakan dampak dari pertumbuhan dan perkembangan partai politik pasca reformasi tahun 1998. Tanpa disadari perkembangan partai politik tersebut ternyata menciptakan sistem multipartai yang buruk di daerah. Hal ini ditandai dengan kehidupan politik yang berorientasi pada kekuasaan dan kemudian melahirkan politik dinasti, politik rente dan KKN. Kondisi ini semakin diperburuk ketika sistem multipartai dikombinasikan dengan sistem presidensial. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research. Data primer berasal dari buku. Sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari jurnal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi pustaka. Validasi data dilakukan dengan triangulasi data. Adapun hasil penelitian ini yaitu pilkada ditengah kombinasi antara sistem multipartai dengan sistem presidensial menciptakan lemahnya pelembagaan partai politik. Sehingga solusi yang ditawarkan adalah dengan memperbaiki fungsi rekrutmen politik.

Abstract

Tomatoes are susceptible plants to various plant pests. One of the obstacles in tomato cultivation in Karo North Sumatera is the interference from various microorganisms such as plant virus attacks. The symptoms are the same as other diseases when in the field which causes difficulties in determining the type of virus that causes a disease, so it is necessary to carry out further testing as a good prevention. This study used the Polymorphism Chain Reaction (PCR) technique with universal primers for the Gemini virus. All samples of diseased tomato leaves originating from the Karo were attacked by Geminivirus which correlated with the presence of a DNA band measuring 1.5 kb after amplified.

Abstract

The influence of current technology can change the marketing strategies of all business people. Where the right business strategy in this advanced era will advance the business. This encourages business people to adopt innovative marketing strategies, especially through online media. This article documents the design of business promotion through web creation for MSMEs. In this project, we chose the Web platform as the main development tool for creating website designs. Several stages of website creation are data collection, system analysis, website design using a toolplate platform. This project aims to increase product exposure, expand market reach, and improve the marketing and product promotion process for UMKM. The result of implementing this project is in the form of a website. This project is expected to be useful for UMKM by increasing the number of customers.

Abstract

Fifth graders at SD Madani Islamic School Riau were the subjects of this research, which aimed to identify any correlation between students' preferred learning methods and their performance on social studies-related assessments. This study used a quantitative approach and a correlational research strategy. A closed questionnaire was used to get information on learning style characteristics, and documentation was employed to gather data about learning outcomes. Using a purposive sampling approach, 24 respondents, all fifth graders from SD Madani Islamic School Riau, were chosen for the study. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, namely the One Way Anova test, were used to evaluate the data. There were a total of 19 primary school pupils at Madani Islamic School Riau who leaned toward visual learning (79%), 3 who leaned toward auditory learning (13%), and 2 who leaned toward kinesthetic learning (8%). Students' average learning outcome scores in social studies (as shown from their final semester exam results) are 85.6 for visual learners, 88.0 for auditory learners, and 86.5 for kinesthetic learners. A significance threshold of 5% was used in the One Way ANOVA data analysis, and the result is 0.478> 0.05. So, it follows that Ha is not accepted whereas Ho is. The results show that fifth graders at SD Madani Islamic School Riau do not differ significantly in their social studies performance based on their preferred learning styles.

Abstract

The background of this research was the discovery of interjection forms in the novel Resign by Almira Bastari. The aimed to obtain a description of the form of interjection and the type of interjection in the novel Resign by Almira Bastari. The data source used for this research was the novel Resign by Almira Bastari. The object of this research was written data as the main data studied, which relates to the form of the interject. The research data was in the form of phrases. The method of this research was using descriptive qualitative method with the method of data collection technique used was the listen method. The results of this study were the form of interjection which is divided into two parts, namely 1) primary interjection consisting of the exclamations oh, wah, nah, eh, ah, wow, hmm, yah, hah, lho, 2) secondary interjection consisting of interjections astaga, gila, damn, anjrit, aduh, alhamdulliah, anjing, ya ampun, yaelah, halah, damn, widih. The types of interjections found in Resign's novels were, among others, 1) the interjection of annoyance such as anjing, anjrit, sial, damn, gila; 2) admiration, namely widih; 3) gratitude like alhamdulilla; 4) hope like yah; 5) then wonder like aduh, eh, ah, oh ; 6) shock like astaga, wah, wow, hah, lho; 7) call like eh; 8) the conclusion was nah, hmm, yaelah, halah.

