Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of Green Living, Green Products, and Price on Stainless Straw Purchase Decisions on the Millennial Generation of Pekalongan City. This type of research is casual research with a quantitative approach. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test and determination analysis. The population in this study is unknown, so the sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The sample used in this study is the people of Pekalongan City, belonging to the millennial generation, who have already purchased and used stainless straw. The determination of respondents was done using the Rao Purba formula so that 97 respondents were obtained. The results of this study indicate that: (1) green living has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for stainless straw in the millennial generation of Pekalongan City; (2) green products have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for stainless straw in the millennial generation of Pekalongan City; (3) price has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions for stainless straw in the millennial generation of Pekalongan City; and (4) green living, green products, and price have an influence on purchasing decisions by 55.9%, while the remaining 44.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of workplace spirituality and psychological empowerment on job satisfaction (Case Study on Employees of PT Pagilaran Batang). The type of research used in this research is causal research with data collection methods using questionnaire data and interviews. The object of this study were employees of PT Pagilaran with a total population of 855 employees, and the samples in this study were 90 employees. The analytical tool used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis and used a hypothesis test which was processed with the SPSS version 20 program. The results of this study indicate that workplace spirituality has a positive and not significant effect on job satisfaction, while psychological empowerment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Public awareness in Indonesia in responding to global warming has increased significantly. Increased public awareness plays an important role in providing challenges and opportunities for companies that provide goods or services to create products that are in accordance with their wishes. The challenge is to guarantee that the goods or services provided are safe for consumers and friendly and do not damage the environment. The concept of green marketing mix refers to the satisfaction of customer needs, wants, and desires in relation to the maintenance and preservation of the environment. Discussions on environmental issues in developed countries have been initiated and developed since the 1990s. Green marketing is a marketing concept used by companies to achieve the main goal of making a profit. Green marketing in the process is an act of integrating broad activities, which include product modifications, changes to the production process, changes to packaging, to changes to advertising. Based on this phenomenon, this study aims to find out how much influence the application of the green marketing mix has on sales.

Abstract

Kapabilitas kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pada UMKM ini sangat penting bagi pelaku UMKM, namun prosentase masih sangat minim. Hal ini terlihat masih rendahnya pemahaman mengenai peningkatan kapabilitas kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. Oleh sebab itu kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan guna memberikan sosialisasi tentang peningkatan kapabilitas kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM supaya dapat mengoptimalkan dalam berwirausaha. Kegiatan PkM ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sumurjomblangbogo kec. Bojong kab. Pekalongan. Peserta dalam kegiatan PkM ini adalah Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebelum dilaksanakan sosialisasi peserta masih sedikit yang memahami tentang peningkatan kapabilitas kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM yaitu mengenai merancang usaha, strategi usaha, pemasaran dan pembukuan. Setelah dilaksanakan sosialisasi hampir seluruh peserta dapat memahami tentang kapabilitas kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM.

Abstract

Kegiatan peningkatan peran Karang Taruna dalam pengembangan desa wisata di Desa Sumurjomblangbogo Kecamatan Bojong Kabupaten Pekalongan secara jangka Panjang bertujuan untuk dapat mewujudkan peran dan kontribusi nyata generasi muda disuatu desa terhadap pengembangan wilayahnya. Metode yang akan digunakan adalah focus group discussion (FGD), sosialisasi melalui ceramah, dan diskusi untuk menghasilkan kesepakatan bersama. Selain itu akan digunakan Teknik pre-test dan post-test akan digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman masalah yang dihadapi para anggota karang taruna. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa Karang Taruna Desa Sumurjomblangbogo memiliki keinginan kuat untuk bisa berpartisipasi dalam pengembangan wisata didesanya, tetapi perlu langkah- langkah lebih konkrit dalam mensinergikan konsep yang dimiliki oleh setiap pemangku kepentingan pengembangan desa wisata di Desa Sumurjomblangbogo, seperti pemerintah desa, BUMDes, Tokoh masyarakat, dan tentunya karang taruna.
