Abstract

Islamic banking as part of the financial structure of Islam played a role in economic development activities. However, there are many who consider the Islamic banking system is the same as the conventional banking system. It was only based on the addition of loans to customer deposits of Islamic banks and Islamic banks. When examined in depth the wrong turns that view because, although the similarities between Islamic banking and conventional banking, but both have a difference of principle. Islamic banking business activities based on Islamic principles. Services in payment traffic between banks and other parties to deposit funds or financing business activities, or other activities, among others the principle of mudaraba, musharaka, murabaha and ijarah. While conventional banks provide services in payment traffic, with the principle of determination of the interest as the price, both for product savings and loan products (credit) granted by certain interest rate. Abstract

In Islam there is a division of power in three models. Al-sulṭah al-tasyri'iyah, is the power of the Islamic government in making and establishing the law. Al-Sulṭah al-Tanfiẓiyyah is the power to enforce the law on the ranks of the cabinet in a government. While al-Sulṭah al-Qaḍa'iyyah is a power that has a relationship with the duties and authority of the judiciary, which is guarding the monitoring the course of legislation by law enforcement. The three models of power are aimed at avoiding the centralization of power to only one ruler (authoritarian ruler).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pembinaan toleransi antar umat beragama model moderasi di Kelurahan Liabuku Kacamatan Bungi Kota Baubau. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif fenomenologi yakni penelitian yang memahami fenomena yang terjadi sehingga menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata yang tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan prilaku yang diamati. Untuk memperoleh data, maka digunakan tes dan non tes sebagai instrumen penelitian. Tekhnik analisis data berupa analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif prosentatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Hubungan toleransi antar umat beragama model moderasi di Kelurahan Liabuku kecamatan Bungi Kota Baubau, masing di pandang sangat baik; 2) Diyakini bahwa syari’ah Islam melalui pemahaman ajaran Agama Islam dengan prinsip toleransi model moderation dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat; 3) Adapun nilai yang tekandung adalah dalam bentuk sosial, kerja sama, membangun komunikasi antar umat beragama, antar teman sebaya, dan antar keluarga sangat toleransi, dengan kembali pada prinsip bagimu agamamu dan bagiku agamaku