Abstract

Communication plays a crucial role, especially for women who often face gender challenges and societal stereotypes. Leila Khaled, a Palestinian female figure, became a symbol of resistance through her brave actions in the name of struggle. This study examines the role of women's communication in the struggle through the perspective of the Qur'an, focusing on the case of Leila Khaled. This study aims to broaden the understanding of women's contributions to history and political struggle and enrich the discussion of Islamic values ​​that support women's active participation. With a qualitative approach and literature study, this study explores how women use communication in the struggle, the challenges they face, and the successes they achieve. The results of this study are expected to provide new insights into effective communication strategies in the struggle, which can be adopted by contemporary movements. In addition, this study also strengthens the understanding of Islam's views on the role of women and makes a significant contribution to the literature on the role of women's communication in the struggle.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of mobile marketing, e-service quality, and cost on customer satisfaction among DANA application users, specifically students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Malikussaleh University. A quantitative method was used through a survey of 114 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that all three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Mobile marketing and cost have the strongest influence, followed by e-service quality. These findings suggest that enhancing mobile marketing strategies, service quality, and cost efficiency can improve customer satisfaction with the DANA application. The results provide valuable insights for DANA managers to improve digital service quality.

Abstract

The development of education is very important in improving the capacity of human resources (HR) and the quality of human life. Dayah is one of the educational institutions that has the ability to improve the competitiveness of HR in the technological era. Furthermore, the quality of superior HR can be influenced by the quality of health of students and the environment of educational institutions. The offline TOT service program for serial students in Lhokseumawe City aims to provide knowledge and understanding to students and teachers in the Dayah environment. Through the offline Training of Trainers (TOT) for serial santri in Lhokseumawe City to change the lifestyle of students to be healthier so that it has an impact on improving the quality of life of students at Ulumuddin Dayah, Misbahul Ulum Dayah, Ihyaussunnah Dayah and Mataqu dayah in Lhokseumawe City. The offline Training of Trainers (TOT) program for serial santri is a partnership program between the Unilever Indonesia Foundation (YUI) with its partners Heartindo and the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Religion. The output of the offline Training of Trainers (TOT) program for serial santri is expected to have an impact on improving the quality of health and education of santri, teachers and schools or dayah.

Abstract

This article aimness how the development of students’ global diversity profiles can be fostered through school culture as a means of strengthening civic literacy. The global diversity profile is one of the essential characteristics that students must possess. It is particularly important for citizens living in communities characterized by religious, ethnic, racial, and cultural diversity. This study was conducted at Gajah Mada Private Senior High School, a multicultural school in Medan that embraces diversity in religion, ethnicity, and culture. The research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach.The research subjects include the principal, vice principal, Pancasila Education teacher, Japanese and English language teachers, administrative staff, and students. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used in this study is the spiral data analysis model, which outlines six stages in analyzing qualitative data. These stages include: (1) Data Collection, (2) Data Managing, (3) Reading and Memoing, (4) Describing, Classifying, and Interpreting, (5) Representing and Visualizing. The findings of this study indicate that the development of a globally diverse profile to enhance students’ civic literacy at Gajah Mada Private Senior High School is designed through habitual practices and the creation of an inclusive environment. The implementation of this development is integrated into both intracurricular and cocurricular activities. Moreover, the cultivation of a globally diverse profile is not only focused on shaping students' understanding of national diversity but also extends to an international context
