Abstract

CV Mitra Karya merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang perdagangan dan distribusi produk Tupperware yang melakukan bisnis proses perusahaan secara manual untuk setiap transaksi pembelian, penjualan, hingga pengelolaan stok. Sehingga laporan yang dihasilkan untuk mengetahui hasil bisnis perusahaan masih dihasilkan dari perhitungan manual. Tanpa adanya sistem yang mengelola transaksi bisnis CV Mitra Karya, maka laporan yang dihasilkan tidak akurat dan terpercaya. Dengan adanya SIstem Informasi Manajemen Intenal Perusahaan yang Terintegrasi diharapkan dapat mengelola segala transaksi internal perusahaan yang dapat menghasilkan laporan transaksional dan rekapitulasi bagi pemilik perusahaan. .Sistem dikembangkan dengan metode Three Major Phase, bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan database MySQL. Hasil akhir yang didapat adalah laporan penjualan, pembelian, pengelolaan gudang (stock opname dan kartu stok), serta laporan keuangan berupa pemasukan dan pengeluaran pada perusahaan CV Mitra Karya.

Abstract

Era reformasi memiliki cita-cita untuk menciptakan demokrasi di seluruh aspek kehidupan, tegaknya kedaulatan hukum tanpa diskriminasi, namun ironisnya kebebasan di era reformasi justru memunculkan tindak diskriminasi terhadap kelompok minoritas. Sebagian warga negara Indonesia yang tergolong dalam kelompok minoritas ternyata belum mendapat perhatian yang serius dari pemerintah. Oleh sebab itu perlu adanya reaktualisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam mengatasi hal ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah studi kepustakaan dengan menelaah buku, jurnal, karya tulis, dan artikel terkait kemudian menganalisis secara kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitan dapat diketahui bahwa Indonesia memiliki ciri khas tentang dasar Negara, pandangan hidup bangsa, maka pendekatan yang tepat untuk kegiatan reaktualisasi yaitu menggunakan Pendekatan Pancasila secara konsisten dengan melibatkan banyak pihak termasuk rakyat, lembaga pemerintahan dan Komnas HAM. Pancasila dipandang secara yuridis ketatanegaraan adalah dasar-negara NKRI yang dirumuskan dalam Pembukaan UUD 1945 dimana kelahirannya ditempa dalam proses perjuangan kebangsaan Indonesia sehingga perlu diaktualisasikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and physical work environment on employee performance at the Human Resources Development Center (PPSDM) of the Ministry of Forestry, Central Jakarta. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a population and sample of 56 people. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, quantitative analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of 74.6%, while the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect with a contribution of 67.2%. Simultaneously, work discipline and the physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 76.9%. The multiple linear regression equation obtained is Y = 5.687 + 0.602 (X1) + 0.277 (X2). This means that employee performance even without the influence of work discipline and the physical work environment already has an influence of 5.687. Work discipline and the work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the calculated F value > F table, which is (38.352 > 3.172) with a significance value of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Therefore, Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and the physical work environment on employee performance simultaneously at the Human Resources Development Center (PPSDM) of the Ministry of Forestry, Central Jakarta.

Abstract

Liberal feminism is a universal approach in which women and men are equal in basic rights such as education, work, financial security, voting and many more. This research aims to find out the impact of emancipation movement in a promptbook entitled He and She play using Tong and Botts’ theory. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The result shows that most of the characters in the promptbook accept the movement, except Keith, Ruth’s boyfriend, who thinks women in his era act like superiors because of the movement. He does not accept it by showing that his girlfriend cannot have a higher position than him. She cannot work and just stay at home after they get married. At the end, he will only cut his girlfriend’s half-life. This movement can give good or bad impact for the society or surroundings, especially the men. For those who are old-fashioned thinking, this can be a threat.
